Very knowledgeable and friendly staff willing to help with your electronic needs. You can find some good deals here, especially the “on sale” or campaign items, so it’s always good to check and compare the prices. They did a total remodeling (not so long ago) on the inside, so the place looks very professional and nice. They have a premium customer service area, but I don’t use it.

People who work there are incompetent.

Perfect service. A little pricy for the used goods, but there really isn't much competition in this space near here. Making the day trip to Akihabara is better, if you have the time and energy. The two staff members who served me fell over themselves with their hustle. I had to tell one of them to take his time. Nice work. As an aside, this seems to be a good location for drone purchases. Definitely, check that out.

No power cable for PC in a computer shop.... Sound like joke but sadly true

No staff to be seen except if you are a premium member ! Asked about a computer and got a very quick response then went away so left me a bit confused as I had more questions to ask.
