Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Awesome location, room was nice. Breakfast could use some help, otherwise, it was nice for the price.

Room was pretty dirty. I had to clean everything, my feet were black from dirt at the end. Staff was truly amazing except for the manager, but hopefully the average guest will not have to deal with her. Location is great for a short walk to bars and restaurants by the river, but next door to a homeless outreach program. I was at this hotel over 30 days.

Room was dirty and smelled very strongly of curry. Dishwasher had crusty food in the bottom, and dishes in the cabinet were not clean. I asked to change rooms, but none were availalbe. Asked instead for a reduction in the cost for the night, but the hotel refused. Would certainly not stay here again, and was a very disappointing experience with Marriott.

The location was great, just a few minutes from the conference. However for the price I really expected the room to be clean. There's what appears to be dry dog food on the bathroom floor, hair that was definitely not mine on the shower walls and the dishes were dirty which kinda sucked cause there's not even paper cups like in most hotels.

Thought I should treat myself to a nice place to sleep for a couple nights. This after driving 800 miles to move my kiddo to Jeffersonville. Jason got us checked in right away and you can tell he lives and breathes customer service! Even his voice has a smile attached to it! I am sure I will be visiting again soon. Now I know where I will be staying!

This place is a gem! Perfect place to stay when seeing a concert at the Yum! Center. Easy, free parking, walkable to convenience stores, restaurants, and liquor store. Pedestrian bridge to Kentucky basically on the hotel property. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast sandwiches were awesome too! We’ll definitely be staying here again!

This review is solely due to Ms.Denise Story the general manager. One, we checked in with Mrs. Larise Henry around 3pm. Great customer service. She even gave me my morning wake up call as I requested, greeted me with her beautiful smile like she enjoyed her job. However, around 5-7pm 2 white families (with 10 or more people each) walk in the door. Denise said nothing to them. They got on the elevator, and went on about their day. We never asked her for anything no questions nothing. As we were walking onto the elevator. She proceeds to stop us( a black family), and states "are u all having a party?" I then reply " no were just chilling something light for my son's birthday Nobody's staying." The conversation should've been done at that point. She then very rude and aggressively states some rules only 4 people can go to the pool. Which is strange because every spring break ( with my white family) there's like 10 of us ( with me being the only black person with them). We all go swimming with only one person name on the list. There's Never a problem. My uncle's and most of my family have points with these properties travel all over the world using points. She is by far the most rudest woman I've ever met. Then this morning at breakfast. I met a guy Mr. HARVEY. He was a great gentleman. He's the reason I hesitated on making this review. Very kind, helped me make my waffles, and cleaned to perfection, but as I was leaving out. I seen Ms. Denise Story again. She gives me this dirty look, roll her eyes, never says a word, and walks off. I've never seen this women until yesterday. If it was up to me I wouldn't want to see her again. I feel as if I was discriminated against all because of my skin color. She Made me feel as if the only time I can come to this hotel, and be treated right by her is with my white friends. There's no way any general manager should make no guest feel this way.

Nice sized room with kitchenette. Best part is the location! Across the street from the pedestrian bridge which has a small park and a playground for kids. Walking distance to downtown which has lots of restaurants and Schimpfs candy store.

Great location, many dining options nearby. the river is a short walk away, as is the great pedestrian bridge to Kentucky. Room smelled of old cigarette smoke though. Otherwise the room was big and clean.

Had a great stay here. Everything was nice and up to date and a great location. Not much of a view from our third floor roo. But right next to the big 4 bridge so more then made up for the lack of a view. Thank for a great night's sleep and I would definitely stay here again.

I was very impressed by this hotel. The room was nice and spacious for four of us. It’s within a distance to everything. If you have little ones, there is a really nice park across the street too! I would definitely come back to this hotel.

I cannot rave enough about the night crew. Loved how welcomed and the service they provided. We stayed there for one night, and we were told that we would love it so much that we would want to stay even longer. And they were not wrong. We did a walk on the bridge to see the blue moon. The receptionist informed us of all the great things we could do and enjoy our stay. We will definitely go back.

The staff was helpful, the room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the walk on the bridge/park was refreshing. But the most wonderful and surprising part of my stay in this hotel was; the windows were not locked up! I was able to crack the window to get fresh air. This doesn't exist in many hotel rooms. Thank you for giving us the freedom & choice to open the windows!

My question is. If i come in after midnight. Why am i only able to stay till 11 am if its a nother day. I didn't understand that... Why should i pay full price for a 10 hr stay....

Excellent location with good restaurants, ice cream and coffee and tea shops nearby. Affordable compared to Louisville downtown hotels. Free parking around the property. Nice playground for the kids. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We had several unusual requests for things like scissors and sewing kits and they had them to help us out. The only drawback was the pool area was super warm and smelled strongly of chlorine. The kids complained about their eyes burning after and about the strong smell so it was un-usable to us after that first day.

Great place to stop on the way through. Rooms were clean and immaculate, beautiful. Breakfast was so good, which is really weird to say, But I travel & road trip all over and their egg bites with the best I have tasted anywhere honestly. It's front desk woman was kind and efficient and very helpful as well.

Excellent location near the big 4 bridge and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Free parking, pool, hot tub and outside fire pit and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and clean. At check-in the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here for a visit to the area.

Very clean and welcoming. Staff was great, plenty of towels, shower was clean. This was our second stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Neighborhood is a little suspect with people living in their cars at the park so I probably wouldn’t walk after dark.

Blown away by the service and quality of this hotel. Breakfast was phenomenal and open later than a lot of hotels we have stayed at. The room was excellent quality and reminiscent of a small apartment. My wife and I had plenty of room! There is a hotel gym with dumbbells in sets up to 50lbs, as well as ellipticals/treadmills so fitness can still be achieved. The front staff the night we checked in 21 September 2022 was hands down one of the best experiences as they made it easy to check in and had tons of great info for us while we stayed. Will be staying here again next year!!

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, clean, with friendly front-desk staff and an amazing breakfast bar. The location cannot be beat for a unique, beautiful neighborhood complete with park across the street featuring live music, and yet, the hotel was quiet. A UNIQUE and special find.

We stayed here for one night as part of our road trip South for spring break. The check-in process was easy, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was neat and nicely decorated, the pool was warm, the hot tub was hot, our room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect as well. It is right next to a large park which was perfect for the kids after a long day of traveling and easy access to the walking bridge over the river (leads to another large park) and restaurants. We were very impressed with our stay and would definitely stay again. If I could make one suggestion- we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast but our gluten free daughter had very limited options (yogurt and apples). It would be nice if there were individual boxes of "celiac safe" cereal (ex: Chex) or gluten free granola bars, muffins, etc.

Despite a couple issues outside of staffs control, we will be returning. Tara went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasure. Alisha at the front desk was very friendly as well as the maintenance staff. Even the studio size rooms have much to offer compared to other hotels for price.

Enjoyed our stay. The people were a big help. Rooms we’re roomy, clean, comfortable and loved the kitchenette. Only wish they had decent toilet paper. At the price point, they should have other than paper thin toilet paper that you have to use twice as much!!

Spent Derby weekend at this hotel and it was amazing. Nice clean rooms and everyone that worked there was very kind and helpful. Bridget Powell , Laurice Henry and Mr. Harvey were delightful. Loved seeing their smiling faces and chatting with each of them. Definitely recommend this hotel and I will look to stay here again in my future visits.

Stayed in this hotel with my young children while visiting family recently. Very spacious and clean room with a full-size fridge! Wonderful location close to the big walking bridge and a huge park with playground. Close walking distance to many restaurants and shops as well. Will definitely stay here when we’re in the area again.
