    Fitness at its finest! I have been going to Stacked for over 10 years now and it has changed my life in so many ways. Through Stacked I was introduced to weightlifting and functional fitness. When I started I was a young Type 2 diabetic and really didn’t have a strong sense of nutrition and the impact it could have on my life. Learning about movement and nutrition has been very empowering as it has taught me that you really can have a lot of control over your healthspan and lifespan. Def check out if you are looking for the best gym in Metairie or anywhere in the NOLA area!!

    I initially was very nervous because walking in everyone is so fit already, I am in the beginning stages of a weight loss journey. Everyone is so welcoming! It was so comforting! I have been to a few classes and the coaches are amazing! It seems like they have a lot of long term members .The member's are so welcoming , they seem to all care about the new members and want you to feel at home , almost like a family environment. A month in ,I am definitely seeing results.The gym is always clean and no smell ! (I’ve had a smelly gym in the past) . Wherever you are on your fitness journey, I highly recommend this gym .

    I joined Roux Fitness about two months ago and wasn't sure what to expect from this gym. I have never done any CrossFit type of workout before, so I was a bit nervous. I had also never been in a workout "class" environment. Well.....I love it! Everyone is very supportive and the gym really feels like a community. I also really like how every day is different. I hate doing the same workout over and over. Having it changed up and scheduled for me is even better than I thought it would be. They also use an app so you can reserve a class, check-in, and see what the workout will be ahead of time. The only way I would not recommend this gym is if you don't want an amazingly intense workout with certified professional trainers that actually care if you get results and are there to make sure you don't hurt yourself.

    In the 3 years I’ve joined , Stacked has been a life changing experience in and out the gym. From never doing any class instructed workouts , at first it was intimidating. After the first week; it’s become an obsession for the varied programming , the Community and the results! Bradley’s passion and his Coaches fuel the success of the members. An added bonus are the nutritional tips to help people meet their own goals outside the gym. Overall best gym ! JP

    Crossfit is awesome here and more challenging than most Boxes. There is a lot of work and the people are great and very welcoming. I am from out of town but go every time I am in New Orleans.

    Amazing gym. The staff and members are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was nervous to try CrossFit, but they made me feel at home right away and now I've been a member for over a year. The coaches are patient, but encouraging and really help you to develop and get better. I've dropped into a few different boxes when traveling, but none have compared to the community and environment you find at Roux!

    I have been a member of CrossFit Roux for about a year and a half now, and cannot say enough amazing things about this gym. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The coaches are incredible and provide a lot of personal feedback and attention during training, something that I have found lacking at other boxes. The best thing about this place, by far, is the friendly, and supportive atmosphere. Everyone is there to just get a little bit better every day. Just people showing up and working hard. Would recommend Roux to anyone looking to get in better shape and be surrounded by a bunch of amazing people doing the same.

    I was visiting family for the holidays and dropped in the week to get some work outs in. The team at Stacked Coaching, every instructor I had, was awesome! The owner was very hands on and has cultivated an environment of fantastic energy and camaraderie. Somehow there was an hour and a half of workouts squeezed into an hour. When I visit NOLA again this is my go to.

    Stacked is a superior gym in the New Orleans area. I was a member of this gym for years and not only did I see results (that I could maintain) but I formed some really incredible bonds with the coaches and members. The coaches are very competent and take into account all fitness levels and goals. This is a judgement-free space with people who want to work towards their best selves.

    Great, clean, bright gym with a great sense of community and inclusion. Programming for fitness is unique and thorough and you won’t get bored of it quickly. I love seeing my personal growth in strength and confidence in my time here. Having nutrition coaching available too is HUGE, it’s a piece of the puzzle that most gyms don’t offer and has been immensely helpful in my wellness journey.

    Stacked coaching has changed my life! I have always been active, but never experienced results in both my strength and body composition like I have since joining Stacked. The programming is impeccable, the nutrition coaching works and has never been made so simple to understand & the community of wonderful people make it a fun environment. There is a place for everyone here (all ages and fitness levels) and the motivation from other members and coaches will have you reaching goals and transforming your life in no time. It’s truly my favorite part of everyday. Come check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

    Stacked has changed my life. It is a place that I want to be at! I had zero experience in working out and nutrition before I joined stacked. I was aging (about to hit 50’s) and realized I could not get up off the floor without support and that scared me. I did not want this to be my reality. I walked into Stacked intimated and scared yet wanting change. I was there one morning and we had a different coach. As we were doing our warm up the coach leaned down to the floor and looked me in the eye and said “Your new I have not met you” and he got back up and continued class. I never forgot that moment! I found out later he was the owner, Bradley Schneller. That made an impression on me that they care they notice and you are important to them. And all that reflects in their programming for all around fitness and the atmosphere of the people! Then I joined the nutrition coaching at Stacked and my fitness journey took off. I believe Stacked Coaching, owner and coaches, cares about you individually, where you are at , where you want to go, and they motivate you to keep moving forward to reach your goals. I believe in their vision and I have received the results of their vision!

