If you're looking for someone who cares about saving your teeth go to Dr.May. I had a difficult time finding someone in Columbia to help me with a root canal. He got me in the same day i called, helped me find a primary dentist, even called them for me. After the procedure he called to check up on me. He is a very smart man who takes pride in his work. During your visit he will explain the procedure in a way you can understand. You will be entertained with his jokes and storytelling, he is truly one of a kind, unforgettable experience. I'm grateful to have found him.

Dr. May did a root canal for me today. He saw me after hours because he knew I was in pain and have a trip out of town next week. Who does that anymore?? Well he does!! He made sure to explain everything that he was doing, was kind and very friendly. My tooth decided not to cooperate by refusing to stay numb but he didn't get frustrated or anything. He was very patient with the whole situation. If it were me I would've definitely gotten aggravated. Oh and he uses cutting edge equipment and technology. I can't recommend Dr. May enough if you're ever in the unfortunate situation of needing a root canal. Only thing I wish he did is everything else such as fillings, crowns, etc. because if he did, he would be the ultimate one stop shop for all your dental needs!

Dr. May performed a root canal on my wife a few years ago and did a fantastic job saving her tooth under her bridge work. Therefore when I recently needed a root canal, I requested to be referred to Dr. May. He again did an awesome job with absolutely no pain or issues.

I’m 30 years old, hate the dental work more than anything. I called Dr. May explained my situation and how I got anxiety about dental work. He got me in the next day, took care of my tooth with absolutely no pain at all, made me feel completely comfortable, & even took the time to call me that night just to check on me and tell me what to expect going forward. I literally couldn’t ask for a better experience, too bad all dentist and doctors aren’t like him. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Dr May is a unique character... one of a kind! He is a bundle of knowledge, skill, technology, energy and above all his great good and bad ;) sense of HUMOR! He keeps great knowledge and awareness on world affairs be it political, science and technology, Geography, history and well... anything and everything. My root canal treatment was a painless, pleasant and entertaining experience. He did a great job. He has an awesome advanced equipment to remove and kill the infection in a root canal. Dr May is a pro. The laser system he has is an innovative piece of equipment. I experienced zero pain or discomfort. I was waiting for him to finish the injection, when he said it’s done, I got surprised I didn’t even feel it. He is truly committed to the accuracy and quality of his work.
