Stayed at this hotel from 2/8/23 to 4/8/23. Room no. 301. My experience with this hotel was not very good. Within a couple of hours after check in , a small mouse was found roaming in the room. However the hotel staff managed to catch in within half an hour. I had never seen such incident in a hotel with a room tariff of Rs.5000/- for a day. Food was good with resonable price but limited choice in there menu. The free breakfast was also good but again very limited choice. My worst experience was their washroom that cannot drain water properly . Also the pebbles kept under wash basin was only for the bacteria and fungus to make there home. There was no water tap in the bathing area. They also stopped water supply for maintainence without any information for half an hour. It seems some bizzare architect without any common sense has designed the entire hotel. One can visit the hotel if no other option available.

Stayed for a night in room 203, the lock wouldn't work (you couldn't lock your room when away). The key card was practically useless since it wasn't required to enter. The AC would either be too cold or chilling. Only the dinner (in room) and wifi was decent. The washroom (eeyucks), pebbles are placed under the wash basin counter and there were hair and gunky 'god knows what' garbage in them. There was no hot water in the morning so expect a cold shower (at extreme pressures in the hand shower and barely a trickle in the overhead one). To add insult to injury, the breakfast was meagre with most of the containers not refilled. Be kind to yourself don't go here, choose the next door, Sentinel or Kaisons Inn.

Stayed in Feb 2022 Amazing hotel, really enjoyed our stay here. Smoking in the rooms is strictly not allowed, They had a pool table, rooms are well maintained, no smell in the rooms, friendly staff, although food is expensive but it is delicious. The view from my room was good(road side) no noise.

"I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely arrogant and dishonest. I had booked a room over the phone and was confirmed a room with an outside view. However, when I arrived at the hotel at the promised time, the receptionist, Vikas, denied having booked my room and accused me of lying. When I informed him that I had a recording of our conversation, he taunted me and refused to show me any other room until I played the recording. After I played the recording, he finally showed me a different room, and I booked it out of frustration. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my unpleasant experience with the staff."

Shower was not working and bathroom drainage problem, we changed the room 2 times just because the shower was not working in both of them, finally we settled in the 3rd room. Room service is very poor, we stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days but no one came to clean the room we told to clean the room at the reception 2 to 3 times but no one came, no staff came to pick up the used crockery like cups and all, cold water side of the wash basin tap was not working only hot water was coming in the tap at the morning time.

The nanny suite is situated near the Indraprastha Apollo hospital Delhi. The rooms at the hotel are good and spacious. The service of the hotel is also very nice. The staff is cooperative and listens to the customer. You can take morning breakfast included in the room. The morning breakfast is good here. You can also order lunch and dinner here. You can also play snooker here. Overall a very good choice for a medium budget.

I was there because of my official trip to Delhi. I stayed for 2 nights. Location - Jasola, adjacent to road, but no sound. The glass were soundproof. Room cleanliness is where there needs a vast improvement. The room had cockroach and cleanliness has to be maintained. The shampoo box was broken. Another thing I will strongly recommend is to keep toiletries I.e. comb, toothpaste, toothbrush. I missed it. The wooden flooring needs to be mended. It was making eerie sound. Otherwise the hotel is good for stay. Breakfast has different menu's and tasty.

Nanee is a good place to stay if you’re up for some work or visiting family near the Apollo Hospital or Jasola Vihar.

This hotel practice unethical way for business. Person sitting on the counter quotes and takes booking, then the manager Mr. Shehzad talks rudely, quotes higher rate and cancel booking on the last minute. Avoid this place to not get scammed.

It's situated on the main road in Jasola. The rooms were all cleaned up, they serve complementary breakfast too. I had breakfast one day and it was okay. One can stay here.

It's an ok hotel to stay in. The rooms are fine, but would need some maintenance for the bathroom.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Stinking rooms and hotel staff so much rude. The rooms are so smelly and so unhygienic. When I asked for refund they were so rude and told that room cannot be changed and you have to stay in this smelly room. We can’t help it. The staff did all rudeness to us. We didn’t stayed there and returned then and there.