    I chose Stacked fitness as a place for me to workout mainly for convenience to wear I live. It is a hidden gem in the New Orleans/Metairie area providing me more than just a convenient place to workout. In my opinion the programming is the best and has been very beneficial to my over all strength and lifestyle.

    I started just under 2 months ago and I have never been around a more motivating, caring, goal oriented and welcoming group of people. Before I joined I tried everything from personal training to gym memberships(had bad gym anxiety too) and every fitness app I thought would work like Noom and weight watchers. Nope, nothing worked for me the way Stacked coaching is working for me. I’m still in the process of my nutrition program but I’ve never been more consistent with my attendance at a gym. I can’t wait until my next class, and the one after that and so on!! Lol I found my place.

    Loved stacked nutrition program. I learned so much about myself and how food is only a part of fitness. Learning to eat through stacked was not a diet or a chore. It became second nature- a way of life. I discovered so much about myself and my body through the program.

    While I knew the basics of what to do, I'd always wanted to try nutrition coaching for accountability. I understood “recomping” the most difficult body parts would require tremendous commitment, willpower, sacrifice over a long period of time and the ability to say “no” on occasion. While following the program, I learned how to get the most out of my calories/macro targets. Coach Bradley made small changes each week, explaining the whys of each change and always had great advice on how to implement plans while traveling or simply enjoying life. I learned the effects of alcohol on the body and how to bounce back after an occasional weekend of indulging. With proper planning in advance, you can be flexible with meals and snacking, take breaks from tracking and training while traveling or on vacation, and not completely reverse weeks/months’ worth of progress. While this program focuses on consistency over perfection, you cannot be on track only Mon-Thurs/Fri and throw it all out the window on the weekends. It is too easy to reverse all weekday progress with a few meals or nights out every weekend. This is where sacrifice and the ability to sometimes say “no” comes into play. If you truly commit and follow the program, it can work, even at my age. #fitty3

    I started in the fitness group classes at Stacked Coaching in December of 2020. Having a martial arts background, I had never done anything with weights prior to starting at Stacked. The programming is a combination of functional fitness inspired by crossfit style movements. I got hooked immediately. Prior to starting, I hadn't exercised regularly in over 10 years, so my initial goal was to attend 2-3 classes per week. After my first week, I started going 5-6 days per week and never looked back. The culture, the coaches, and the programming make Stacked Coaching really unique and quite special. Bradley, the owner, is in charge of the programming and does an exceptional job every week with the WODs. They are always different, challenging, and leave you feeling accomplished after each class. My daughter started taking classes a year ago when she was 11 years old and it's been fun to watch her get stronger and master the movements. She is now 13 and attends regularly...it helps her with her favorite sport of basketball. My wife just started a few months ago and had never really done anything like it either. Fun to watch her hold a barbell and do a power clean. Stacked is good for all shapes, sizes, and athletic levels. Movements can be modified to keep you challenged. Today I finished my 550th class at Stacked Coaching. I started at 24% body fat and now run below 10%. InBody Scans show tremendous health improvements across the board form muscle mass to visceral fat reduction. If you're wondering, I don't have stock in Stacked :-) but I do have a love for what they are all about...a community of people working to be stronger, healthier, and happier. Highly recommend giving it a try.

    Roux personnel and the owners are the greatest! I’ve never been a part of a gym that takes everyone’s goals individually and works directly with the person to get them there. I love this gym! The individual support they provide is unmatched.

    Roux offering excellent remote coaching was the highlight of my quarantined days! The Zoom classes provided a fun group setting during our stay at home mandate. The posted videos explaining and demonstrating each of the movements were really helpful to get through the WODs at home. It’s great to be back in person now at the gym. Roux’s coaching, community, and programming are awesome. Also, Roux’s safety measures make me feel super comfortable about working out there. I highly recommend Roux Fitness!

