Hit and miss with having a competent cashier. I forget this place is here. Place packed at lunch and hate to waist most of my lunch time waiting in line. Food Quality consistently satisfactory. Chili, bacon cheeseburger, baked potato, $4 meal and frosty are all pretty good. Dining room fine although could be cleaned much better. Front doors and door handles need to be cleaned. update: October 2023: went inside to order a take out meal. Cashier/front counter guy was friendly, efficient and on point. I Paid, got my drinks made and waited a short time for my food. Got my food and left. Ate my food. it was pretty good. No complaints about the food.

I grabbed lunch really quick Saturday afternoon and the drive thru staff was very friendly! Everything was correct and the Jeff location was quick! I love Wendy’s especially their kids meal specials!

The food was good. Service is normally horribly slow. Drive-thru highly recommended over the lobby. In the lobby I had to wait 25 minutes from the time I ordered until my order was put together. (Not the kitchen's fault my food had been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes.) I try to avoid this Wendy's like the plague.

It was great, the dining room was empty so we there alone. Food was good, the girl who took our order was awesome. She chatted with my wife and myself. She was very friendly. Restaurant was clean. My only complaint is there wasn't any ice in the fountain machine.

Great friendly staff and quick ordering. Food was made correctly, which is a big plus. There wasn't a long line or anything, but we got everything quickly, and the food was nice and freshly made.

I just had the WORST baked potato I ever had. It must of been sitting back in the very back. I will never get another one. I had a double cheeseburger and it was good but……WORST

Yay! Surprise! The happy meal is only 2.99 for the next half hour today!! It's like I was drawn to stop here, I just didn't know why until now! I got a toy that wasn't advertised, which was fine with me. I got a store front shopping center for a veterinary clinic!! Of all the possibilities and I'm pre-Vet Bio! It really is the small things that make you wonder. Just don't forget to take them in and don't just wave it off as nothing constantly. At some point, it stops being likely that it could all just be coincidence... no such thing, guys! Try paying attention to your surroundings more than your phone screen some time and you'll see

I got a Cobb Salad with no bacon or chicken I live to far away to go back so I was very upset. This isn’t the first time they disappointed me.

I go through the drive through for breakfast. I ask for ketchup at the window, dude tries to act inconvenienced and huff and puff about it. Made sure to say “make sure you tell me at the speaker next time” first of all, if you don’t like your job, quit. Secondly, it took him less than a second to not even take a full step to the side to grab ketchup 🤣 fast food workers amaze me man. They always act so privileged

My daughter got very good chili outtake. It was our lunch. It was very good. The service was a little slow, but I think that they were busy and short handed. We enjoyed the meal very much.

I just want to thank Sam, Antoine & all of the staff/crew this evening for being so kind. It was really busy & they all worked together as a team. Thank you for preparing our dinner tonight. It was amazing!!!!! Thanks again for everything😊

Person at the register was super rude to every guest in line and was complaining that people were on break. We waited for about 10 min to place an order, which is fine if when we get there if he was not rude and mumbling things under his breath. The lady in front of us clearly said “a small iced coffee” and he struggled to it in the system and he put it in as a hot coffee. Then told the guest when it was wrong, that she needed to let him know next time. He then yelled aye yo Nick across the lobby and did not know which order was mine. It is 11/06/2023 at 1pm. Guy at the front in the all black hoodie. Management should take a look at that.

It was okay until the teenagers that were there, and they started cussing and just being loud. The food was good, so was the service. The restaurant was clean and nice. Would use the drive thru next time.

Went through at lunch time. I clearly ordered my lunch, but did not receive what I ordered. Instead I got a french fry that was made for a kids meal, and the wrong drink. When I went back in the manager did not seem concerned about my issue at all. He did not try to talk to me to make the situation right, so I got a refund and I left and went to Taco Bell.

I have a hard time rating places low, so take this as is - my order was rang up incorrectly (wanted bacon double stack, got single), asked for sauce (not in bag, had to pull around and come in), and while this is not on them per se, they didn't have reg chicken nuggets ready, so I was encouraged to take extra fries (if I didn't want to wait). Maybe I'm just having a bad day, but this didn't help. That being said, still one of the nicer places around here on the reg, so toyally eat here if you have a Wendy's craving. Just check your bag before leaving. Edit: how tf are you not going to put ketchup or mustard on the burger. REALLY check your bag before leaving.

we came to get some food 2 hours before they closed and the manager was taking out the trash and waved us away. they were very rude when we mentioned that online says they close at 1 am and said that someone was coming to hose down bugs. Every time we come to this location the workers are very rude. Their corporate supervisors definitely need to check this location out.
