Can’t believe what just happen. Since today first day opening I pass by so thought to dropby for lunch. Went to the main gate, guard there mentioned renovation going on then ask all of us to enter thru the loading bay (picture shown), so many of us including those with baby walk one big round to the loading bay only to be greeted by another group of guard barring everyone from entering the premises. Reason: mall only will open 3pm. I ask why the front gate guard didn’t mention open 3pm and ask all of us to come loading bay? So I immediately ask the loading bay guard to walkie talkie the guard at main entrance about it, somehow they just ignore my request and have the cheek to say the front guard thought we are contractor. Come on! With children and dress appropriately is contractor? Adding to that even tell us off, saying what make us think loading bay is for customers to come in. Clearly there is something wrong with these management ppl and the guard. They just happily seeing everyone walking up and down even with babies, purposely open up the parking space without even a notice at the parking bar to say that the mall will open only at 3pm clearly shows that the management is doing this on purpose seeing ppl excitedly want to go into the new mall but just couldn’t do so.

Still very empty. There's nothing much here. Maybe will revisit after (give it another) 6 months once shops are fully occupied to enjoy full shopping experiences. The floor plan is quite confusing. Long way to go in order to compete with AEON BBT. There are not many choices of food here, so don't bother to visit if you do not have a specific eatery to go to. Overall, 2 stars. Hope the mall gets more interesting after 6 months

New mall. Very spacious. Still many empty shops. Clean toilets. Not sure why they didn’t open up all the parking bays.

35% of shops open business only, but a lot of coffee shops like Zues Coffee, Starbuck, The coffee bean and leaf spotted because the mall has a park to hang around.

This is a new brand mall with hotel but many shops are still coming soon so you could probably wait for another 6 to 12 months before visiting this mall. The mall itself is dirty and dusty and without sufficient signage. Also lack of safety. You should do a proper post construction cleaning before opening the Mall. Please review and redesign your mall entrance area. Many of visitor not noticed the uneven surface. Too dangerous especially for older people. "Keeping everyone safe makes good business sense"

The opening of KSL Esplanade shopping mall for the communities of Klang-Banting. As the first ever shopping mall in the area, it is expected to boost both lifestyle and economy. With a nice landscaping outside of the building, it is suitable for some outdoor activities.

A new mall at jalan Banting, mall itself is not big but there is a huge outdoor area with park, fountains, bicycle lanes etc. A hotel is also linked to the mall.

Relatively good size shopping mall catering for Bunting, Shah Alam and Klang. Still very empty, hope the mall can fill up the vacant lots and have good activities to be a happening venue.

Rough start. But does has a lot of potential as a community mall. There's multi storey car park, but you need to find your way to the back of the building for entry ramp

Nice picture corner but it’s hardly even ready typical mall rushing for business. It’s nice to see a botanical small garden with water feature outside

New, shotlots not fully occuppied. Its will great when fully operating. But its' huge and exciting. Parking is free at the moment. I hope there will a Teh-Tarik outlet. I will going again. My suggestion : sitting bench for pregnant ladies and senior citizens( with signage). Just a thought..it is really a hugh COMPLEX!

The mall are cozy and big. So far many shops will be open throughout of this year. Some in July, August, November and December. Got swimming pool training for kids but it's haven't open yet I think. You can visit the canary garden at night. The lighting there so beautiful also kids can use the rental 🚲 those who want to post ootd also can... 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Just opened but for such a long period still not much progressive, alot of shops still not yet open. Places are clean and alot of praking place, star grocer ok to shop cause is like jaya grocer quite full range of products u can get frm there.

Nice view and environment and lots of parking but downside is that not everything is open yet.
