This is the absolute Best Panera Bread anywhere in the Tampa Bay Area! Every time I come into this Store the Management is So Cool! I would like to say thank you to a manager named Taya she completely understands Customer service. She always has a great attitude and is always Smiling. Also the people that work there are all really amazing as well. A hard working man named Trevion is also a fantastic Employee as well and is always so helpful. And Robert always makes great food! I just wanted to say thank you to the whole Crew that works there for there Exceptional Customer Service.

We ordered at the self service kiosk and our food was ready rather quickly. The food tasted great but even though we ordered no Chipotle sauce or onions on the sandwich it still had both of them. The restaurant itself was clean but the men's bathroom sink could use an update.

I like Panera bread they are a bit overpriced and their portion size could be bigger but their food tastes really good the things I get the most are tuna sandwich, broccoli cheddar soup, or Mac n cheese. Also the fruit teas that they have are really good

as always, i love panera bread! the yogurt was delicious and the mac n’ cheese was extremely creamy. the green tea is very good too, but i like mixing it with brisk iced tea, lemonade, and the passion fruit tea. the tomato soup is very creamy as well, and the croutons are crunchy and pleasant to eat. the soup is called creamy tomato soup for a reason, lol!

Ordered through uber eats. 3 bagels which I was charged extra for cream cheese and this is what we get... burnt disgusting bagels that are cold and just thrown in the bag with containers of cream cheese and utensils thrown in on top of them. Disgusting

Ordered food for delivery. My food arrived organized and fresh. The BBQ chicken salad and the broccoli and cheddar Mac &cheese are my GO-TO meals for lunch. They both tasted fantastic and fresh. This Panera Location is my favorite choice for lunch time at work! 10/10

Very easy order, orange scone with cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese and iced coffee with vanilla—— unfortunately there was no cream cheese and the coffee was black with no utensils!

I got 2 months of coffee free with Fetch Rewards, so went 3 or 4 times a week. I also got a free pastry for using their app. The orange scone warmed, with butter, melted in my mouth. When I started paying the $8.99 a month for coffee, I also got 4 free pastries for the upcoming month. I tried the blueberry scone, and this was just as delicious. I am very happy going there.

I have to say each and every time I go to Panera they are always pleasant and are always happy to give me my "coffee" through my paid coffee subscription. I tried their free coffee for 30 days and was hooked and now I'm having no problem paying that small (under $10 monthly coffee subscription) which gives me unlimited coffee every day... One of the few treats I give myself as part of my day. You should to! Of course I usually end up ordering a delicious yummy everything bagel or a toasted crunchy ciabatta breakfast sandwich to go along with it, just starts my day off right!

The whole team is super sweet and always goes above and beyond. Not only that, but the food is always prepared proper and quick. I would definitely recommend this Panera over any other. 🙂

Picked up a pastry ring that was already dried out when we served it .picked up bagels also and asked not to cut them. Ended up with half of them cut because they were left over from someone who didn't want them cut, and they weren't fresh either. Not happy with there service past couple of visits. For what they charge food and service should be better. Time to start going elsewhere. 2nd time here they still can't get my order right. Not going back.

The service here is good no complaints there. However I ordered Togo when I got home to sit down and eat I was disappointed at how dry my sandwich was. I ordered the Bacon Turkey Bravo. I happened to give this $10 turkey sandwich a try due to the supposed signature sauce. This most definitely was not worth the money. There was such little sauce that you could not even tell it was there. I had to put mayo and mustered out my refrigerator on it. This May not sound like a huge deal to everyone however if I'm paying a restaurant for an item described on the menu I would expect that to be what I was given. If I wanted a plain Jane mayo mustered sandwich I could have took that $10 and made myself a few turkey sandwiches. To top it off I opened my bag of chips that came with the sandwich and they were Stale as could be I popped one in my mouth and spit it out due to the texture of how stale they were.

If you plan on going out of business just go ahead and tell your customers. Over the past year the service and quality of my food has gone downhill. How many times do you have to be told your speakers are broke at the drive-thru? Then to have the manager act like he never heard they were broke. Give me a break. And it's always a good thing to get the food that you ordered to get the soup that you ordered in the flavor that you ordered it's too bad you are hit or miss on this. We're going to try a different location and if that one proves to be the same you've permanently lost a household of customers.

One of my favorite Panera B’s. Coffee is always full. Food is yummy and served up fast. People that work here have been nice. Plenty of parking as this location is prime. (In front of the old Gulfview Square Mall).

I placed a rapid pick-up order. Yes, it was near closing, but there are store hours for a reason. When I walked into the restaurant, I greeted the cashier who started straight at me and ignored me, refusing to return my greeting. Fine. I grabbed my food and went on my way. Realized when I got home that my order was wrong and my drink had been forgotten. And the food I had was overcooked and thrown together. Well, of course no one will be answering the phone. Nah won't be returning to this location.

The food was good. The portions of meat were next to nothing compared to what you paid. All of the fixtures and signs are covered in dust. You think they would take the time to dust things off a little bit for the kind of prices they charge?

Great place for a quick bite. He best autumn squash soup is currently on the menu.

I come every morning during the week to use my sip club and the girl at the window is always so pleasant and nice. Food and drinks are always great.

