KFC is my sure go to because of its unique unchanging recipe taste worldwide but this particular branch is Not ideal for tourists without local currency you need to hold Lebanese pound before you can purchase,Staff are not conversant with English language so communicating is difficult as well

In general, Upon entering a fast food restaurant, the main focus on getting the food fast and then either eating it right there or going away to eat it elsewhere. Here, this not the case! A welcoming dining hall with spacious space and friendly staff similar to the Dine In restaurants so it may push the customer to spend more time than needed as fast food restaurants. Moreover, this branch is also special in its cleanliness as well; Last but not least, the staff are friendly and professional! For orders, Crispy is better than twisters here.

I am sure that the taste in Lebanon is different from the taste in several neighboring countries. The taste in Lebanon is the best, but the service is poor and the standards are not respected in terms of the cleanliness of the place and customer service

Not so good... Used to be better.... Zinger supreme

Firstly, French fries doesn't taste like any other KFC branch. Not enough crispy and a little bit oily. Secondly as you can see in the picture this was a piece of chicken from the mighty fillet sandwich, it tasted in my mouth as raw chicken (you can get the feeling of eating raw chicken). I never imagined having such a problem at KFC. I ordered a Lebanese twister it was way better than the mighty fillet sandwich. My friends got chicken pieces like dinner meal and supper dinner those was good. Finally the staff was quite unprofessional.

Delicious food, but the cleanliness standards could use improvement. The flavors are truly satisfying, but it would be even more enjoyable if the hygiene aspect matched the tasty experience. Hoping to see some positive changes in that area

Ordered the snacker box, the snacker sandwich was wrinkled like a thrown paper. I opened it in front of them but they just acted like nothing happened...

Yesterday me and a group of 4 people coming from Egypt went to this branch at 8"45 exactly and they said we're closed . First we weren't 35 people . There was 4 people who wanted to eat so they didn't need more than 15 minutes to finish the meals . This branch with all respect is almost always empty so they were definitely not tired from the number of orders. We tried to explain that we were in the mountains and we came from there all the way and they were leaving the next day in the morning and the guy speaking with us wasn't even interested in looking at us or hearing anything . It was rude and we weren't even late it's 8'45 exactlyyy if you wanna stop serving before 9 you have to inform people online . I know they're not we'll payed but it was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I also know that it's annoying for the employees to see people ordering few minutes before they close , but you should also be considerable and know how to communicate and speak with people specially if they were nice and calm . 1/5 review is very generous.
