Good food, good ambience and good service. The only challenge is just that you have to wait quite a while for the lift to takes you to the 4th floor where the restaurant is

Sitting atop a high-rise, the restaurant's lavish interior set high expectations for its menu. Unfortunately, while 80% of the dishes impressed with their quality, the remaining fell short. The flavors didn't justify the steep prices. It's a classic case of style over substance in some aspects.
