If you love pokémon and anime, head to level 10! Or was it level 9 I can't remember 😂 Food there looks amazing as well, it's a huge shopping mall so there's many things to shop

9 stories of worlds best brands and local unique gems, like knifes and kimonos. The only set back is for such a fancy place in such a country there is no digital guide or info booth, like in 1990s all info on wall boards very general and mostly in japaneese. Took lots of efforts to find what I've wanted.

Big sale in the basement! At about 6:30pm, many shops have discounts on their food. As I can see, it is up to 40% off.

Occasionally they'll mark down japanese fruits that are unsold. You can enjoy, japanese grapes, muscat, melon etc at half the price and they are FABULOUS. Eating fresh Japanese fruits is one of the most underrated enjoyment among tourists. Japanese melons are unusually good and have not (yet) been replicated elsewhere unlike the muscat. Daimaru and Takashimaya has some of the best fruits except the latter don't mark down unsold fruits regularly.

Shin Sai Bashi Suji is a huge Ginza with miles of shops, restaurants and hotels, located in Osaka Japan. We stayed 2 days but, could have used another 2 days. You will need a good pair of walking shoes! If you plan your stay, I suggest at least 4 days to explore the shops & restaurants and do some site seeing. The food is amazing and shopping was a blast; prices are very reasonable and the night life is the best. In my next review, I will show the hotel we stayed at, let me just say...it was interesting.

Do not recommend the drug store "Plumagi" there, with bad experience with a Chinese staff there (name label with x卓x character). We asked if she would combine a bill just a few minutes after we had paid it. She told us to buy some more, with more than 5400 yen purchase, we could combine the bills to enjoy tax free. We did as told, she then lectured us with a long face , in mean tone, saying that it was her manager's job to cancel the first bill, not hers, we brought her trouble, and she had to tell us her rules, what customers should do ....she kept her hands down, no intention to make a sale, Why told us to buy more in the first place?

No words to describe this food hall. High end chocolates, sushi, Thai, other desserts and baked goods.

Love the market usually in the basement level at the department store. Very good quality sushi/sashimi at reasonable prices ( better than at restaurant). In the evening towards closing time some even got discounted.

This department store was huge!! It has a great selection of high end items and you can spend a good few hours walking around. The tax free counter was in another building which got kind of confusing when we were trying to look for it but the store associates and even the door man was happy to point us to the right direction. The tax free counter had a huge line but the line moved fairly quickly and getting the money back took under 5 minutes.

Went here for pokemon center and cafe. Pokemon Center was ok and not too crowded. You can buy toys, plushies and stationaries. Unfortunately, pokemon cafe was fully booked and we were not able to dine. You have to book in advance, maybe a week or a month?

Beautiful department store with long tradition and in a beautifully designed building (roaring twenties). The 8th floor has top notch Japanese goods. Top floor houses a few restaurants (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) and, as usual, the -1 floor has a food market.

Great food and products but be ready to spend a lot. But it wont hurt if you spend a little over for you especially for the great tasting and wonderful looking food and sweets once in a while.

A favorite shopping arcade for local forks who enjoyed fine quality products and extraordinary services in Osaka. We are glad the old Japanese hospitality still exists in this great city.

The tax refund service on 9/F it was bad. The Chinese lady called "孫" kept speaking Chinese to me. I already told her "no Chinese and I do not really understand " and she kept doing this. And kept showing me Chinese version terms and conditions. Besides she asked for my credit card like 4 times. Once I put it back to my wallet, she asked me for it again. Finally she made it wrong procedure and asked for her Japanese colleague to do it again for her. The total experience was too bad and I won't come back again. I'd rather go Umeda.

Washroom on 9F very clean. No touch soap and water at sink. 3 stalls with sturdy hook to hang bag, sanitizer for seat cleaning, and bidet with privacy function. Stalls also have a baby seat to put infant while you are going. No paper towels for drying hands though.

Clean, well organised, spacious mall. A lot of brands with a wide range of products. If you know what you want you will find it here. If you don't know and you go shopping looking for inspiration it may be a little time consuming just because of the sheer size

A lot of luxary stores and not much else. The 9th floor is a redeeming factor with a pokemon center and shonin jump store. Both are quite small. Pokemon cafe is also on the 9f, reservation required, do it online as it fills up fast.

Great place for the whole family, no matter whether you are interested in high end shopping or the basement level food court.

Mega department store with high class designer goods on every floor. And restaurant, cafe floors for dining. Pokémon centre and cafe at the top. Bring a large wallet! 😁

Department store with a large range of luxury brands. Ground level can be extremely busy with lots of tourist buying jewellery. Basement has a small selection of eatery to choose from. Ample seating that is spacious and suitable for larger groups.

You can find many brands in the mall and nice food in Daimaru. Lifts are very limit and you have to wait quite long for the lift.

Department store for those with a pocket full of money. If you are a more modest tourist, the street galleries are more affordable.

Feel very pristine and high class mall not recommended for tourist visited only looking for that particular shop but unfortunately it was close down and not updated in Google map yet
