This
was
the
WORST
urgent
care
experience.
I
had
an
appointment
and
arrived
about
10
minutes
before
the
scheduled
time.
Checked
in,
no
problem.
My
husband
came
in
about
20
minutes
after
me
(also
with
an
appointment).
Checked
in,
no
problem.
There
were
other
people
coming
in
as
walk-ins.
These
people
were
called
before
patients
with
appointments
after
sitting
about
an
hour
past
my
appointment
time,
My
husband
got
called
in.
He
asked
if
I
could
go
in
with
him
and
told
the
nursing
assistant
that
my
appointment
was
before
his.
She
responded
that
I
must
have
checked
in
after
him.
We
were
seated
in
an
exam
room
where
the
NA
took
our
vitals
and
other
info.
About
10-15
minutes
later
the
assistant
came
back
in
and
gave
us
our
after
visit
summary
along
with
the
medications
that
had
been
prescribed.
The
assistant
handed
us
each
a
summary
after
which
I
said
we
hadn’t
seen
the
Nurse
Practitioner
yet.
After
waiting
yet
again
in
the
room
for
the
NP
to
come
in,
I
noticed
that
the
patient
summary
that
she
had
given
us
were
both
mine.
(None
for
my
husband).
I
went
out
to
the
desk
and
told
her
about
this
mistake.
After
another
20
minutes,
the
NP
came
into
the
room
and
examined
us.
She
said
the
exact
same
thing
to
both
of
us
about
our
symptoms,
even
though
I
didn’t
have
an
ear
issue
like
my
husband.
We
then
waited
another
15
minutes
to
get
our
visit
summary’s.
This
was
incompetence
at
its
finest!
I
don’t
understand
how
a
person
can
prescribe
medication
without
examining
a
patient.
I
won’t
be
using
the
LCMC
on
Lapalco
Blvd.
in
Marrero
anymore.
