I ordered the 1/4 chicken in Vusa XXHot flavour with two sides but the chicken was disappointingly dry. The chargrilled vegetables was alright. The restaurant's ambience was pleasant and comfortable. We went during lunch and service was quick, fortunately.

Value for money. Plenty of foods based on chicken. Fast service and drinks refill. But a bit dirty. Staff are not following cleanness rules of food place. Last time I saw a lady changing her baby diaper on the table!!! And staff were cool about it. Anyway, food is nice here.

Located on the ground floor inside Avenue K. Don’t get confused with the other Nandos in Suria, KLCC. This Nandos is bigger and less crowded compared to KLCC. You can order free flow of soft drinks and frozen yogurt. The order better be made using QR code located on the table. Similar to other Nandos, the chickens are delicious. Very healthy. You can order with side dishes such as corn, vegetables, rice or potato chips. The prices are reasonable. Nandos is among the good international Malaysian local franchises. There is a loyalty program for regular customers by installing the app.

Good Nando's like any other branches. The chicken is as usual well cooked, tasty and don't forget to try their peri peri sauce. If you're a fan of frozen yogurt, you can get a bottomless one here at a cheap rate!

Not a good experience for the dinner tonight, most of foods are overcooked. No, not overcooked, BURNT! No, putting bread on fire isn’t the best idea. The taste is totally different from the UK.

Ordered the sharing roasted lemon gadlic chicken meal with 2 large Peri Peri wedge fried as the side and a cheesy pita snack. The chicken was very well cooked and tasty. The fries were also good but the kits was really small and lacking in flavor. The free flow sauces are a plus, but the music was a bit loud. All and all a decent place to eat in the area, albeit the slightly higher price.

The Nandos at Avenue K is our favorite location in KL. The food and service is consistently great!

Must go here. The food was absolutely amazing even though I have been here before, service was quick, easy and the food was made in only minutes!! But the atmosphere was so unique and modern! I even loved that contraption of the sink in the washroom, a lot of Nando’s doesn’t have that. I absolutely enjoyed it and everyone that has been here must have had the same thing!! Thank you Nando’s!

The chicken has become progressively smaller. This is RM27 for such a small piece of chicken and so many wedges which are comparably way cheaper to cook. It used to be bigger. It tastes fine as usual but they need to stop stealing our money. Additionally they only accept card and online payment now. Do not waste your time coming here with cash.

Came on during breaking fast. Ordered 1/2 chicken with 1 sides and chicken chop with 2 sides. Both retailed at RM36. Was shocked to see the portion for the chicken chop, retailed at RM36. The nandos we know now are way worst than how it was lthe last time. The sizes of the chivken are 2.5 times smaller than the last time. M not sure if its just this branch providing this smaller portion, but the prices are the same everywhere. Can be improved. Services were excellent by the TEAM. Kudos to the team. Just the food portions. Specifically the chicken size being Nando's is chicken focused, and especially retailed at RM36..almost 40 bucks for chicken that size. Many thanks

Went with friends for lunch. They do not have lunch set though. Service was okay as they were quite attentive but do not like the idea of scanning qr, order but we choose to pay at cashier we had to walk to counter to pay rather than for them to be at service. I found a Nando's restaurant in Kuala Lumpur. It was easy for me to decide to eat there because I've liked Nando's since I was in university in Australia. The taste was just as good as I remembered from over 10 years ago. The chicken had a delicious charcoal smell and was tender. I ordered a family meal with a whole chicken, the "Hot" flavor, 2 coleslaw sides (which I really like), and unlimited drinks. The food was fantastic, and the service and atmosphere were great too. If you haven't been there yet, you should definitely go! ❤️👍🏻

Happened to visit this branch at a previous date. The perfect combination of bad food and service. Second visit: While there have been some improvements, the service quality still has a long way to go.

The food was really good and was served super quick and warm. It was really flavorful and delicious. If you have good spice tolerance, then you should definitely go for the extra hot option for the grilled chicken (it wasn’t spicy at all, but really good nevertheless). The chicken was perfectly cooked, really juicy on the inside (9/10). The peri peri wedges were amazing! Served super hot and crispy but so fluffy on the inside (10/10). The sweet potato fries were really good too, super crispy! (8/10). I got the chargrilled veggies as my second side and that was a bit lackluster. It wasn’t cooked enough, and did not have grill marks on it (4/10).

Had very bad experience here today. Very rude waitresses. They ask to order either via internet or personally go to the casheir. Since I already had sit down and was very tired because of walking all day, I told the waitress to order it on my behalf. She got aggressive so I had to go ask for a superior. When I talked to another senior person, the said waitress got even more agressive and when she brought the food to me, she almost slammed it on my table. Funny thing is her seniour was seeing her behaviour and was telling nothing. I do not know if they act that way becoz I wad a foriegner. They think you will run away.

Poor quality of frozen yoghurt. Complain also didn't take action, keep waiting the machine to froze the yoghurt for almost 30 minutes. Still watery like in the picture. And they not even resolve and bother my complain. Very disappointed Update: I have adjusted my rating for their responsibility to keep improving and hear customer complain. Thank you

My first Nando’s experience let me to this location. Given it is situated in a mall, the ambience was quite nice. The music and decorations still worked its charme. The famous warm welcome and smile that Nandos likes to emphasize in its commercial was missing though. Staff was a practical and professional overall, but not truly engaging and friendly. The food presentation was also a bit sloppy and uninspired. Temperature and texture was good on the main, but average with the sides. Portions are not too big, given the price still in line what i expect, but not generous at all. Quality and taste were also good enough. Chicken was juicy and tender, but again, kinda in the smaller size. The boneless version still had bones. Overall a not disappointing experience, but only the theme and decorations set this chain apart from other chicken restaurants. Given i base my decision on where to eat on quality of food and service, i would probably not come back, but maybe order in.

Pay before food serve. Nando’s price rises high lately.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly wait staff and food was good. Portions were reasonable for price and food was tasty. Went in at peak lunch hour, was seated promptly and orders taken swiftly. I always appreciate staff who take note of special requests and deliver. So the wait staff, kudos!

Worse experience ever! Guests waiting outside no people serve. When walked in and seated, nobody told us to scan and order. After order sent, there was no clear message telling us need to pay first to confirm order. Ending up wasting time sitting. Lady staff attitude is worst ever! The one serving and the one cooking inside. After waited 40 minutes, no glass is served to get my beverage. When I check over counter, lady staff answered rudely if you want to refund, we have no problem in a threatening tone. WORST!

I always choose Nando's Avenue K over Nando's KLCC for two reasons: Firstly, less crowd. For some reason, there's always a queue at Suria KLCC. Secondly, its more spacious, with a higher ceiling. Definitely makes for more comfortable dining. Other than that, its your typical Nando's outlet with unique decoration, and consistent taste. Check out their new plates with a splash of colour.

Great place to dine in with family, friends or even couples. Spacious and the staff is very friendly. Recommended to those who crave flavourful chicken
