This entity has no compassion about their customers. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Management will disregard your concerns and issues. When I went to service desk to discuss a issue I had with a employee they light skin girl and tall Caucasian guy with glasses was very dismissive and I seen a Illegal vape pen on the keyboard. They need to fire all management and rehire more professional and competent people.

My favorite store and location… I am at this store every day, and am always appreciative that they (98% of the time) have what I need in stock, have the friendliest, quickest, and always helpful staff in retail… They may have a slightly higher price than Walmart or ALDI, (same as Kroger), but the food quality is at a much higher standard than anyone else… Only complaint I can give them, because nobody is perfect, is the deli could be a little faster at servicing customers… Still deserve 5 stars any day…

I have reduced the amount of my patronage here. Most of their prices are higher than their competitors. One product line that is competitively priced is beer and alcohol. However because of my short stature and mobility issues I have trouble reaching items from the top shelf as well as heavy bulky items. Good luck getting any employees to assist...if it ain't their department they are uninterested in assisting. I have waited for up to 30 minutes before getting assistance and even then the assistance was provided from a kind shopper rather than an employee. The exception to the lack of assistance rule are the cashiers and the cart collectors. I have found these two types of employees to be very helpful, courteous, friendly, and kind. Edit: beware of prices in the seasonal clearance area. On more than one occasion I have found a new label placed on top of the original label. This new label seems to create a new product that is significantly higher priced than the original label's clearance price. "Buyer beware".

Some amazing in-store sales going on right now. This location has a great grocery section with fresh produce and deli. They offer self checkout and pick up from online orders 8:00am-8pm. They currently have a great selection of real Christmas Trees for salein the parking lot.

The entire staff could use some classes on customer service. Not sure how standing around playing on your phone or talking to your coworker while someone is waving you down bc the light on your self checkout had been going off for 10 mins, and that's not even an exaggeration, is more important than typing your code in just so I can finish checking out. By the time I got home from that last trip, my ice cream was melted and that's sad since I live .5 miles away.

Came in super late 1115pm to look at Christmas stuff and grab cookies. Love that they are open so late! This is my favorite store to just browse around on my night off.

Great grocery/everything store.and friendly staff and prices are reasonable. Us they always have good clearance items with substantial discounts. Unlike Unlike Walmart where the Mark it as discount or clearance and you're only saving pennies. Its ridiculous.

Some of the employees on first shift are snobby and rude. If you don't like your job then find a new one. Shanna the manager has gone so far as to tell others what I came and purchased. Felt like an invasion of privacy! Why would anyone care what time I came after working 3rd shift to grab some alcohol? It's none of her business what people purchase and when... Smh
