I love this place! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in DR. Every time I go to Jarabacoa this place is a must! I usually get the salmon with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. I could eat it every day!!!

Great hidden gem! Definitely will be visiting again. The food was great and the beers were ice cold 🥶 the cafe is small but very cute and also busy. Which says everything about the place.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic dining experience at this establishment. The atmosphere was delightful, creating a beautiful setting for a memorable meal. The food, offered at a reasonable price, exceeded expectations and added to the overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this place for those seeking a great atmosphere and excellent food without breaking the bank.

Wow! I was truly surprised by this place! I thought I was back in the USA. Totally new and modern structure. Great decorating. Great music (on high quality speakers). Food was delicious. Service was top notch. Attentive staff. (Waldy Jose Cruz) This place is at the top of my list!

Terrific atmosphere both inside and outside. Good food, clean bathrooms, very modern. Great variety and great service. Reasonable prices and excellent quantity and quality of both food and beverage. One thing, if you are Mexican or American (or Mexican-American like me), don’t get the Nachos- you’ll be disappointed. Other than that, if you ever make it to Jarabacoa, this bistró and café is a MUST. It is among the best I’ve experienced as a world traveler!

Wow wow wow. I wish I had found this place sooner as I would have eaten every meal here. The service was amazing and the food just blew us away, flavours were great, the food was hot, the chefs actually care about the food they send out. Highly highly recommend

I love this place so much. The atmosphere is great. Service is great and the food is very reasonable. I remember when BISTRO was in a small mall. I asked the owner to please open a bigger spot. He did and now i love it!!!! I do not just give 5 stars to everyone.

The place is very nice/modern, the food was excellent many different items to choose from but for us the service was horrible, never came to get our drink order, after the food was brought out no one came to check on us, we had to wave down the waiter to get another drink, and then needed to get their attention again to get the check which was very difficult. I would understand if they were really busy but they had 4 waiters/waitresses and half the time they were just stand at the computer. I have lived in the D.R. For 2 years now and understand the service is not like in the U.S. but at a nice place with a pricier menu you should get better service.

Wow! I've spent a lot of time in the Dominican Republic and never had a better waitress. The food was excellent and service was fantastic! I wish I would have dressed a little nicer though. My wife made me take off my hat🤠. I had fajitas, my wife had ribs, the kids had nachos and a quesadilla. Everything was great.

It’s very rare in a business to have great service with delicious food at a price that they don’t beat you over the head. The server Junior was extremely exceptional. My brother and I went to eat two times while we were in Jarabacoa D.R.

Best food and atmosphere in Jarabacoa in my opinion. Fajitas steak was delicious as were the drinks. Also very comfortable tables and couches, the kids fell asleep on the couch so the adults could enjoy dinner! Coming back for breakfast

Very lovely place, great food!

The food was delicious. We were greeted by a very welcoming gentlemen. We loved the place. Was a little crowded and the restrooms needed some attention but again the food was amazing and not expensive. Would definitely go back.

The food here is really delicious, atmosphere is pretty nice and quiet, as it's not right on the street. The fried chicken with maduros inside and a cheese sauce on the outside was so good, and the chimichurri with the steak was also on point. Don't expect a cheap meal though. We paid a little over $20 USD for a lunch for two.

Such an incredible restaurant!!! I've been traveling the Dominican Republic for a month now, and this place is DEFINITELY the best meals I've had in the entire country! (Seriously, get the fajitas)
