I went in to get a fresh new set and as she took off the first old acrylic nail poorly, she sliced under my nail with the plastic nail that they use to put on your nails in the beginning. On top of that she tries again to take it off with the same plastic nail and she ripped half of my nail off.. smh. Never coming back here. They clearly don’t know how to remove nails in a safe manner.

UPDATE I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER AND STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A PHONE CALL BACK FROM THE MANAGER. If I could give this place a zero star I honestly would! The man who did my nails was rough and rude. I asked for pink nails with silver glitter and he continued to tell me ok and didnt give me that at all, and on top of that he cut my fingers all up as well as my toes. Not only are my fingers and toes cut up, my big toe is swollen and bleeding (see above in pictures). My nails are also lumpy (as you can see in the pictures as well.) He put way too many coats of nail polish on the nails which caused my nails to be thick and he didn't do coffin nails like I requested as well. I am extremely disappointed at this. The only good experience I had was when a different lady came and put the jewel on my nails because at that point I was DONE!! This man needs to be fired, he obviously has no idea how to do nails and is way to rough with his customers.

I do not pamper myself ever. I came here on a whim and I am so glad I did. They are so accommodating and made me feel so welcome and loved. I even cried. Life is hard and sometimes especially when you forget about self care. I am so grateful and I will definitely be coming back.

I was on the hunt for a good nail salon and thought I would try out this place, the people were very friendly but the nail job was terrible. I paid $55 for a full set definitely not worth the price. The man who did my nails unfortunately seems like he has 0 experience and probably should not be providing service. I had to get the shape re filed and fixed by another nail tech. The fix was ok She tried her best to fix the shape it was way worse than what’s in the photo but I still left unsatisfied. The jewel design is also crooked and off center. The nails are too thick and bulky and shape is just horrible if I didn’t spend so much money I would have taken them off immediately. Got a pedicure by the same man who ruined my nails because I felt bad and thought I would give him a chance on the pedicure and he cut my small index toe which hurts a lot now. I unfortunately will not be going back and have to find a new nail salon.

I am visiting and chose Spring Nails because of the reviews. My experience was excellent as well. I had let my nails go and they gave me an outstanding pedicure and manicure. They were able to do the work with almost no discomfort. I told the staff I would come back back here from Mississippi to get my nails done again. Definitely recommend this business!!.

My daughter and I got our nails done here. The people here are hilarious!! 😂 I think even if I didn’t really like the nails I still would have given a good review just because they were so kind, welcoming and funny! But also the nails looked great! Just like the picture I showed them! TONY IS THE FUNNIEST!!!

I’m going to preface this by saying I have really bad anxiety which causes me to pick and bite my nails so my nail beds are always short so the lady who did my nails worked with what she could which is why I gave it a 3. I first came in an asked for a simple almond shape with black French. Halfway thru my husband said I should do a white French instead when I relayed I’d prefer white she said okay. I had issues with the shape and length even had her replace a thumb nail because she had cut it to short. After bending a nail while putting it on After she replaced it it’s actually the only nail on my hands I like. I only came here cause my regular tech moved and I needed a new salon. I had high hopes because of the reviews but I guess I didn’t dig deep enough. By the time we were don’t I just wanted to go home the first photo is what I asked for. All in all I have it a 3 cause maybe it’s my fault for not being more clear with what I wanted but I’m highly unsatisfied

I love everyone there and everyone does a great job! MY personal favorite is the younger man for my nails and the sweet woman who does the eyebrows/waxing. Those are my go to people 😊 LOVE THEM 💯💞🥰