    I’ve been at Roux for 3 weeks after leaving another gym in the area. I have never felt more welcomed at a gym. The word “CrossFit” can be very intimidating, but there truly is something for everyone here. They offer modifications to the workouts as well as personal modifications if someone has an injury or something they’re battling. I love that you can go at your own pace during a workout, but can still be pushed and challenged. Involvement from the owners making members feel valued and heard is a huge thing in my opinion to keep a business alive and Emily does an amazing job at that! All of the coaches have been so great and I truly am so happy I decided to join Roux. I’m excited to see how the future of my fitness journey will be here!

    Roux Fitness offers very diverse and exciting fitness programming. I often look at wodify and think how much fun todays class will be. My arms and legs have gotten so much stronger since I joined. The coaches are very friendly and great at offering alternatives. I love getting to workout with heavy weights and a barbell, knowing there is a trained professional keeping an eye on me so I don't harm myself. It feels like having a personal trainer. The owners of the gym have done a great job of creating an supportive and inclusive atmosphere/vibe. I would recommend Roux to any age and any fitness level.

    I love it here. I’ve been coming for about three months and I feel constantly challenged and supported at my beginning level. They have a fabulous ability to make sure that everyone from the top tier athletes to beginners get a great, safe, thorough workout.

    I’ve been going here for 3 weeks now. I absolutely LOVE it. Everyone is so friendly, motivational, and willing to help you when need be. The only thing I didn’t like is that most of the communication happens through Facebook (Not that big of a deal but I’m not a social media person.) But I did download it and created an account to be able to get updates. They do share everything you’ll need to know on there. Other than that... I HIGHLY recommend.

    Roux Fitness is the whole package. They offer challenging workouts with modifications, nutrition coaching, and massages. I started working out at Roux in Oct of 2019 twice a week. I was so impressed with how the owners and entire staff handled the Covid situation that I cancelled the membership to my other gym (right next to my house) and became a full time member in June. I continue to be impressed with the emphasis on safety by the ownership and the level of respect by the members to keep everyone safe. The coaches are motivational and make working out fun.     I started Roux 3 months ago. My background in exercise over the past 15 years was sporadic at best. I've never been a gym guy. Done some moderate running and Martial Arts years ago. Most I've exercised (prior to joining Roux) was 3 times per week max. Typically twice a week. Since I joined in December, I've been exercising at Roux 4-6 times per week! The owners are humble, have passion for what they do, and practice what they preach. They even produce a podcast with helpful topics for the average person navigating the fitness and nutrition world. They have good people (members and coaches) at Roux serving as a foundation for a positive and encouraging culture. When I joined, one of the coaches, Janna, reached out to me as an accountability partner, sending me texts, inquiring about my goals, and encouraging progress. They care, they help, and they challenge you to be better than you were yesterday. I'm glad I found this place!

    Roux Fitness is an awesome community and place to workout. Bradley, Emily and all the coaches are great motivators, great teachers, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They have great nutrition, fitness, health and wellness programming to meet any individual’s needs. All you have to do is show up and let them take care of the rest. You will love every minute of it.

    Highly recommend Stacked for some of the best fitness in New Orleans. The programming and coaching has taken me to a new level of performance. I’ve been a runner and cardio junkie and stacked and been a perfect addition to my routine. Stacked offers the prefect mix of resistance training and metabolic conditioning for all ages both male and female. The community and vibe is second to none especially during the Saturday classes. I’ve met some great friends and continue to improve my health and fitness. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

    Stacked Coaching has been an incredibly welcoming fitness community with a clean, well equipped gym. These classes consistently K my A and keep me coming back for more. After a super sedentary pandemic (and then some) it was really daunting and intimidating trying to get back into a fitness routine and I’m really grateful to Bradley and the gym he has built for fostering a supportive, nonjudgemental gym I look forward to rolling out of bed for.

    Stacked coaching is hands down the best gym in New Orleans. I’ve tried just about every workout place in the city. None compares to the quality of strength and fitness programming at Stacked. The vibe & energy are great, and the people make for a fun and motivating community. Owner Bradley is extremely knowledgeable and supportive in helping reach my fitness and nutrition goals. I’ve had great success with weight loss and getting stronger. The nutrition program has been life changing! I am losing weight - the right way - and learning healthy habits that I can sustain. I am getting stacked! And loving it. Five stars, highly recommend.

    What can I say? This gym and community have been literally life changing. I had been a gym rat for 10+ years prior to joining, yet I still saw so many positive changes in my body. The programming is second to none and constantly changing which keeps those muscles guessing. And the community…I have made so many friends since joining here! The minute someone new walks in, members are almost tripping over one another to be the first to welcome them. Hands down, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and well-being was joining this gym.
