I have had a very lovely stay at the Majestic Hotel in Byblos. Location always plays a big part in how much I enjoy where I stay, and this place is close to Byblos' historic center and high enough to catch a sea view - ideal. Very comfortable and fully equipped rooms.

we had booked for 4 nights after checking we came to realize the beach is 15 min walk not 5 and the room was so small and the hallway was gross stained carpets so we wanted to cancel are stay but said will stay for one night so we went to the front desk and spoke to them mr.khalil said you have booked through expedia you will have to contact them and whatever they say because we booked through them so we did and then expedia said you paid cash it's the hotel that has to refund your money so we go back show them the e mail then khalil changes the story and tells me sorry it's high season we can't refund your money absolute lair i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone after all we talked to expedia and we were able to get some of are money back terrible experience highly NOT RECOMMEND

Special thanks to Nancy and Khalil they were very helpful everytime we needed help . Had a small problem with water pressure and was sorted out immeditaly. Rooms were clean . the only down side it's 20 mins walk from city center but you can take a cab .

Had a great stay, a couple of deficiencies but they got it fixed. They only give you one room key to room which you have to leave on the door for everything to be activated but I guess that’s the life of saving electricity. Their breakfast is good and I have variety. The staff are super helpful.

We booked 2 Rooms, Decent price, What more can we write, Really Nice Hotel 🏨, a nice pool, Excellent customer service and Modern clean Rooms. I highly recommend it, Perfect location and views. 20sec to the freeway, 2min walk to all the restaurants, 2min drive to Oldtown Jbeil. Will he back and/or recommend this Hotel to all my Family and friends.

Very high standard hotel recently opened still need some finishing, however the staff and management are very welcoming and friendly and ready to serve, it can compete with the top hotels in Lebanon once the touristic stability is back to the country.

Average location, small room, untrained staff, slow internet, and poor service.

This hotel was amazing, clean, great service, delicious breakfast definitely I will come again but the wi fi was very very very poor in the rooms

First time we came, they took us to the family room we booked which wasn’t ready and super messy, we stayed in the room and corridors waiting to arrange another room, it was easy and fast we changed our booking to two rooms with sea view balconies which it doors didn’t work properly. there was no hot water in the bathrooms and tv wasn’t working. The next day they managed to fix it we had hot water, breakfast was good but at night showers didn’t work properly. At all good location, great new hotel with new technologies and lots of potentials. We had a good calm stay, the staff was kind and helpful
