It seems that this place is not as crowded as before..but their food is still delicious..if you want to eat timlo (surakarta interpretation of soup) and don't want to wait too long for your food..this is the place..food is good..we order nasi timlo and nasi rames..both are delicious..timlo's broth is clean and refresing,full of flavour..i like serundeng (spiced shredded coconut) in their nasi rames

Made a stop with my wife at this exclusive restaurant near Pasar Gede traditional market. First we enjoyed free fruit drink (served at dinner during Ramadhan fasting month). Afterwards we had complete Solo salad (regular Solo salad + offals), complete Solo timlo, hot tea and hot lemon. The timlo was so fresh and savory. Unfortunately the Solo salad was salty, not sweet, even rather fishy (maybe due to the offals), and there was a sunny side up egg (telor ceplok) instead of the common sweet brown boiled egg. A friendly and helpful waiter. Good free WiFi. A spacious place with nice decorations and clean restrooms. Another minus: no musholla.

RM Timlo Solo is a luxury Javanese restaurant offering a wide variety of specialties from Solo and Jogja, including Timlo Solo, Nasi Liwet Solo, Gudeg Jogja, Nasi Rames, Nasi Pecel, and more. The prices are quite standard for a high-end Javanese restaurant. I ordered Nasi Timlo Solo Komplit and Nasi Gudeg Jogja Komplit, and both dishes had good flavors with sufficient portions. The restaurant also sells frozen food such as pempek, adding to its diverse offerings.
