Although the location and the views are beautiful, and the previous reviews (before summer of 2021) very positive and favorable, the quality of our stay was compromised by the multiple small details that were unacceptable. If we had paid at the old rates in LBP I can understand the quality and the neglect of the place, but we were forced to pay in cash USD $ ahead of coming to the resort. 1. The jacuzzi water was yellow and the tub itself was not in good condition, nor did it have a curtain for showering so the entire floor was turned into a puddle of shower water. 2. At least four of our eight towels were stained and dirty during our two-day stay. 3. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the entire bungalow and there were no soap holders. 4. The breakfast fruit and vegetables were old and dried out on the surface, tomatoes and cucumbers were wrinkly. 5. To top it all off, the pool was green with algae meaning this pool is filled with harmful and infectious bacteria that has been growing for a while. When we complained about it they told us that the chlorine they purchased was bad and since the season was over it was not worth draining the pool, cleaning it, refilling it, and adding chlorine again. 6. We were told that we were not allowed to bring in food and snacks before the cafeteria closed at 21:00 but when we asked for snacks, we were told that we had to go and purchase them from an outside market. The only positive thing we experienced was the personnel who were helpful and served us well.

Nice outdoor venue for wedding and events and nice spot for spending a day at the pool. The place is extremely clean and the pool has an extraordinary view, however, the only problem is that due to its location (few minutes from Byblos), you might get cold if the weather is not suitable

Orizon pool is cool, the view is nice, the pool as well, but the weather is so windy. It’s kid friendly there’s two kids pool! The food was so average and the service was bad the staff wasn’t checking on us and they were so far away from us we went to call them twice !

We did our wedding there and it was great! The view to the Mediterranean sea is magnificent and the food is good. Food: 4/5 View: 5/5

Nice place! Loved the jacuzzi. We had issue with the water temperature but they promptly fixed it. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Nice view from the balcony as well 👌

Filth! Filth! Filth! It is really unfortunate, given the hotel is in a beautiful location. The rooms are old, the furniture is broken and the bathrooms are dirty and mouldy. Their housekeeping services are almost non-existent. We tried and asked several times, however, the capabilities and staff are really limited. The pool area is filthy, the public bathrooms are a disaster. Over a period of one week, I've seen the same 3 or 4 staff members working round the clock! Menu is limited, breakfast is very basic, towels and bed sheets are old, dirty and stained. Not recommended at all.
