Everything was terrific, beside the fact that I believed the food portions were way too small, especially for that price. My husband and I both were still quite hungry when we left and we spent nearly $100 on a meal... Then we went to a fast food chain to order something that made us feel like we actually ate! You should really make the portions large enough so that you don't leave hungrier that you were when you arrived. It's kinda ridiculous! ☹️

Jeanne told us that she had just started, however I would have never known by the service that she provided! We were greeted so well and warmly upon entrance as well. This is not a case where the food only looked great, but tasted great as well! This was a great stop on our way home. Definitely give Carrabba’s a try!

I recently tried Carrabbas out for lunch and enjoyed my experience. Nice atmosphere! Very friendly staff. Foods was out quickly and hot. This was my first time there, but I will definitely be returning. But will order water next time since an Ice Tee cost $3.50

Went to Carrabba’s in Metairie to check out their new happy hour menu. To say I was impressed is an understatement! The presentation and quality of the food was beyond expectations - esp for such a greatly priced happy hour menu. The staff there is wonderful and professional. The music and lighting makes for a great casual ambiance. Y’all have to check this place out! Pictured below are a few of the happy hour dishes I’d ordered this evening.

Okay, I have an Android so the pictures don't do it justice, but this place was amazing! I walked through the door and I was instantly greeted and asked if my seat was okay. My waitress's name was Erin and let me tell y'all, that girl made me feel right at home, would've sworn I knew her my whole life. She stayed checking on me, described anything I had questions about on the menu, my glass was never empty, and she gave me her honest opinion on everything without trying to sell the whole menu to me. I absolutely loved it. Everything was exactly how I asked and I even got compliments from two of the workers🥺 I will definitely bring a friend next time I come through Details on the food: 7oz tenderloin was exploding with flavor WITHOUT being overpowering, the sauteed mushrooms were chefs kiss. I mixed my spinach with my tenderloin bc the flavors just worked. Everything was well proportioned as well. I ended up paying what I expected for my service (which was no problem at all). The pasta was a little dry too but that's a personal preference (I asked for more Alfredo for it- amazing), and lastly, I got the Tiramisu for my dessert. Which ofc was a little pricey but ended up being bigger than expected. It's a little rich but perfect for coffee lovers

Paul, our server, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The food was stellar. I only wish all kitchens were as quick, quality, and consistent as they were this night. Thanks, Paul, and also your co-workers for a very delicious experience.

Sara was excellent. I have food allergies and ensured with all of the food prep people that I was going to be safe with everything I ate. Definitely coming back and will ask for her. Debbie Barras

Good time, good staff, good food. Wait staff was pleasant and attentive, veal was a little chewy for my wife, but was right for me. Shrimp scampi app was excellent.

Jess is THE BEST employee at Carraba’s . He was the absolute best bartender. He was punctual, attentive, knowledgeable, & so sweet. The food and drinks were great. The atmosphere was incredible. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you guys for a great dinner!

The service was great! Madeline was excellent in making sure we were taken care of. The bartender Jesse made my drink exactly how I liked it as well. Great job guys! I will definitely be coming back soon!

Kristin M was our waitress, 6/4 12:30. Pretty calm when got there, then a table of 25 came and she had to take it. With a smile,and grace she kept her eye on us and gave great service with friendliness. Hope to get her again.

Finally after passing the restaurant since it opened we decided to try it. It's quite sexy inside with a great calm dimming atmosphere. The wait was quick and the waiter who hails from Houma seemingly loves his Sunday stink at the restaurant. The bar seats those alone or waiting for someone to join them. UPON reading the menu we were brought a basket of bread complemented with basil and olive oil dipping sauce. We placed our order and received it in a most timely manner and when finished enjoyed cannolis which were delicious. This is the first restaurant that I really have enjoyed in a very longtime and the food was delicious.I will be returning!!!!

Before you walk in, there’s a huge banner that says “meet the new proprietor” With that being said, we sat at the bar, and watched him talking with every person at the bar, however, he did not even make eye contact with me or my husband sitting directly in the middle of the bar area so it felt extremely homophonic. Especially during pride month. Appetizers just taste like fried bar food and Bartenders don’t smile. Maybe this place is meant for the elderly judging by what we saw the two hours we sat but me and my husband def won’t be returning. Very unwelcoming and kinda wish I could get my time back.

Excellent service, food, sangria, and atmosphere. We have years of experience going to a Carrabba's in the Raleigh, NC area and have to say this location was by far better. Food tastes the same but the service and vibe is much better here. We absolutely love the red sangria recipe so we ordered it here. Sadly it had more than a dash of cinnamon and tasted like one of those old timey cinnamon hard candies! We kindly asked the waitress if we could get it re-made and she happily accepted. The manager, Blake came out and went above and beyond to take care of us....very impressive. Our entrees were excellent as always. Our favorite is the chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a side of fettuccine Alfredo. We will be back!

