Wings were great! Best wings I have had from a bdubs! I always recommend getting them well done if you get traditional wings. Service wasn’t the best unfortunately.. We reminded our server about our fries 3 times and didn’t get them and had to request them from a different server.. By the time we got our fries we already been eating our wings for 30 minutes. Also, we were short by 4 wings and had to request the other 4. Overall, the food was good though!

For all the times you just have a craving for wings, Buffalo Wild Wings has the answer. I stopped by here a while ago with a few friends and had a great time. The food and service was excellent!

I am so glad this chain changed back to numbers when it comes to the size of wing orders! Snack, small, medium, and large was not it! It’s nice to actually know how many wings you’ll get each time. We went during lunch on a weekday and they have extremely great deals that make grabbing lunch at BDubs the way to go. The wings are hot and the sides are seasoned well. Service has been great since I started going here again. Very welcoming and attentive. Haven’t had any issues other than the seats needing to be wiped down, but you see that at a lot of places. This spot has really improved! I’ll be returning, especially during lunch!

Mis-labeled my wings which isn’t a big deal, but only gave me 9 of 10, which is. Missing a Thai curry. Guess someone in back of house got hungry or can’t count.

Food was good service was a little slow, but understood. Staffing issues only 2 servers per side on a Saturday. They busted it out, so if you go be prepared to wait a few extra minutes and dont give the servers a hard time. It's not there fault, you wait on 8 tables at a time during a UK game. I have never worked there but noticed it and overhead others complaining.

Would not recommend door dashing. Either my door dasher is stealing my food, or the to-go crew needs some attention to order details training the southern chicken sandwich is definitely my favorite item. Shout out to the kitchen!! Compliments to the chefs.

The waiter there tonight was incredible! He was super cool and super dope. I loved him, he was chill and nice and he got our order right! I would love to go go back.

This was the worst restaurant experience ever. Nothing was good about eating here. Trash was everywhere. Garbage cans overflowed. The wait staff would not wait on you. They were to busy talking to each other outside the front door. Now I know why, the sound was so loud over the play in the ballgames you could not speak to the person next to you. I have been there at lease 30 but this was the last time. Almost forgot the best part. Went to the mens room and was greeted by the most foul and disgusting bathroom ever. Someone else must have thought so because the vomited all over the men’s room. Couldn’t tell management since they were outside with the kitchen and wait staff. We left and will not be back!

This is one of the best places that my family likes. Is close to our house in JEFFERSON Town and employees of restaurants are always amazing make us to feel just like family. I know it is hard to be happy with everything at any time, but we dont need to ignor hard work and other people's for our own pleasure,we should never forget that.Good job all of you.

This is a great place to go particularly on a weekend afternoon. The dining area is huge and we were seated immediately. Our server did a wonderful job and the food came out quickly. The prices are also very reasonable. Definitely recommend it.

April is amazing! Julie, Emily and Jamie are all great bartenders as well. They all turn trivia on for me when I walk in. Couldn't be more friendly bunch of people anywhere in Louisville.

What can go bad with BW3. Julie (my server) waited on us hand ,n foot. My salad was delicious, and my plate was full of items. I felt so good ...I ordered the chocolate cake, and she was able to find me 3 kid size milks to wash it down. That was one of the best meals I've had in a long-time. Thats what I call... "Perfect table service" from JULIE!

Ordered street tacos and piece of chocolate cake for takeout. Cake comes with ice cream by default, was missing ice cream, cake wasn’t warmed up, came straight freezer temp. I used to work at multiple B-Dubs locations for 3 years, this is pitiful. Candice bagged my order, management needs to get better at training this location. Doesn’t take much to get one scoop of ice cream and heat up a piece of cake. Wasn’t even busy inside

I only gave this location a three star because of the gentleman handling the front of the house Chaz, if I had to rate him by himself it would be a five star review without a doubt. I have never in all my years seen a person handle the front of the house quite like he did. I went so far as to ask him if he was the manager to only find out he was the hostess. We watched this man delegate jobs to the servers, take orders, bus tables, bring out food. All the while after 2 hours never seeing not one Manger walking the floor. The only reason I'm even making this review is to say job well done Sir. Food was cold and service was super slow even after the game was over, not to mention my husband order was wrong. Thank you Chaz, you are truly wasting you talents in this place. Management should take notes. Many thanks

I can promise I will never eat their wings again. Too small of wings that were overcooked And dry and the French fries were cold by the time I got home. 5 minutes away. I wish there was a Cluckers closer. I ordered online and they said 540 would be ready. I still end up waiting 20 minutes.. Last time for me window.