EDIT, changed to 3 stars: I was directed to a link in my email rather than the customer care website, where I was able to be refunded for the missing item. This is definitely not an option when using the app or visiting the company site. I typically have an okay experience eating in here, but this is the first and last time I'll be doing a delivery order from this location. Their driver ignored my instructions (clearly printed on the receipt on the bag) and woke up the whole household by ringing the bell and pounding on the door, and then we found they didn't even send the right food in the first place, despite it being listed correctly on the receipt and supposedly checked off by an employee. Panera customer care is impossible to get hold of without a lengthy phone call. Overall, pretty disappointing experience.

We have eaten at this Panera multiple times as this location actually has a drive-thru! Every time we've been the staff at the window have always been friendly and the wait times for your food are amazing! Great location for some quick drive-thru panera!

ordered the mix and match with the broccoli and cheddar soup and grilled mac n cheese sandwich. My sandwich was cold and the soup with this horrendous dark orange color with mushy broccoli that were not whole pieces of broccoli as it usually is. I assume I got the bottom of the bag of the soup and that my sandwich was not in the microwave for long enough. But you can tell there is a lack of cleanliness and fresh/quality food being made in the store. The store is very dirty with mold/mildew inside their soda machines and sticky residue all over the lemonade station and behind. The manager was very kind when giving my refund, however, I think it is best to not return to this location. Would recommend driving the extra 10-15 minutes to go to the Panera in Trinity than this place.

I can't say enough good things about this Panera Bread. Such a fun and happy staff.

The food is good but 2 out of the last 3 purchases they've messed up the order. They didn't give me 13 bagels only 9. They forgot the cream cheese but charged me. One order I picked up I was supposed to get 4 bread bowls and only got 2. Check your order at this location. But you lose out if it's a delivery. Uber gave me a $5 credit for panera forgetting the cream cheese. They've done it again with another failed delivery. This time they forgot the cookie. So 75 percent of the time you're order will be wrong.

Kaitlyn at your drive thru is not personable, didnt offer an applogy for my inconplete order and was quick to shut her window.

Just ok, got pastries for my coworkers and it was 36 bucks. Didn't get a lot either, enough for 4 poeple. They were not impressed. Cashier seems liked she did not like her job.

Online platform would not accept payment and recycled my order without resolution. Drove to Drive thru and still was unsatisfied.

I have ordered food at least 3 times per week. In the past 3 visits you have screwed up my orders!!! I know good help is hard to find..this location is the best example of this. I will no longer come to Panera Bread..too many other good restaurants to spend money on...BYE FELICIA!!

Always love the Tuna salad sandwich with the fiji apple salad in pick two. Wife stated she tasted the chlorine in the water, that is the only negative. All else is good.

Twice the price on delivery. half the order missing. Web site order doesn't match receipt. French baguette so hard you could hit a fast ball. Couldn't cut with professional chef's knife. what a joke.

They keep using door dash for delivery. 99% of times the order was never delivered or is damaged/missing items. Whatever deal they have with DoorDash needs to be terminated as DoorDash drivers in general are not trustworthy. Delivery was much better when Panera utilized their own delivery staff...never had a problem back then but as soon as they started using DoorDash almost every single order has been wrong or missing items if it ever gets delivered in the first place, that is. Of course, they have always tried to make it right by restarting the order or sending the correct/missing items but when you're trying to remotely order lunch for your office staff with a set lunch hour this seriously screws everyone over. Panera, do us all and yourselves a favor and find DoorDash in violation of your agreement.

We had our food delivered hardly any meat in sandwich's hair in our cookie bag and she said all I can do is have you bring the food back up here to look at it I said if I could do that I wouldn't of had it delivered waste of money only thing good was the Mac and cheese sad will never go there again

Food was great and friendly staff. I loved the strawberry poppyseed salad and the passion green tea. My husband got the spicy chicken sandwich "the take". It was good but he said it was not spicy enough for him haha. Love the cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese is my breakfast go to.

Well. #1 the person inside put my name as ken. When its hannah. #2. We were waiting 15 mins for our order, which when it's busy is understandable. Although, when we got up to see if our food togo was ready (because the people who ordered after us got theirs)... no one even acknowledged us. Then, we looked at the order for "ken". It was ours. By the way, our names are Hannah and Derek. No one apologized or even acknowledged us. Also, the cashier was rude and multi tasking, so it didnt really add any positivity to the experience. By the time we finally got the food and got home, it was cold and not as good as it should have been.

I love panera, don't get me wrong BUT since when has it become standard to receive an iced coffee when you don't specify hot. Last I knew coffee originated as a hot drink or at least that was the norm.....today I asked for a mocha latte with an extra shot of espresso. I was handed an iced. The girl did appoligize and offer a new drink but the line was super long behind me, so I elected to attempt to enjoy the iced slop (which I didnt ...waste of 5 bucks I guess since I knew I disliked ice coffee) . I really think the employees should be trained to ask if not specified.

*EDIT* can management please focus on training or re training as lately my orders are usually incorrect and the salads are very inconsistent. I always order the same salad but 90 percent of the time the past couple months my salad is missing key ingredients. No avocado, no tortilla strips, bad lettuce, no kale, no salsa...its alot of ingredients but thats what we pay for so I expect it to be right. I love this place and dont want to stop going but i never know what to expect lately.*** I want to thank the employees of this Panera location!! Ya'll have been great during this pandemic and I really appreciate the drive through service. I take precautions to protect them and myself when I pass through the drive through window.

I ordered a roasted turkey avocado blt and barely got any turkey meat so I brought my sandwich up and asked if I could get more pieces of turkey. They remade the whole sandwich, this is what I was served. Looks like they chewed up the meat and spit it back out, put it on a dirty plate with avocado coating the outside of the sandwich . Disappointing
