Where to start? Atmosphere: Just fantastic. It's like you've been there since day one. Everyone is amazing, even other customers. The vibe of the place welcomes you and hug you with joy. We didn't had kids with us, but we saw a lot of families with kids enjoying the place. I didn't see a specific area for kids (perhaps there's an area, based on the amount of families), but there was room for them to enjoy the grounds. The service? Well, those guys were amazing. From the guy who received us, to the last guy that helped us were the best. Even the photoshoot guys makes your day special. They really try their best to make you feel good and fulfill your needs. Now to the food: They've got a good list of beverages from which I have to recommend the fruits mojito (coconut, lime and passion fruit-chinola), but they have plenty of choices. The food it's really tasty. I ordered a mofongo with a side of chicken in garlic sauce that was very good. Others in my table got parmesan eggplant, barbecue ribs, fried yucca sticks, fried plantains, but what really surprised us was the awesome taste of the grilled veggies... A flavor explosion. They have good cooks and even better servers. I was forgetting their name dish, their coffee... Well, let's just say that I still got some visits left to continue tasting their fine coffee. I tried three of their preparations and they all were great. I certainly will recommend almost everything to try on different visits, but you can't miss the ride in their party carts through Jarabacoa. They actually take you through the town while you enjoy live music (typical merengue in our case, which was amazing) and make stops in a couple of places so you can take pictures, videos or whatever you want (we had time to dance in the open).

Such a great place! The service was great. The food was hot and very tasty! The drinks were strong and the decor is beautiful! This is absolutely a 10/10 in my book! Parking can be abit hard but is worth It. Our waiter made the cutest mini video of me and my friend which i loved!! They are so attentive and fun! The bathroom was my favorite decor although there’s sooo many and so much to look at! I also rode the fun trolley with music. That was THE BEST!! Only 250 pesos for a great time and live cool music. You must get on to finish the experience! Overall a must visit place for sure!

Beautiful place, but all of our food was cold, the first waiter was probably new and inexperienced and needs more training he was not very attentive. Food should never be served at the temperature that we were served. Our second waiter was understanding to the situation, but it was too late. Our bill was 5000 and we left right after. I was going to do the bus tour but decided not to at all since our food experience was not good at all. The restaurant ambience is more for a younger crowd since most of the waiting staff is young men which were mostly gathered joking around in the front of the restaurant..

This restaurant has turned into a festival of its own. Something to see in DR. Different, beautiful and the best place for selfies 😉.

One of the better Restaurants in the small town of Jarabacoa. The Atmosphere was stunning, picture perfect. The staff are very attentive, kind always available. The food was on par with what you would expect from a touristic restaurant, prices were fair but not for the locals to enjoy. Info recommend trying it out.

It's a nice, Instagrammable place in the center of Jarabacoa. Pretty noisy, because cars and bikes go by, music and lots of people flock here. The cocktails were good. The service was pretty good too.

This is a must go to spot! Where do I begin. There were a few guys taking some fun photos and videos that was amazing at what they do. Don’t be alarmed when they grab your phone. Trust them they know what they are doing, I’ve learned some new tricks on watching them use my iPhone to capture so epic shots. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. I felt safe there. The drinks were great and the staff was friendly. Make sure to hop on the shuttle they offer around town. It was the best experience of my whole trip to DR we had tons of fun and I 100% recommend coming here if you are ever in the area!

Nice concept , quick service and very well educated. The staff are lovely and friendly. Expected a bit more from the food , small portion and not very fresh. But the whole experience was nice 👍

Very lively environment if you go for dinner. Loud music with some dancing. We tried burgers which unfortunately were sub par. The bread was easily breaking apart like it was getting old but not quite to the point of dry and hard. Also be ready to be prepared to get haggle a bit by people asking for money outside of the restaurant for things like helping you "find parking"

Good food, great atmosphere, and service. One of the more fun spots to visit whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Also has some great spots to take photos.

Got an excellent Mojito here. We we’re unsure what to do with our day and the bar tender introduced us to one of their guides. For a very fair price he took us on an ATV ride on the trails around town. Then took us to a swimming hole. Highly recommend

The place was nice definitely worth the insta pics but when it came to our food getting out to us it was almost an hour. And I was half way done with my drink when my partner saw hair in my drink it was disgusting I brought it to up an employee and they didn’t do nothing about it. Our waiter on the other hand was helpful and don’t blame him for anything. They need to be more clean with there food.

Vibrant local place. Is full of life, and food is delicious. Ambient is entertaining. Beware of the photographers. They bug you to take a pic, and it can cost you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Café Colao. The service was good, our drinks, too. The place is big and offers different-looking sitting areas, it's ideal for large groups. We even sang karaoke.

Cafe colao has a fun vibe, by the park, right in the middle of town. The food was good and the service was excellent. Lots of cute photo opportunities. 📸 They even have a party bus that gives you a tour around the town.

Another one of the best restaurants I’ve visited here in the Dominican Republic. The service is one of the best that I’ve experienced here or in the US and the food was fantastic. The majority of the time we were there they played popular regatón songs mixed in with some other kinds of music. In the pictures are the “chicken fingers”, goats meat, and a smiley face next to the cheesecake we ordered. Similar to other restaurants in the area it can be really loud and hard to hear the people you’re dining with when sitting near the road as there are loud bikes and cars blasting music. But it’s a really nice place to eat.

Very cool spot to hang out. Lots to see! It’s popular for the colorful hanging umbrellas, flowers and photo ops. Go to Cafe Colao and ask for Winifer. You will not be disappointed.

Food tastes very good, but sizes are too small. Be careful if you go in large groups, so orders take more than an hour to arrive even if what you order are simple recipes.
