Although
the
location
and
the
views
are
beautiful,
and
the
previous
reviews
(before
summer
of
2021)
very
positive
and
favorable,
the
quality
of
our
stay
was
compromised
by
the
multiple
small
details
that
were
unacceptable.
If
we
had
paid
at
the
old
rates
in
LBP
I
can
understand
the
quality
and
the
neglect
of
the
place,
but
we
were
forced
to
pay
in
cash
USD
$
ahead
of
coming
to
the
resort.
1.
The
jacuzzi
water
was
yellow
and
the
tub
itself
was
not
in
good
condition,
nor
did
it
have
a
curtain
for
showering
so
the
entire
floor
was
turned
into
a
puddle
of
shower
water.
2.
At
least
four
of
our
eight
towels
were
stained
and
dirty
during
our
two-day
stay.
3.
There
was
only
one
roll
of
toilet
paper
in
the
entire
bungalow
and
there
were
no
soap
holders.
4.
The
breakfast
fruit
and
vegetables
were
old
and
dried
out
on
the
surface,
tomatoes
and
cucumbers
were
wrinkly.
5.
To
top
it
all
off,
the
pool
was
green
with
algae
meaning
this
pool
is
filled
with
harmful
and
infectious
bacteria
that
has
been
growing
for
a
while.
When
we
complained
about
it
they
told
us
that
the
chlorine
they
purchased
was
bad
and
since
the
season
was
over
it
was
not
worth
draining
the
pool,
cleaning
it,
refilling
it,
and
adding
chlorine
again.
6.
We
were
told
that
we
were
not
allowed
to
bring
in
food
and
snacks
before
the
cafeteria
closed
at
21:00
but
when
we
asked
for
snacks,
we
were
told
that
we
had
to
go
and
purchase
them
from
an
outside
market.
The
only
positive
thing
we
experienced
was
the
personnel
who
were
helpful
and
served
us
well.
