I joined the 8 week challenge and have loved it! I have not worked out in years and was so thankful for a friend sharing her excitement about the gym with me and encouraging me along the way. Coach John is awesome and pushes you to do better. The challenge is over this week but I plan on joining next week! I am looking forward to being a healthier me!

This is a great place to workout. The people are great and help push you. Also the coaches are great and ensure your form is correct and give extra help. They give modifications to the workouts if needed. Highly recommend. Another year at Trussville Fit Body Boot Camp. It is still great place to workout. Love my fit fam

I LOVE Trussville Fitbody Bootcamp! I started a year & a half ago, and now can’t imagine not going. The coaches are great, the workouts are great, and I’ve made life-long friendships with my teammates.

I have been at Fitbody for 3 years now and absolutely love it! The workouts are only 30 minutes and are different every day. There are classes all throughout the day so you can find one to fit your schedule. Come give it a try. You wont be sorry!

Fitbody in Trussville has the best coaches and the most welcoming environment. There class times all throughout the day so it can work with most any schedule. Plus, its only a 30 minute workout!! You will burn so many calories in such a short period of time. The owner, John, really cares about the people who work out at his gym. You can go at your own pace and not feel pressured to overdo it. I've been at Fitbody for 5 years- one of the best decisions I could have made. Plus, I've met some of my best friends working out at Fitbody.