Isa and James took great care of us! I hadn’t been receiving emails about the wine dinners so was happy James told us about the app and the new way to rsvp. Can’t wait for the next one!

Dao is always so warm and welcoming. We come to eat in her section every weekend and she always treats us like family. I love the menu too! I've never been disappointed by the food or the service.

This was an outstanding experience. The food was absolutely delicious! The filet was cooked perfectly, medium rare. My favorite is the fettuccine weesie! Beautiful big shrimp, fantastic. Zed was 150% excellent server. Apps, salads and food was times perfectly. Can't wait to come back! :)

We’ve eaten here many times for lunch and dinner, but always found the service and sometimes food to be disappointing at best. The most recent visit was for dinner when my girlfriend and I were just looking for something quick with plenty of options on the way home. We sat in the bar area to watch the football game on and Melanie waited on us. She was nothing short of attentive and kind, which was the complete opposite of all the other experiences we’ve had there! She made sure our food came right out, our water glasses were always filled, and had the most genuine smile. We will be asking to sit in her section from now on!

We went during lunch time and there was no wait or crowds. Looks like they only had one or two servers because our server was always in a hurry to get our food order and the manager was helping bring out the food to the other tables. Our meals seemed like it was done in a hurry also. Heard at a table next to us that had similar problems. Food was bland and had a funny aftertaste. Ordered dessert, server told us there would be a 10min wait cuz they have to prepare it. Manager came by few minutes later to say the same thing. Server came back with no dessert and said she took out the dessert off the bill. I guess they stopped making the dessert! All in all, we didn't have a great experience. I understand, it is an expensive chain restaurant and not authentic Italian, but it should still be better than olive garden. Very deeply disappointed and I don't think I'll be going back there again or recommend anyone else to go there.

I have to be honest, i am addicted to these freshly made Mozarella Cheese Sticks. I love their Caesar dressing. I look forward to trying all menu items. I got very lucky, been their two times and had the same server, Kristin M. This girl has it, she is knowledgeable about the menu from drinks to dessert but better than that she has a personality that makes my visit fun. Almost like being at home eating with family. Also met Mr Michael who is involved with the restaurant and just enjoyed a very nice conversation with him also. I will be back! When i am hungry, this will be first place on my mind.

I placed a take out order and I used curbside pick up. This was our first time ever trying this place, even though it is a big chain, for some reason we had never been here before. I live about 15 mins away and have three kids under eight (this will be an important detail) when I got home I realized our gallon of lemonade was missing. I called them up and told them I couldn’t pick it up because my kids were tired and whinnying, it was way past nap time and we still haven’t had lunch. They understood and asked for my address. 20 minutes later someone was dropping off our lemonade, they went out of their way just for a gallon of lemonade!! Wow! If that doesn’t speak of their costumer service, nothing will. Not only that, we got the family meal lasagna and was absolutely delicious! Needless to say, I will be ordering more family meals from them since it was delicious, a healthier option than fast food and their service was superb. I am also looking forward to going to the restaurant and dining in (once my toddlers are a bit older and going to restaurants gets easier). Thank you Carrabba’s!

We had a very good experience. The chicken soup was as good as ever. My husband had the shrimp and scallop linguine and I had the salmon with a lemon butter caper basil and tomato sauce. The sauce was very good. I asked for the salmon to be cooked medium well and it was a tad bit over cooked but I chose not to send it back. The service was EXCELLENT! Our server Janea (spelling?) greeted us with a smile and seemed to really enjoy what she was doing. She was so nice and pleasant, and very attentive. She should hold a class to teach others how to be a successful server. The manager made his rounds to see how everyone was enjoying their experience. That’s always a nice touch. So, it was a good day at Carrabba’s!

Work beat me down. Life continues to have a terrible toll. Society gives me little hope, and then I walked into Carrabbas. Blake helped me navigate the intriguing menu. So many choices and everything looked better than the one before. I finally decided upon the Chicken Marsala. My life will never be the same again. Thank you, Blake. We are about to get very well acquainted. I now believe that there is hope in our nation.

Food and service was outstanding. Ordered mussels, Chicken Bryan, and filet. Caesar salad was very good.

Champagne Pasta w/Shrimp and Mezzaluna.....omg, so delicious. We're ready to go back and left an hour and a half ago!

I would give you no stars, but that was not a choice.. Save your money and go else’s where. My family and I have been to your establishment several times. This time the food was horrible.. My husband ordered the Johnny trio and I ordered chicken fettuccine. All of it was cold, except for his steak. We sent it back, the had the nerve to stick our food in the microwave. What the hell??? Is that protocol for y’all to do. By putting our food n the microwave it made my noodles hard and he raviolis hard also. . Disgusting 🤢 They ought to be ashamed of their self . Also, the manager could not take a moment to come speak with us . We will not be back for awhile . So , disappointed..

We went here for my daughters birthday. Had amazing food and our server Brian WAS AWESOME!! He had the whole staff come.out and sing happy birthday to her and she felt so special. Can't wait to go back to this location.
