Place is packed, not much air-conditioning, air circulation is not so good. And then all order have to make via online, but reception at KLIA2 building is bad... So it takes long time for us to order. But food is good as any other branches. Just need to improve on order taking process and improve air circulation

Disappointed with the portion of chicken tenders, i paid rm 25 for this tiny portion ??? Not worth it at all with the waiting time around 40 mins on top of that. Btw, i complained to the manager and they did replace with the new ones (2nd picture) luckily but still not the same portion as other outlets. I hope you guys can IMPROVE your service here in K2

One of my favorite chain restaurants is situated within Kuala Lumpur Airport Terminal 2. The restaurant has nice decorations complemented by ambient lighting. The staff is both helpful and informative, and the food they serve is tasty.

Just another Nandos branch located at KLIA2. It is a south african style food of grill chicken and spicy sauces to go with the meal. Love their chicken, I always ordered the chicken butter with mild sauce. The peri peri chips is slightly powdered which give extra flavor to it. The not good about this outlet is the waiter/waitress sometimes a bit passive. Hopefully it will be improved on the next visit.

We ordered close to closing (30 mins before closing, maybe), but the staff were still able to churn out our hot meals quickly in a well prepared manner. I really appreciate that because it's one of the few eateries at KLIA2 that offers a hearty filling meal, and we were really hungry that night!

Stopped by Nando's at the airport and had an amazing peri-peri fix! The chicken was flavorful, the service was fast, and the staff was friendly. Perfect spot for a delicious meal on the go. Highly recommend!

[too rich ah?] 1) Overall - Food chain restaurant located in KLIA2, good environment, ok service, food selection are grilled chicken with peri peri sauce, fries, coleslaw, rice plate and many more from Nando's KLIA 2 2) chicken tenders with Mediterranean rice - tiny portion with the price tag, chicken tender was alright, nicely coated with peri sauce and grilled to tender, Med rice was ok, a little sticky than i thought 3) chicken butterfly with peri chips - tiny portion but taste remained the same

I was the only person there and waited 45 minutes for my order while the staff joked and ate their own dinner, once I mentioned I had been waiting 45 minutes they served me a half cooked meal within 5 minutes. No apology no nothing

Service was not great. I had a bad coleslaw and asked for an exchange but the staff just took it and didn’t even return it. I kept raising my hands but the waiting staff often pretend not to see me. This is not only for the food but also to top up drinks as the soft drink is refillable. Not an enjoyable experience especially when you’re just trying to get the meal done and check in, and you have staff ignoring you all the time. 2 stars because nandos chicken is just sooooo good.

South-African chain restaurant specializing in chicken of varying degrees of spiciness. Cash, credit card, and e-wallet payment accepted. Trying to order via a QR-scanned menu did not work and I had to go up to the counter. Staff is courteous but service is slower than a fast-food restaurant so plan accordingly. This place is located on the far right side of the departure food court for Terminal 2 (prior to entering the main terminal area). It's located prior to check-in and security screening so anyone and everyone can eat here, not just ticketed passengers. Working in SE Asia I eat a lot of chicken. As such I don't seek out chicken places, but I'd heard good things about Nando's and decided to try. I wasn't disappointed. A surprisingly deep menu of various appetizers, meals, and side options. Reasonable prices. I had a 1/4 chicken with one side (garlic bread). I asked for their spiciest chicken. While it didn't cause me difficulties (I didn't order a drink) I can see that many people would find it uncomfortably spicy. I didn't add any sauce beyond what it was served with but they clearly pride themselves on a variety of sauces to be applied as you see fit. I was surprised at how moist and tender the chicken was. It was a breast and wing and the white meat was probably the tenderest I've ever had at a fast-food sort of restaurant. Served skin-on and with all relevant bones intact and doused in the spicy sauce. Good stuff. The garlic bread was good also. I would have preferred it more toasted but it was fine. Looks and feels like a cross between a hamburger bun and a bagel (similar in size as well), with a pleasant buttery garlic coating. More than sturdy enough to sop up extra sauce. And definitely larger than I expected! Atmosphere was pleasant while also simple. Staff were busy bussing tables and delivering dirty dishes to be washed and there was no problem finding a table. I'd definitely eat at a Nando's again to explore the menu further but am happy with this first experience!

Made payment through their lousy app. Had to wait for 35 min for my food for 1 pax during off peak hour. Mind you, I reminded the staff 3 times throughout the 35 min.
