This is one of our favorite go to places for breakfast, in walking distance from my friends' home in Jeffersonville, fast friendly service in a clean atmosphere. We love the hash browns any way you fix 'em.

Hit and miss with food and service. Sometimes good. Calm breakfast for lunch spot. Ask for $6 menu. You have to ask. Sometimes 9 or more employees on duty and sometimes only 2. Ask for well done steak and it was so tough I couldn't eat it. Although friendly Some servers are not on point and can't keep on track. I Observe some servers completing their chores stocking and cleaning. others deliver your food then disappear and never return. Returned: the server Deja is always friendly and good. Food was satisfying. Returned: went for breakfast for dinner. Cheesy scrambled eggs, raisin bread toast with tomatoes with a biscuit and gravy. Eggs scrambled just the way I like. White gravy is good. Evening setting had only a few customers. Some empty tables were dirty. Cook completing chores after he cooked my food. Update: hit and miss with quality. Depends on who is cooking. Went on a busy Saturday morning. Food was just fair this visit. I was dissappointed. I was Unable to sit in Deja's section. I don't think mgmt realizes Deja is talented. BTW: One employee was just standing around for over thirty minutes not doing anything, just looking out the window. Service was fair. Update: went on Sunday morning during busy time. Place was full of patrons although rec'd great svc with Deja. I rec'd my order the way I requested. Many employees on duty. Food & svc good. Follow up: tried WH a few days ago after craving good breakfast. Was disappointed. Quality of food and service lacking. Tried again today. Was disappointed once again. The quality of the food and quality of service is lacking. If a server gets tips they should learn to be attentive and follow up with their tables. update: Early dinner weeknight December 2023, only a few customers and two people loitering. Service was fine. Food was fine.

I absolutely love the waffle house. The food is always delicious and the prices are always fair. Our server was polite and attentive. If you are out and wondering what to eat, waffle house should always be on the top of your list if you are with driving distance. My companions had never been to one before and I think I now have two devotees for life.

This is the best experience I’ve had at a Waffle House! We had Roosevelt as a server and he was just magnificent! They were understaffed and crowded and he kept a positive and joyful attitude. This is the type of person that this world needs! Good job Roosevelt, you put a smile on my and my wife’s face ❤️

Extremely DIRTY restaurant. Dead fly in my booth. Windows are filthy with dryed food & fingerprints all over them. Workers have a customer dining area they take up for themselves with their drinks, chips and personal belongings.

First time at Waffle House for 8 and 10 year old granddaughters. They loved watching the cook and the waitress was super helpful for them. It's their new favorite place. The waitress now has a friendship with 3 of my grandchildren.

Needs a thorough cleaning and decreasing. Tables sticky with old grease. Appliance fronts looked like they need to be decreased. Napkin holders too. Old sticky grease. One of wait staff kept reaching into her hair to scratch her scalp, pull at her behind counter where cooking takes place.

Doesn’t matter if you go at 6am, 1pm or 1am. You’ll always have good service. Just be kind because sometimes it may only be one server and one cook, so patience is key. Enjoy the experience as you wait. Life isn’t a race and good food is surely worth a little wait.

Went in asked for one sausage bowl and 2 cheese steak bowls one with jalapeños added(over easy eggs on all) Donna couldn’t even handle that… just really disappointed in someone who can look you in the face and say yes I understand your order and the it comes out completely wrong. I feel like if you gave a straight forward order like that to 3rd graders they could cook it in their fake kitchen. But a grown woman can’t work it out

The server with the Lilo and Stitch tattoo did an amazing job. A lot was happening that day and she not only got our order but was helping with others. The food was good and what we look for in a diner. It was my BF's first time at a Waffle House and he enjoyed it.

The food at the restaurant was decent, and I understand that the service was a bit slow, but considering it was Thanksgiving, I can’t complain too much about that. Despite the wait, the meal was still enjoyable, and the festive atmosphere added to the overall experience. It’s a good option for a Thanksgiving meal if you’re willing to be patient for your meal on a busy holiday.

Mr. Roosevelt and Trey were truly phenomenal. The customer service was impeccable. And the food was made with care and attention. It came out hot and delicious and Mr. Roosevelt kept us laughing and tended to. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the area by a country mile.
