This was an unusual experience for me, but our trip was fairly disappointing. Mind you, we're not going to Taco bell for high quality lol. One of the employees was sleeping in a booth while on break (I assume they on break) and it was fairly gross around the tables and floors. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes for our food and a few other groups ended up leaving without food because they waited so long. One was door dash. I think the store was short staffed which is not the fault of the employees that we're there, for sure, but it was weird. We were about to ask for a refund cause we're on a trip and needed to head out, but they ended up finishing up our food. It was cold by the time we got it. I think they kept the sauce packets in the fridge and maybe our food was sitting with the cold sauces a while. I feel like a lot of Taco bell locations have been caring less and less about how they present themselves to their customers. Oh well, at least we got the value food. We couldn't tell the difference between them, so I'm not actually sure if I ate the food I ordered or the food my husband ordered.

Wish I could give them a zero for being tacky!! They give me my order with my cheese spilled all over my food di I gave it back letting them know. They gave me it back with the cheese cup empty but the cheese cleaned off the other food and bag so now I don’t trust to eat the food now!! That’s basically playing with my food!!

Good location right off 10th street! The lunch drive thru is fast which is great when you’re in an hurry! The employees are friendly.

The employees at the store were more concerned about their friends waiting outside looking like drug dealers instead of working clean and making good food according to proper food guidelines. I am happy to know at least my food was made by a good clean employee who was making food for inside patrons and I told him I was happy he made my food because I knew my food would be correct and safe

When we first ordered we waited about 15 minutes for our food. As we were waiting we watched an employee continuously put food in his mouth while making food. My boyfriend yelled for the manager and let it be known. When we got our food a few items were missing and as we checked what we did get it was awful. So we took it back up there and the manager made it over and it was great. We've always had great food from there in the daytime but that night they were in rare form. I hope they get it together

Honestly the place deserves a one-star but I'm feeling generous considering they got one out of 10 correct this week. Every single time we go through the drive-thru they're either out of food or always waiting on a truck I would be real surprised if I was the only one to give this place a negative review I don't know if it's poor management or for upper but this place needs a complete run-through everyone needs fired and start over fresh

Seems like every time I go here they mess up my order or forget more then one thing. Ordered a potato bowl with steak they got that right but also ordered a burrito with beans, steak, rice, and sour cream and they forgot the steak. Last time they forgot the cinnamon twists and didn’t realize it till I got home when I called the store the manager didn’t wanna do nothing about the order

Got drive thru. And got a RANCH chicken CHIPOTLE grilled burrito and COLLIN N was very rude and charged me 75 cents for sauce when I asked for my sauce on the side. Then I asked for the manager and he was barley 18 and told me sorry nothing I can do. When I get the same thing every time with zero issues. Need to take the 16year old teenagers out of customer service because they had attitude and lack of respect. Definitely won’t be coming back. Thanks Collin N

Pitiful with the lettuce and cheese. My chalupa was worse. No fountain drinks except for like 4 that I don't drinks. That being said, I had to drink something I don't like because they didn't care to even apologize for not having sodas. Barely any cinnamon on my son's cinnamon twists

Idk why there are so many complaints on this place, I love it and they always give me all my food. The one time they didn’t, I had no issue going back and getting it. The workers are very polite and I almost always feel welcome.

They are always out of something and never make anything right. Gone there 4 times in a row and have had a messed up order every time. By far the worst Taco Bell around here.

The girl working drive thru is stupid or really high. I order a cravings box she charges full price, doesn't give me half my order. When I come back through The line she says we don't have those items. But you charged me full price. I just came through the drive thru. Oh, what's your name. You didn't ask me for my name when I came to the drive thru. Oh, you must be door dash. I. Not door dash you dumbest I JUST CAME THRU YOUR DRIVE THRU. I would like half my money back for the fact you didn't give me half my food and your drive thru girl has one brain cell, and it isnt working.

I just purchased the rolled chicken tacos they were amazing cooked to perfection and really flavorful and my cinnamon bites were great PLUS my order was correct great service.... Thank you taco bell team...
