I
started
in
the
fitness
group
classes
at
Stacked
Coaching
in
December
of
2020.
Having
a
martial
arts
background,
I
had
never
done
anything
with
weights
prior
to
starting
at
Stacked.
The
programming
is
a
combination
of
functional
fitness
inspired
by
crossfit
style
movements.
I
got
hooked
immediately.
Prior
to
starting,
I
hadn't
exercised
regularly
in
over
10
years,
so
my
initial
goal
was
to
attend
2-3
classes
per
week.
After
my
first
week,
I
started
going
5-6
days
per
week
and
never
looked
back.
The
culture,
the
coaches,
and
the
programming
make
Stacked
Coaching
really
unique
and
quite
special.
Bradley,
the
owner,
is
in
charge
of
the
programming
and
does
an
exceptional
job
every
week
with
the
WODs.
They
are
always
different,
challenging,
and
leave
you
feeling
accomplished
after
each
class.
My
daughter
started
taking
classes
a
year
ago
when
she
was
11
years
old
and
it's
been
fun
to
watch
her
get
stronger
and
master
the
movements.
She
is
now
13
and
attends
regularly...it
helps
her
with
her
favorite
sport
of
basketball.
My
wife
just
started
a
few
months
ago
and
had
never
really
done
anything
like
it
either.
Fun
to
watch
her
hold
a
barbell
and
do
a
power
clean.
Stacked
is
good
for
all
shapes,
sizes,
and
athletic
levels.
Movements
can
be
modified
to
keep
you
challenged.
Today
I
finished
my
550th
class
at
Stacked
Coaching.
I
started
at
24%
body
fat
and
now
run
below
10%.
InBody
Scans
show
tremendous
health
improvements
across
the
board
form
muscle
mass
to
visceral
fat
reduction.
If

wondering,
I
don't
have
stock
in
Stacked
:-)
but
I
do
have
a
love
for
what
they
are
all
about...a
community
of
people
working
to
be
stronger,
healthier,
and
happier.
