Looking for a place where your heart would jump?!? See Rebecca !! She’s very theatrical! Great sales person too. Got close about 500 dollars from me on just x ray and EKG. Made it urgent that I had a heart condition due to the EKG and She started tearing up praying Jesus for me as I panicked as she made it sound alot more sinister. I was hyperventilating Which is telling me that I need to go to the ER. Come to find out I was perfectly fine with the torn muscle on my upper left abdomen. Truly unprofessional…. Could’ve just told me that it’s just a little concerned as opposed to making it sound like I’m dying. I should plan my funeral as soon as possible basically. I still remember how dramatic she made it sound the made me panic and cry with her as she’s praying to Jesus. Was the most bizarre moment in my life. Ever since she scared the living day lights out of me. I was never the same, went to ER 8 times Thinking any sensation in my chest was a heart attack. I’m mid thirties and very active person at the gym. Now I see a therapist once a week. Thanks Rebecca !

Love the caring providers working here, but good luck with billing. Services billed did not line up with what I had at clinic. Have made multiple calls which usually end up with a recording telling me, “no one is available” before hanging upon me. Do yourself a favor and ust stay away.

After avoiding doctors for almost 20 years due to negative experiences, I was forced to book an urgent care appointment when I found myself in excruciating pain for many hours. Looking for urgent care clinics near me, I came across Carbon Health. They were able to get me in that very day, as soon as they opened. Check-in was easy and fast, and I was seen within minutes. Everyone I spoke to was kind, attentive, and - most importantly to me - they actually *listened* to me. They helped me as much as they could at the facility and immediately worked to get me a referral appointment for an ultrasound at a clinic nearby - again, that same day. Using their app, I was updated about everything in real-time, including my radiology and lab results within a few hours of my appointment. My care coordinator is currently working on another referral for a surgical consultation (all in-network), I have hardly had to lift a finger. I am wildly impressed at Carbon Health’s diligence, efficiency, and competence; thus far they have restored my faith in the healthcare system, which encourages me to be more proactive about my health. I am very grateful.

Fantastic experience at this urgent care! It was super easy to make an appointment online and only 30 minutes in advance. When I got there everyone was super friendly, check in was easy and quick, and I only waited a couple minutes in the waiting room before getting called back (in 10 minutes before my actual appointment time as well). I received great care and will definitely use this as my primary urgent care from now on.

Patient beware! They told me they accepted my insurance to later find out that was not the case. I have not received ANY bill but now I am getting a message that they will debit my account. They do not respond to emails and I have waited an hour so far on the phone with no resolution. This has been super stressful and a huge waste of my time/energy. :( Side note -- this was regarding the ENGLEWOOD clinic which now has conveniently closed.

All of the staff behind the reception doors is great. Kind and explain things well when you are at your worst. Michelle at the front desk can't type, delaying my prescription for 2 hours & when I called to verify my email she was rude and repeated instructions to me over listening to me. Once her mistake was correct it can through in 2 minutes. Michelle enjoys watching tiktoks over doing their job.

Staff was very good with my 7 year old who sprained his wrist. They made him feel comfortable and were thorough. Very timely as well.

The NP took time to listen to what led up to the visit. She showed me what was going on with a diagram & offered a couple of options, explaining pros & cons of each. She also offered some diet & natural things to try in the future after treatment of the immediate symptoms. I felt confident when I left that nothing was missed.

I would give this place 0 stars, the nurse that was there looked at my face and straight up called me a liar when I told her about how long I had my condition. and they charged me 200bucks for a 30min visit of me just waiting for the doctor to take photos of my feet. THATS IT. the location in Bloomfield is so much better. this place should be shut down.

Best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. They made me feel heard, taken care of, and understood. They were all thoughtful, gentle, communicative, and caring and I can’t express my gratitude enough. Thank you!

They were very busy which happens at doctor offices. The dr. Was very smart about my situation and gave me good advice and answered any questions I might of had and asked me if I had any more questions a couple of times. She was courteous and seemed very Thorough about giving me the information I needed to know.

I have been dealing with bronchitis for 3 weeks. Was getting better a bit every day until today. Could not breathe and was afraid it had gone to pneumonia. Everybody was nice and reassuring. The nice dr gave me a breathing treatment and prescribed an inhaler.

To have a Clinic that you can walk into and get as good or better care than a primary care office is amazing. They do take appointment for shorter wait time. The young lady running front desk did a great job keeping everyone in the waiting area apprised of wait times. Patty my provider and my aid were nothing less than fabulous. Not only did she spend the time to deal with the issues I came in for but the possible underlying cause. Thank you for the convince of outstanding health care in the neighborhood.

Paid for what I feel like was nothing. I scheduled an appointment with this clinic first thing in the morning as I was having the worst sore throat I have ever had, thinking I had strep and would be able to get antibiotics and get better. MA did a strep swap before the doctor even came in and said ‘oh yea, I saw a spot on there’. Swab was then taken to another room for testing. Doctor came in, asked me a few question, looked at my throat, got the results from the strep test (negative) and told me it was just a virus and I would have to ‘just let it run it’s course with OTC meds.’ Fast forward 2 more days, I literally cannot speak, eat, drink - I see another doctor who immediately looks at my throat and confirms it’s def strep and gives me a script. No test even needed because it was that obvious. I dealt with immense pain for those 2 days that was completely unnecessary. And also paid for 2 doctors visits.

