Ordered steak, egg and cheese bagel and took tho work for breakfast. Got a bite of grissel twice so I was done because that was gross. Threw in trash. This morning I went back through the drive through and explained what happened and asked if they would replace with the sausage egg and cheese bagel. The manager came on the speaker and asked if I had the product? No I through it in my trash at work. No apology!!! Would not replace without it. I didn’t think to leave it in my office all day, take home last night so I could bring it back the next morning. I told her I would never be back and she told me thank you and have a good day! I pulled the sandwich out of the trash when I got to work. Because I am not a liar, I will make my way back to this location one last time to return the bad product. I have my receipt #1334 and #1335 as I paid for the car behind me as well. I’m This location has lost my business!!!!

After several complaints the listed hours continue to mislead customers. Either the posted operating times are wrong or the management & employees purposely open later and close earlier than advertised. This location’s failure to address simple yet meaningful concerns causes one to question their product quality and employee/customer satisfaction. Strongly Recommend a different location as this one may not be open during posted hours.

Horrible staffing. I understand rush hour can get stressful as I use to work at a McDonald’s. But it’s unacceptable when you mess up multiple times day after day and nothing happens. There is this lady on drive thru in the mornings taking orders and ALWAYS has to yell at you whether you are giving her your order or even at the window. I’ve given her multiple chances but yet messes my order up every single time. (It’s a VERY simple order) that and she’s just plain rude for no reason. Then I get up the the second window I basically get my food thrown at me as the lady is just saying “here,here,here there ya go” then slams the window shut. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason why they should act like this and I’m completely confused on they still have jobs.

To be brief, this is the worst fast food service I've ever had, and I frequent Taco Bell. It's not an uncommon occurrence either. Any time I've felt brave enough to try to get breakfast here on the odd weekend I've had to mentally prepare myself for the inevitable. Why do I do it? Moot point. Never again. Today I placed a mobile order at 9:05am. I arrived at the store at 9:11am. The drive thru was already long so I switched to curb side via the app and proceeded to sit, watching the standard parade of pissed of patrons bang on windows trying to get any semblance of assistance with their botched orders as the dining room was closed, per usual, until my order was eventually brought to me at 9:39am. This will come as a shock to no one, but I was missing items. By the time I looked up in an effort to speak to the employee that had delivered my order, they had vanished. It was my turn now. Once more into the fray. I exited my vehicle and knocked on doors, on windows, and even flailed my arms in an effort to get attention. All for not. Entering the drive thru was off of the table as the line was literally wrapped around the building at this point. My only recourse was to wait for another customers curb side order to be delivered, but that would likely be another 20 minutes at a minimum, pushing my time spent in a McDonald's parking lot to over an hour. And so, defeated and biscuitless, I retreated home to incure the wrath of whatever member of my family who's order was missing. A tale as old as time In summation, if you must go to McDonald's, go to the one past the round about. Or wait for the one on Veterans to finish being built. Stay away from this one.

On May 29th, at 7:07am I placed an order on the website for 11 bagels. I live in Florida and we don’t have them down here. When I got home (Florida), half of them didn’t have eggs on them. When I called, Brandon said that she couldn’t do anything about this. I ran the BK up the street from them for 16 years, I know they can research the order.

I was the first customer in the dining room today. (I waited at the door until the unlocked i.) The pictures speak for themselves. This is unbelievable and filthy. Bathrooms were dirty also. Didn’t get a chance to take pictures because someone came in and I didn’t want to be snapping pix while someone is using the bathroom. This place should be ashamed of their filth. That’s all.

Ordered a cup of Big Mac sauce. I paid $0.30 for a little cup. Got home with my order and they only game me half a cup. The. I take out the burgers and the food was barely warm. Had to reheat my order. They were very slow in filling my order, which was 2 big macs and a quarter pounder. Won't be doing anymore business with this McDonald's.

Went around 11pm to grab dinner, sat in the drive thru for a good 15 minutes car also in the second lane for the drive thru, both of us cars were not served and answered to. So i decided to call to see if they were open, a lady answered the phone very rudely and said “we are closed” before i even got the chance to speak or ask. Told the other car that they are closed to save them time out of their day. When we pulled out all the lights were on and saw employees inside just watching TV, not doing their job, i understand that it is late and you can be exhausted but no reason to have people wait in drive thru with no answer and wasting valuable time out of my day. will not be returning to this mcdonald’s because of this occurrence. hope mcdonald’s mangers take action and train their employees right.

Absolutely the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. They hardly get your order right after waiting 20+ minutes…lady who takes orders hacks a lung in mirocophone and they do not take orders in drive through in order as arrived. This place is ridiculous 1,900% and management never addresses the issues.

Ordered a pick up order when I got there my food was ready and fries was hot. That Purple shake is delicious. Sarah the store manager has done an amazing job woth this location

They have to catch the cow before they’re able to make your meal. Bring a book or a portable DVD player to watch some episodes of The Office while you wait.

On 5/18/23 at 6:54pm est. Waited in the curbside pickup for 25 minutes for an iced mocha, sweet tea, caramel frappe and mcchicken for them to tell me they didn’t know we had a mobile order. Then when I got the drinks after we seen everyone in the drive thru get their food and had an empty dining room keep in mind so they weren’t busy. The iced mocha didn’t taste like an iced mocha. Called McDonald’s and the manager wanted me to drive back up there and waste the gas to be able to get another iced mocha after messing up not once but twice. What a joke I will never go to that McDonald’s again and I will be calling corporate. This McDonald’s has some serious issues.

They ALWAYS mess my Mobile app order... always... Always. Brought wrong order. Gave my order to someone else. First of 3 cars waiting for order... Last of the 3 to get food. A joke . right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

This McDonald’s is a mess. Every time I come here it’s so slow. We also had this lady who asked for our order and then in the middle of it just switched to the other lane! There were like 3 other cars she helped when we were there first. I’m not sure what that lady’s name is but that’s unacceptable. I never write reviews normally but this place is horrible. Management definitely needs to change. Every other McDonald’s in the area is better than this one. Went again today and it was still garbage. I waited 20 mins for my food! I ordered through drive thru and they told me to park. I waited and waited. I finally went in and told the guy my order and his coworker goes “it’s right there!” So they completely forgot about me. I ordered a hot fudge sundae but they gave me chocolate syrup. How do you mix those up??? It happens every freaking time I go here. Once the McDonald’s opens up on veterans parkway I will never come back here again. You guys suck.
