They pack the bus full of people and still the bus stops on bus stops to take more people in. Very uncomfortable ride. The announcements and explanations were way shorter in English than in Japanese. I definitely do not recommend this bus. Maybe easier way to visit e.g. Sendai Castle is to take the subway (200 yen) from Sendai to International center and walk up to the castle if one likes to walk.

Don’t take their bus! Use regular city bus 不要坐 会延误 If you use their bus, be ware that you might be waiting for much longer than the advertised intervals and not get a refund for missed trips caused by such insane long waits. I took their bus on a Sunday, when buses were supposed to come at 15 minute intervals. Instead, I waited at Sendai museum and Miyagi art museum station (stations 5 and 10) for 1 hr and 15 minutes (from 11:55 to 13:10) and no bus came. I ended up not going to Osaki Hachimangu shrine, a highlight of my planned trip, and had to delay my trip to Matsushima; I arrived at dawn with almost nothing to see. My holiday was for five days, which means that this 1.25 hrs was about 1/50 of my waking time during my holiday. When I finally had the time to go back and ask for a refund the company simply said “I can’t refund”. So that’s about it: don’t take their bus unless you want to risk messing up your plan.

Full of people every time i took the bus. No air conditioner and very hot inside. They should leave every 10 mins or just use normal bus that has bigger size and plenty of seats. Poor management

It is a great way to visit several must-see tourism spot in Sendai. It is recommended to buy the one-day ticket. The staff can speak english very well. During the peak season however, people squeezed inside the bus in sendai Eki leaving many others waiting in-line. Yet the already fulfilled bus still open it doors to accept some passenger at the first stop in aobadori ichibancho eki.

You can buy a one-day pass and you can take the loop bus, Sendai city bus and subway, which is very cost-effective.

The atmosphere on the bus was good. However, the driver's statements were contradictory. It was crowded, so when I went to the last minute to stand near the exit of the bus, he told me not to stand because it was dangerous near the entrance. In the first place, that is the exit. So when I went back a little, they picked up more people from the exit, and they were standing even closer to the exit than where I was originally. If you're saying this for safety reasons, it's a mistake to add additional passengers. If you want someone to ride, you should say so.

Are there bus stops for each city near the station? Is it convenient? The express bus stop is very inconvenient.

I took the Loople Sendai on a Saturday, and the train was full and uncomfortable. It's a big problem to not allow passengers coming in mid-way because it's full, and there is an urgent need for a change in mindset as an organization. We need to improve the one-every-20-minute timetable, and urgent action is essential. The boarding location is also difficult to find! I don't want to repeat it.

Bus looks great but it’s super packed. They should just get rid of this bus and get a regular sized bus or run it more frequently. This bus runs every 30 mins on weekdays

This is not the loople Sendai boarding point. The boarding point is at Sendai Station No. 16.

The women's restroom in the waiting area is dirty. I don't think this would happen if everyone used it with everyone in mind... Is it because the cleaning person does it? It was clean and comfortable before.

I'm a local, but I ride it occasionally. For some reason, it shakes a lot. I feel like a donkey or a goat. On Saturdays and Sundays, a large number of passengers board the train from Sendai Station and Aoba-dori Ichibancho Station. Even when a large number of people gather near the boarding entrance and the door will not close. Driver, frustrated. Drivers should make an announcement to pack up in front. It was so crowded and uncomfortable that I tried to move forward, but a passenger chastised me.