Pretty decent food, the service was all over the place and took entirely too long, especially for takeout orders. However, the atmosphere is warm and friendly.

I am off work on Wednesday every week. 3 out of 4, I will be @Buffalo Wild Wings in Jtown for lunch. The service is absolutely the best. My salad is delicious and the hot wings are tender. The beer is ice cold. There is no better service! A great way to treat yourself and relax for a few minutes. I highly recommend this location!

I haven't been here in years! The wings are bigger and I love.the sports bar feel. Staff needs more training in customer service. Had a an issue with bar tender...(has a hard time turning off her Karenicity at closing, she was great before that).

This Buffalo Wild Wings was ok. First of all, the place was filthy. Trash on the flood, menus had marks on them from food and liquids, and the tables felt sticky. The waitress was clearly stressed and was the only one on the floor on a Tueday night serving multiple other guests. She did her best, but due to the lack of help, she was slow to get our food order and unattentive. The food was tastey, but the burger was room temperature and the fries not salted at all. The boneless wings did not disappoint, but again were slightly above room temperature as if the food had been sitting. The host showed a lack of professionalism in manner and vocabulary, but was kind and attentive. Overall 3 starts seems fair, and would be 5 stars if there were more staff to handle all the responsibilities.

Delivers bit late than estimated time shown for online. Multiple person taking orders missing requested sauces. I had good experience with dining rather than take away orders. drums are great with sauces..

That Ashleigh manager girl is too touchy with my boyfriend and back when I was there celebrating my boyfriend’s raise I politely told her to not touch my man. She apologized but then proceeded to while looking me in the eye. She is rude and disrespectful. I’d like for to appropriately reprimanded. Especially after I heard her talking with another worker about disgusting stuff… you Ashleigh it ashley idf remember how to spell it need Jesus and wash your mouth (and apparently other places) with soap.

The service was the worst I have ever experienced. The waitress put the order in wrong and when I sent it back it came out about 30 seconds later. And it was not even hot!! So I know that order was not meant for me. Served with no napkins, utensils or wipes until I asked for them. I ordered a drink and did not get it until the lunch was served! I will not be going back to that restaurant! IT WAS THE WORST!!!

I understand being understaffed. Been there. Done that. But if you are, you better make sure the ones you do have better be good. There was no one in the restaurant. We had to ask to order an appetizer. Then had to ask to order dinner. I don't know. I've been In the business too long. I just think customer service should be pretty easy. Especially when you're not waiting on more than 5 people.

I am tired of getting coupons stating clearly that you buy 10 wings and get the equal amount for free. Wrong they will give you half off on the second order, shorting you almost $8. It says get the same amount for free, not just $7 off. This makes me upset.

Honestly, forget this location. They are terrible. I have said this location is hit or miss for a few years, and tonight we needed something “quick”. We got delivery. Not only did they completely botch the order, but the food was cold, and on top of messing it up, they also forgot stuff. The fried pickles weren’t even fried. They were still soggy and soft like fresh out of a jar, but warm enough to taste terrible. BW’s has been going down hill for a while, tonight we experienced rock bottom. This place has definitely lost a customer going forward. They forgot the side veggies, a whole order of wings. Sent the wrong flavor for two of the orders. Forgot one of the kids sides. Gave the wrong burger to another kid. Just bad. Like you have to try, to screw up this bad. Skip this place. But especially this location.

I previously had just an okay experience with Buffalo Wild Wings. Some of the people I was with wanted to go there for dinner, so I went. My experience was much better than I had on the past and I would go again. Food was really good and I liked the selection of beer.

Brought our family out to eat we were seated, but then had to wait more than 20 minutes just to be asked what we wanted to drink. The waiter was absolutely amazing. However, she was worn out overworked had more than 10 tables already. Also, the kitchen staff was slow with the orders we was not the only people who had the bad experience the food was good. However, we did not get all of our stuff. we wanted to use the Buffalo Wild Wings rewards points system on our app and they completely did not have any knowledge in how to present that to us or even ask about the system. Please get this location some help.

