The over night lady and the gentleman with the beard at the front desk were friendly. However, the other staff were not (the owner and his family). The beds suck and hurt our backs, our door didn't even shut or lock, all trash cans were over flowing with garbage, guest laundry machine didn't finish the cycles so we spent almost $8 just to finish one load in the wash and an extra $8 to dry them at least half way, and we're rushed out by the staff to leave during checkout. But they had a nice little grill area outside, heated pool, and free morning breakfast.

I would not ever recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I booked my room on line through my company and used a company credit card. When I arrived the guy tried to get me to give him my personal credit card to charge me for the room again. When I questioned why he wanted my personal credit card he said it was for "incidentals" which would have been ok if it was for less then the room cost. When I questioned him about how much he was going to charge my credit card he went and got another guy, possibly one of the owners I assume, and he proceeded to tell me they would charge my credit card 250 dollars for incidentals but if I wanted to pay with cash he would only charge me 100 dollars. Needless to say, I canceled my reservation and did not stay at this hotel. I cant help but wonder how many other people this has happened to.

This was a typical budget hotel. Its greatest asset was its convenience to I-71. The rooms were clean, but dated. There were a few stains on the bedding and on the walls. The beds were decently comfortable. The wifi was slow and had connection problems, but I eventually got it to work.

Horrible service. Patel was extremely rude. They also mentioned they are pet friendly on Google maps, but when we came they didn’t checked in since we had a dog. They did refund however we didn’t get a room. I would definitely not recommend this place

The room was very high quality and the shower was newly renovated. Needless to say the water pressure and temperature were impeccable!

I only stayed at this hotel just long enough to sleep, so I can't provide and information about any services other than the room itself. Having said that, this was the most comfortable bed and pillows ever! I didn't want to get out of bed. I had to weigh out whether or not to just sleep in or to make it to my destination on time. The rooms were also super clean. The shower was nice and hot. I think one more pillow would have been nice. We had 2 guests and 3 pillows. I'm sure I could have requested one, though. I left without eating breakfast, because it wasn't much to brag about. They did have eggs, sausage, waffles, and some bagels, but no biscuits or gravy. The orange juice from the machine was colored water basically. My main point, though, is I would definitely stay again! Comfort and cleanliness matter more than anything to me!

Nice place overall. One ice machine for the entire place and it was empty or broken. Pleasant staff. Room was clean and had plenty of space. Could have been better with a comfy chair as well as the desk chair.

I wish there was something nice to say about this place but there, unfortunately, is not. I stayed in the middle of their remodel so I tried to understand things. However, nothing was said online about a remodel and a mess first of all. I get there and it takes forever to sign me in so I questioned what was going on! I get sent to a room and all the rooms had numbers on a sticky note. He said it was just remodeled so I was excited to see it. It was a spacious room but if it was remodeled recently, then it needs more upgrades to the tub and other places. I stayed in June, the end of June. No breakfast was being offered and nothing was stated online so I was bummed about that too. No one but myself and one other person was staying there and I didn't feel the safest really at that location either. It looked very run down from the outside to the inside even with the updates. I get home and see that they charged me 2x. I call them and they can't find my reservation then they say its under a different name but the card is on file for someone else. This conversation was after I called about 2 or 3 times to resolve the issue. Needless to say, it is November and the charges are still there after I was told they had a card reader issue and it would be fixed within 24 hours (that was in August I believe). I made the payment through Paypal so I still have that charge as well as the 2 charges on the card that was used for "incidentals". I will not be staying there again and do not recommend anyone to stay there. It takes a lot for me to give such a horrible rating but it was not a good experience at all. I hope it has improved since I've been there!

Was here many years ago was not empress then but new ownership has remodel and upgraded it a lot very nuce rooms and inside pool place looks fantastic and thank you to the staff for friendly service keep up the awesome job

I had a such horrible experience with this motel. I booked this motel online and online this motel pet friendly. When I came with my family in motel manager Patel said they don’t pet friendly anymore. (BUT THEY DID NOT CHANGE THIS INFORMATION ONLINE). Manager Patel said they would refund my money but I DID NOT RECEIVE MY MONEY.
