今年の初めに「今年はちょっと痩せてみようかな〜」と思い立ち、パーソナルジムを初検索。価格と通いやすい場所ということで、勢いに任せて入会しました!正直パーソナルジムで痩せると思ってはいませんでしたが、初めてのトレーニング機材などを使っての筋トレは楽しくて、ハマっていったら自然に痩せていきました!毎回のトレーニングメニューは自分の限界+αという感じで、トレーナーにはかなり追い込まれますが、トレ後のやり切った感があります!トレーナーさんとはかなり話しやすく、筋トレや食事のことはもちろん雑談もしつつ、レッスンが進むので、45分あっという間かつ学びのある有意義な時間が過ごせています!
通い始めて半年で、見た目ではっきり分かるほど筋肉もつきました!
パーソナルジムに通い始めてデメリットは1ミリもなく、良い自己投資ができています。
