Never respect their own appointments given and better to be a Walk in customer and get your services done immediately. Will tell you bill will be sent by SMS, never happened with me. Services are good though, have some good guys. They lack professionalism in billing and honoring so called appointments. I have an appointment fixed this morning at 8.30 and now is 9.18 waiting ….. Had to leave as I have some appointment of mine to be honored. Pathetic….

100% consistency for PATHETIC service. For gents section it seems fine. I occasionally get something done when my husband goes for a haircut. Received worst pedicure ever. She did my nail cut and file in all of 2 minutes and left my legs to soak for the next 15 minutes. Came back did something for 10minutes and was done. Extremely rude and zero professionalism. Getting people to give a 4.9 rating is even worst. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE RATING and get service done

I have done keratin treatment in green trends Pallikaranai. Staff Gayathri was very friendly and she listened my concern and done the service as per requirement . Over all experience was very good. Thank you Gayathri for the wonderful service.

I took service yesterday with sudha service provider.. I actually came for U hair cut and normal spa. She told me U is not suits u can go with minimal layers and shown me some pics I liked then agreed which cost 910.. I asked for normal spa she said u can take keratin spa which is cost around 2400. I asked what is normal spa cost she said it's 2200.. i am not doing these regularly so haven't know about the cost.. But it's my mistake i haven't checked their tarrif properly.. now i just gone through the tarrif randomly which shows normal spa cost 1000 only and normal hair cut is 600. And also she was in hurry to go somewhere so she told me after hair cut you need to set ?! As I do haircut regularly I knew hair cut comes with hair blowdry and set so asked her to do..

The service which I took was hair colouring and my stylist was Gayathiri. She is well experienced and was super friendly. I totally loved the result and i'm satisfied with their service as well. Overall it was a nice experience and they provide good customer service. From my experience I would definitely give a thumbs up👍.