This location has always been a hit or miss. Sometimes is great, sometimes complete trash. From dine in and takeout. Spent $60 on a takeout today, surprisingly my wings weren't so dry but I ordered a Cobb salad and paid ~$14 online plus $2/3 to add guacamole and half of the things that the salad should come with weren't on there (no egg, no seasonings, no green onions, no blue cheese crumbles,) not even the dressing I ordered was right which was Ceasar and even the chicken was shorted. For almost a $20 SALAD!, I'd expect my order to be right. Luckily the blue cheese I ordered for the wings was bagged b/c 2 out of the 6 were spilled.

I have gotten take away via DoorDash from here twice. I gave the benifit of the doubt the first time my order was messed up and had one order of fries missing, some carrots and ranch. Kind of annoying, no biggie. This time, the food is poorly made being pathetically over cooked, hardly sauced, cold (likely from the wait), missing all my sides (I got exactly 6 cheese curds out of a 3$ regualr order for them) and what do you know... the carrots and sauces are missing too. 😒 Get your quality check issues in order, you serve food to people even if they aren't right in front of you. For anyone that asks, I know it isn't the dasher taking them.

First time ordering carry out at this location, food was okay. Some pieces of chicken were a little chewy. When I got home I was missing items too. I asked the person that handed me my bag if this was everything, and of course he says yes not caring. Just make sure to check your bags before leaving ! I could of called to try to get a refund on the missing items, but I'm not too worried about it. I'll just take the loss on this one.

Terrible service. No one should sit for 45 minutes waiting for their server. Yes there was about 80% capacity in the bar, but there were plenty of servers. I was told Maddie (or Matty) was my server. Maddie (or Matty) is bad at his or her job and should be fired for NEVER stopping by my table. Emily grabbed my only beer from behind the bar, but I literally never saw a waitress the entire time I was there. I said something to the manager as I left, but I expect nothing will come of it. Restaurants always protect bad waiters and waitresses.

Kody has an fantastic team. I enjoyed the atmosphere of Buffalo Wild Wings. The team he run works well with each other. The food was hot and ready. It look so delicious and the service was great.

Eaten here many times before, but its been quite awhile. Met friends there on a Friday night after work Large lot for parking, but it was full had to drive around to find a spot. Handicapped accessible. Front doors really needed to be cleaned. No wait for a table. Food was good, 6 hot wings done the way I asked. Didn't have to wait long for our food. It was not very crowded but did have to wait to have our order taken. Our waiter was very busy. Seemed like they were under or short staffed. Not his fault he was working hard. Dining area & Restroom were clean. Lots of TVs for sports all around. Noise level was moderate. Kid friendly.

Justin (server) and Cody (Manager) are phenomenal at the Taylorsville Rd location. I had an issue with my to-go, and as I expressed it to Cody he immediately made it right. He didn’t make me feel like I was being a bother at all and he kept a smile on his face the entire time. I decided to stay there and eat as they replaced my food and Justin was an amazing server. He was very prompt and keep me posted on when my food would be ready. The new meal was hot just how I liked It. Both of those gentlemen went above and beyond and I just want to say THANK YOU!!! Thanks Cody for the slice of pie as well. Great customer service and I will definitely return. Even when there is an issue it doesn’t have to be an issue! Very positive team tonight 10 out of 10

The food was good but the service was kinda slow. Then we asked for certain things to be made to-go and they just brought everything to the table like we were going to eat it right then. Their computer couldn't log into the system to let us use our rewards but the manager went above and beyond and manually took the item off our bill.

Waitress was amazing very outgoing and fun gave suggestions was honest and checked on us multiple times. Food came out fast. Was good as always. Although they really need to get alot more help there the place stays half empty and it's disappointing to have a wait when there's plenty of seating. But understand the status quo it's the sign of the times, yet the statistics show that is not the case anymore.

Based on lunch here 2 days ago the 5 stars are well deserved. Jenna, our server was great. The bone in wings with Desert Heat were superb. The wings with Lemon Pepper were very tasty. The fries with Chipotle seasoning were super. Topped off with a West 6th IPA, what a lunch. We shall return.

Thursday bogo boneless wings with Parmesan Garlic, Thai curry, Mango Hanbenaro is good.

The food was pretty good, but the service and atmosphere was absolutely perfect!! After you order your food and eat the decent wings and drink the semi-decent beer.. guess what?! The manager Ashleigh will give you the happiest ending of your service you could ever ask for!!😉😉 And guess what?? If you’re married… that’s a bonus!!!!!!!

There was a shift manager and he was soo rude that i noticed him talking rudely with one of the mother with 3 kids and the other lady who came to pick the order. I request please make sure to think before you give job to such please.