Great service and competency for an urgent care. Clean office and a professional, kind staff. I have never experienced a long wait time and they get you in and out pretty quick. But you get the proper care and diagnosis you need. I highly recommend this facility

The doctors and the staff really seem to go the extra mile here. I came in needing stitches close to closing time on a Friday night. they were very patient with me, and did not make me feel rushed, even though they stayed late to take care of me. I highly recommend this location.

Carbon Health staff is great! So very courteous and professional. Wait time is very minimal, have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Highly recommend next time you are in need of medical help.

I had a painful ankle and looked up urgent care near me.I do not have a family doctor yet so this was perfect for me. I was so happy to get in quick, pleased with the modern waiting room and offices. I was thrilled with getting an xray on site and the happy dr and techs. I will return.

Sarah carefully took x-rays of my painful foot and was prompt to give me the results. Jessica, the PA-C, explained my injury and carefully wrapped my toe. I am very happy to use the services at Carbon Urgent Care Facility and would highly recommend them!

The front desk receptionist was so sweet and great to talk to. Made me feel way less anxious about being at the doctor! Went for a tetanus shot and made an appointment online just a couple hours before and it was so fast I’m still in shock! I’m used to having to sacrifice 2-3 hours to any urgent care clinic. I was in and out in 30 minutes, everyone was so nice. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve been here 3 times, I’m always able to be seen quickly with an appointment which is a huge plus. I’ve seen NP Pam twice, I did not like my experience either time. I did not feel cared for or heard. I saw NP LuAnne once and she was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately they won’t give you the option of who you see so it’s kind of just a by chance thing.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The practitioner was incredibly kind and took the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and explain everything. I didn’t know you could make appointments, but that makes it even better. Would definitely recommend!

I finally learned to stop calling the reception for an appointment- you have to book online if you want to be seen. But it’s worth it! I go there because Rebecca is phenomenal. She listens intently to every single concern. She remains patient, regulated, positive, all while working on Saturdays dealing w everyone coming in sick. She also takes care of business and is extremely knowledgeable. I really trust her and would highly recommend seeing her if you need urgent care. The staff is also extremely polite and facility is very clean.

The staff were friendly and very professional. Scheduling was easy and the appointment was on time and took just minutes. Rapid antigen COVID Lab results were available within 30 minutes as advertised. 10/10 would use this companies services again in the future.

Our GP is in Centenial Colorado NOT a short drive from Littleton and they close at 4 pm. My husband and I both work the hours they are open. Your clinic provided us care when otherwise we could not see our regular physician. The online scheduling is a great feature and the whole website lets us know what happens step by step and in writing what we should do after leaving the clinic. Sometimes when you are sick remembering what is recommended isn’t always that easy.. The text notifications let us know when our tests were back and when our appointment time was coming near another great feature to us. Getting our prescription was so easy within minutes af leaving the office visit it was already at the pharmacy. You even have a list of all the pharmacies in the area to pick from at the front desk if you don’t have a regular pharmacy. And what is the most important … the staff was caring and took all the time we needed. We didn’t feel rushed at all. This review may sound extensive but I wanted to give you all my feedback as to why I gave the best star level available

Love the ease of scheduling with the app. Saving and updating your medical history helps appointments go smoothly. Check-in at clinic is easy, can leave a cc on file for payments. Front desk staff not consistently helpful, but providers are quick and thoughtful.

After calling my daughter's pediatrician and learning that they were "all booked up" and couldn't see my sick child, I was easily able to make an appointment with Carbon Health with the online app. The doctor was attentive, warm, and friendly and called me later that day to answer a question I had. I very much appreciated the thorough attention we received, and it was great to be able to see test results within 45 minutes on the app.

We are brand new to the area. No primary care doctors yet, so we were delighted to walk in off the street and get the help we needed. The physician's assistant, Rebeccah, and the nurse patiently went through our medical histories, did appropriate tests and gave each of us a course of action. A much-appreciated surprise after moving across the country!

Carbon Health urgent care facility in Littleton has been fantastic. The service is excellent. With an appointment, I never have to wait too long. And the doctors are wonderful. Every time has been a good experience. Although I should suggest that no one goes, so it does not get too crowded, I would strongly recommend this facility.

It was a very helpful experience. From the start I was treated with kindness. The young lady at the in take counter was thorough and friendly. The nursing assistant was also very kind. The Nurses Practionier was awesome. She took the time to explain everything to me. Super personable. I felt extremely well taken care of. I really wish she was with a practice.

The provider I saw, Rebecca, was the best medical provider I have seen in the last few years! She was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring, explained so much about my issue. I have not received care like that from any Dr., PA or DO in my primary care providers office ever!! Thank You so much for your time, compassion and professionalism. The receptionist could smile and be a bit more welcoming. If she wasn’t feeling well I am sorry, however I almost didn’t stay….

From the second I walked in, the staff was absolutely amazing. The receptionist made checking in simple and was extremely nice, even when faced with another patient that was being a bit testy. The doctor that saw me was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me recommendations on where to go next, since they were unable to assess me further without an MRI. They were kind enough to write down and/or print all of the information I needed in order to find the appropriate doctor and a cheap place to have an MRI done as an uninsured. I appreciate all of the patient and knowledge that they had!
