Drinks and Food, and also the service was 5 Star!!! Food was a festival to our palates. Chef Langille was excellent! We wish you our best to your experience here in Dominican Republic, hopefully we can translate correctly this new lenguage of tasty national and international food, it was a true discovery of combinations of taste. There is no word to describe the quality of the food you’ll eat there. Everything is meticulously crafted and the taste is exquisite. Treat yourself to the degustation menu and enjoy your night with an excellent bottle of wine. Definitely one of the best restaurants of Dominican Republic. Definitely recommended, will come back ASAP.

Phenomenal experience. Top notch food, atmosphere, and wait staff. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Jarabacoa. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Chef Adin and his wife Jhanna were so welcoming and attentive.

I've eaten all over NYC, and this retreat with stunning views of the surrounding mountainside is hands-down one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. The chef, Adin, is a culinary artist who truly believes in locally-sourced materials, sustainable growth and investment in the local community. The wagyu tataki as an appetizer, the Hamachi ceviche, and for dessert the strawberry mousse and chocolate Panna Cotta with locally-grown cacao, are all quite simply sublime and out-of-this-world. The cocktails are also delicious with sophisticated spins on tropical classics. I absolutely cannot wait to come back next time visiting Jarabacoa. A dinner we will always remember.

Best place to eat in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic; high end food for those that have a sophisticated palate! The only Michelin star ⭐️ chef in the DR. Don’t worry about the language; waiters speak, English , Italian and of course the DR language Spanish👍🏼

Great food, it’s a bit pricey but it is worth it. The service was great, made reservations and never had to wait long for the waitress. The restaurant has a great view to take pictures.

My son and wife had come once before and recommended it when I got back to Jarabacoa ( where we now live ) I had to try the food. It really is a different level for DR where we now have lived for 20 years. We had the cepa de apio croquetas, the ceviche, and pulpo appetizers and all three were excellent. The short rib was the best I've had and the chef changed up the Yuca gnocchi for espuma Cepa de apio and batata. The sauce on it was so good I'll come back for that. My son had the pork chop also with some chayote and auyama was also tremendous. The view and the waiting staff were perfect. It is great to see a Michelin star chef here in our adopted town. Bravo chef and thanks for coming to the table to explain the main course

First time visiting Balcón and I can tell the experience was unique and pleasant. A friend suggested us to meet there and try this new place with him, i was hesitant to come because our kids were coming too, WRONG! The place is kids friendly, which made me happy. The food was absolutely delicious. The service is 10/10, Aris and a new waiter (on his first day today) gave us the best service EVER, simply amazing. The chef took time to come talk to us about the plates we chose, and made sure we enjoyed this new experience. The only thing it could make the place even better, is the road to get there, very steep hill, that need some asphalt, but overall a great experience for me 👌🏼
