    Normally I am very positive with my reviews especially if a place has done a good job or attempted to do a good job. In this case we had a bad experience. We waited 30 minutes total to get our food. We were in the Drive-Thru which only had one car in front of us at the ordering microphone menu and then I sat there for at least 5 minutes and finally ask somebody what was going on and they took my order. I ordered a 10-piece half mild have spicy with a butterfly shrimp. 20 minutes later I went in to check on the order after being asked to park out front. When I walked in I saw chicken and biscuits and everything else piled height of the ceiling but customers standing around everywhere. As soon as I walked in a guy standing next to the door said if you didn't know you picked the wrong place to eat man this is how they always are. I said well now I know. We waited another five minutes before our food was brought out. We have been driving for the last 7 Days around the country eating fast food all over from Texas to North Dakota all the way over to Michigan through Illinois and everywhere else and this was our worst experience by far right here in the great state of Texas only one hour from our home. We received a 10-piece but all of it was mild. There was a divider paper in the box but it was all mild not one piece of spicy. Also when we got the butterfly shrimp my wife immediately after fighting it was dissatisfied with it so I took it and tried it thinking that is probably what was the freshest and it was definitely old. So where are we we're disappointed and frustrated with the entire experience. If I could undo the choice obviously I would. When we pulled up I told my wife this would be five minutes and we'll be on the road because I thought for sure they would knock it out of the park but 30 minutes later we have the wrong order and are headed home frustrated.

    They ran out of chicken fillets for chicken sandwiches but happily made me the same sandwich but with chicken tenders. Staff were all happy and smiley and all the employees were good mood which I found contageous. Excellent place to grab a tasty bite. :)

    Second visit in 3 days. 1st visit we were at drive thru and when we FINALLY got to the window, we got a just one moment....about 5 minutes, and I mean literally 5 MINUTES, probably more though, we got yet another, just one moment. After about 15 minutes, we drive around and I go to the front door. An older gentleman is hosing out something at the door and says dining room closed, use the drive thru. I told him I'd just been in the drive thru for 20 minutes and did not receive any help, he then hollered at the young men working to put on the headsets, but what's funny is that it was girls voices that told us just one minute, both times. So, they kept us hanging until they got off when the dining room closed and left and just left us sitting at the drive thru. This visit, the drive thru was coned off and when I went to the door and opened it, there was a full staff, standing there talking and told me they were closed. So, no, I do not at all recommend going to Popeyes......

    This particular Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, located in Jasper, Texas, ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER EVER EVER get the order right. The cooks in the kitchen are absolutely great at preparing the food, but the folks taking the orders and waiting on the customers need to be relieved of their duties immediately. It's really sad that they can not take a customers order and get it right.

    Took "for.....ever" to get waited on at the drive thru. Finally got to window and found out the price listed was incorrect and 12 pieces of chicken cost $30! (with tax). No sides, just chicken. Well the service was good and I eventually left with something else. Love that chicken, but really can't afford the price anymore. Its a shame my special eat out times are now fast food instead of eat-in restaurants.

    This Popeyes is the worst in speed st drive thru and after you wait for five minutes to order when you are the only car in line they say it will be 15 minutes for spicy chicken. Managers are not doing their job on seeing product is available. I just left and turned around went to McDonald's.

    Don't get the flounder its mostly breading very little fish!!!!! Not their fault very clean otherwise. Looks like the Wharton business rule applies. Cheapen a good product for the same cost equals more profits. Sorry

    Just want to say ya had one girl working her butt off waiting own window and the front. Ya had the people they just wasn't working.That girl needs a raise an some need fired. 3/15 evening. I give the girl a 💯

    If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! This place was one of the most un clean places I have ever been to. The floors were gross it didn't look like the heat lamps were working food and crumbs everywhere you could tell nothing is being wiped down. The tea containers were nasty looking there was drink all over the floor infront of the drink machine they didn't bother to clean it up They just put a wet floor sign you had to stand in it to fix your drink and you could tell it had been there awhile. I was really scared to get sick from the food and honestly I'm not one who ever post reviews but this was bad and I thought I'd give them a second chance after not going for years because while I was waiting on my food last time there were roaches crawling around the food.

    I’ve had bad experiences over the years with Popeyes but today the staff here made me give them a 2nd chance food was perfect and the service was even better . Thank you guys don’t know the lady’s name on the drive thru hut you deserve raise .

    Some of the sorriest service around. Employees are clowns and honestly surprised they’re still open. The woman (think that was a woman) at the window forgot my order from the time it took me to drive to the window, then she decided to snap her fingers at me, I said “Nah you ain’t gonna do all that.” Then she told her coworker she was going to “punch this guy in the face.” I looked at her and said don’t worry about that order and drove off. Like I said don’t waste your time here employees are clowns.

