The meal paired well with the Tono craft beer that was offered, which uses locally grown hops visible from Lien Tono. We finished dinner with apples roasted in fire with ice cream. We slept well in the very spacious classic japanese home which is Daiji-san's childhood home. We finished our stay with a full breakfast akin to a ryokan with rice grown by Daiji-san. We highly recommend staying at Lien Tono for the warm hospitality, great food, and immersion into the Tono culture.

He also setup a bonfire that we could sit around at night. The kids were happy to roast marshmallows and relax on the hammocks. There was even an outdoor bath and a foot spa!
