    Never dealt with more unprofessional people than this location. I placed an order for almost $40 today on Postmates. I have an allergy to chicken and specifically said no meat on all my meals. I receive my order to have chicken on 2/3 bowls purchased. I call and get the manager stating I can come in and get refunded since he can’t figure out what is going on. I ask if they are going to re deliver my food and he dodged the question and said we will get you refunded. He then told me he will have to contact his area manager and will call me back. Of course- no call back and no refund nor solution. Will not be returning. For you all to take an allergy so lightly, major problem.

    Twice now ordered pesto bowls and paid for extra mushrooms. Emailed company twice because both times, the overpriced meals came with little to no mushrooms after paying extra. Both times manager/s emailed me back for my mailing address to send coupons. Both times, nothing was actually ever sent. Don’t spend your money here, they don’t actually care.

    We placed an online order, received confirmation email and later received an email that we needed to call the location to ensure it was received as there was an issue. I tried calling for 15 minutes or so and the phones were off. When I finally was able to get ahold of the store, I was hung up on when explaining the issue. I called back again thinking it was maybe a mistake and was hung up on again. Awful customer service. I know places are short staffed but you could at least explain the situation without hanging up on your customers. Don't think we will try eating here again...

    We ordered 5 meals and 2 where made wrong and 1 item was missing. This was a pickup so had to go back to store to get it right . I understand the manger was training two new people but this is not rocket science. Store should close if they cannot get orders right. I don’t think we will going back to noodles anytime soon

    I wish it were good but it's pretty much always a disaster here. You either wait for 30 minutes or you get the wrong order delivered or carry out. Anytime enough time goes by we will try again and always regret it. Shame on me I guess for not learning.

    This place is garbage. There was absolutely no flavor at all on my order. Not a big fan of plain, dry noodles and chicken. I asked for extra sauce didn’t mind paying $1.25 for it, except it’s only a small spoon full less than an ounce of sauce. Such a rip off. Do Not eat here, disgusting

    Order spicy Korean noodles and they did not put any of the meat in it. Went here earlier today and was denied service because they were only accepting online orders. Had to find my order with absolutely no help. Very disappointed.

    Very disorganized, especially when they get busy. Staff are nice but can not prioritize orders when extremely busy. From a door dasher I waited 40 minutes for the order to be done. I do not recommend this Noodles after 6pm if you are dashing. They just can't keep up

    The person taking orders is extremely slow plus either they aren’t putting orders in right or the kitchen doesn’t now how to read them right. We asked for a pasta substitution on one meal and all of them came with the different pasta. They took forever to make replacements. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed our orders up either. I’d honestly stop coming to this location if the one on Wadsworth and Bellevue wasn’t closed half the time due to staffing issues.

    Very good tortellini and not an overwhelming amount. We sat outside and our food was brought to us. The people working there are so nice. I would recommend going there and I will go there again.

    The only decent thing I could say about my experience was the service. Service was nice. Food was AWFUL! Noodles way over cooked and lacked anything ordered in my dish. The store itself was so incredibly dirty I ate outside in 100 degree weather. The soda machine was COVERED in gunk and visible sticky residue. The floor had not been cleaned it quite some time as I could see food all over the floor. And the tables were never bused and cleaned off. Every single table in the store was covered in crumbs and sticky residue

    This place was filthy! Nothing had been swept, wiped or cleaned for days. Drips down the side of drink machine and counters. Bathroom gross. I expect much better from this place. Hoping I don’t get sick.

    One star, this location has messed up my "to go" order 4 times in a row. Check your order before you leave. Young man manager with long hair is passive aggressive

    I used to work at a different location, and the woman at the front was an a hole to us. Apparently they don’t give water cups out here? She said “she had too much going on to give out a water cup!? Whats her problem.

    They were very nice but they forgot the give us any forks or spoons and our rice crispy treat, we also asked for no mushrooms and we got mushrooms in our pasta, on top of this, they took FOREVER and the restaurant was almost empty.

    My whole grain noodles were slop which means your noodle opener overcooked them or someone extended the day dot long past when they were supposed to (made from the day prior). Your pm sauté cook should’ve mentioned it and made sure I was getting a different noodle substitute that was up to quality. But TBH I’m not sure why these weren’t checked during temp checks and wasted prior to me ordering. I would’ve rather been told you were out.

    The staff at this Noodles absolutely made my day! Not only were they friendly and attentive, they were extremely polite and quickly made accommodations for an ingredient that was out of stock. I was absolutely fine with swapping out the ingredient, but they insisted on not charging me for that meal since they didn’t have the particular ingredient. They were so kind and polite the whole time, and it absolutely made my day! Thanks Noodles Staff, you guys rock! <3

    Make sure you feel your krispy treat, since they’re behind the counter now. Trying to pawn off old stale items. Got home and ours was hard as a rock. Too bad ): It’s one of my favorites… Pad Thai was great, staff is friendly.