    Their staff runs around and does all kinds of different jobs and because of that customers are waiting longer periods to get their food instead of them sticking to the one job that they're supposed to be doing they wanna do everybody else's job. I was really disappointed in the quality of the service

    Went to Popeyes Today In Jasper Tx; ask for a 12 piece sweet & spicy wings; I ask for fresh batch but you can tell they wasn't fresh; they wasn't hot; but good Customer Service and was very friendly just the food wasn't very fresh but other than that had an good experience...

    Waited at drive thru for 8 min, no line no answer. Go inside. One man working in kitchen, two geniuses working on the same register, two others standing around and looked like two managers. Took 10 minutes for them to get the one order before me complete and stated there was a wait on the chicken to be cooked…. Vacuum salesmen

    Order was incorrect, but they made it right after I told them about it. The chicken breast was extremely dry and barely edible. I was really surprised because it's usually my favorite chicken place....not this time though. Staff was ok.

    I waited 40 minutes on six pieces of chicken that was already done when I got there no one would fill the order they were wandering around like chickens with their heads cut off a kid clocked in about 20 minutes in and started making the order out everybody that works there acts like they're too good to work there

    Ordered 12 piece family meal. The 2 side orders was a small coleslaw (individual size) & a small (individual size ) fries. If you do go to this Popeye's, make sure you check your ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!!!

    I think this is one of the worst places I have been not just once a few times .you sit in drive thru long enough to give birth to twins , blow the horn and still nothing, some times pull to the window and they just look at you if they even come and say h3y we busy can you pull up front. Nothing is ever good or right , staff rude just look at you crazy tell them what you want and they charge you separate. If I ask for a meal how do you have separate prices chicken , sides , drinks a meal is a set price 🤔

    Staff was great. But the chicken pieces have gotten so small. They overcook it now so it's small and dried out. I used to LOVE Popeyes & didn't mind the price but w the little bitty overcooked, dry chicken its just not worth the price anymore !!!

    We’ve been to this location about 4 times now. Every time it’s taken 20 plus minutes to get our food. Our last trip here, I did a mobile order. I was asked had I paid for it. I said yes. Sat at the drive thru order area another 7-8 minutes. Young lady comes back on to take my order. I again tell her I placed a mobile order. I was told to pull around. I pull up to the window. We waited and waited. The same young lady that spoke to us at the back of the store, tells us to pull around that they’re waiting on apple pies. Waited 10-15 minutes in the front of the store. Watched numerous employees going in/out just talking and visiting with customers. Food finally comes out. French fries are cold, chicken sandwiches are cold, apple pies are cold. If we were waiting on apple pies to be cooked, wouldn’t those be hot? We will NEVER patronize this Popeye’s again. Poor service!

    Worse Popeyes I've seen. Coming home from the lake, red beans and rice tasted weird. Out of ice, out of certain drinks or the drinks had syrup and no carbonation. No spoon for red beans and rice. No napkins. So much sauce on chicken sandwich that it was unedible and had pickles when requested none

    This place has gone down hill. The drive through is the worst. Several times it seems like the person I am talking to is on something and my orders have been wrong and the food quality is very poor.

    After sitting in the drive-thru for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, someone else pulled in behind me so I decided to just go in. A ton of people in there "working" and as soon as I walked in they were taking the other person's order at the drive-thru and laughing and carrying on like they were friends. So, I continued to wait... And wait.... and wait.... screw it!! I went somewhere else. Don't waste your time with this place.

    Now I know Popeyes is good.. But I'm really disappointed in this location, Cold fries, hot drink , rude service . Please get it together our community deserves hot fresh food and great service.

    Took 30 minutes for a 16 piece while not busy. Served by an employee who drug her feet and literally said she needed motivation, then forgot every side so we had to go back to the store. Luckily it wasn't a problem and they knew they were forgotten.

    My husband and I went in for lunch today and it took 31 minutes from the time we ordered til we got our food. 4 or 5 other customers placed their orders and got their food before we got ours.

    I’ve never left a negative fast food review. Horrendous is a pretty good start. The cashier rolling her eyes, cutting customers off talking. Sweet tea tasted like liquid arm pit, sprite was just fizzy water and the coke was flat. The 3 employees I told seemed lost and uninterested in concerning themselves with the drinks. I told them I was going next door to buy a drink and the cashier said “cool”. As a result the chicken has almost no crust. NO CRUST. All for the price of $24.42. The beignets were good, just not $24 for 3 good.

    The young dark lady with the long black hair and the attitude made sure we won’t be coming back again. We asked a simple question and it was made to feel like an inconvenience. Get better staff who keep the customers coming back for more because at this point you’re keeping them away.
