Lousy place to service you car.. Appointment 8.30am but the staff still coming late and need to wait for frontdesk person to punch in. My car service finish at 12.30pm which is 4 hours waiting time. No breakfast, no drink.. Won't suggest for those appreciate their time.

The test drive session was fun, the salesman lets me do anything with the car without any comment. But the nightmare begins when I decided to buy car from them. There are lots of hiccups and the salesman is not passionate to solve my problems. The salesman is not very knowledgeable about their own products, and gives empty promises. Not sure why, the salesman also very reluctant to provide me proper documentations as prove, for example, I didn't know the salesman apply how much amout for loan for me until the bank's sales staff contacted me. I also have to ask for 3 to 4 times until the salesman provide me the official receipt for the down payment, which worries me very much. I do not recommend this branch at all.

Your receptionist are rude!!! Last saturday my 3 years old car all of sudden the wire connectiong front light got burn, i call for emergency to bring my car as i worried its will impact the whole car, they keep telling cannot without listening to my problem and issue until one kind foreman help me to answer to call and understand the issue .He was very helpful. Once i reach there the both receptionist still can shake their head as though im troubling them?? Since my first service im bringing my car there but im totalling dissapointed!!! Today i received notification thank you for answering my follow up call but i didnt received any cl from anyone .

Good Points. Accept my warranty claim. Standard Services Good. Have nasi lemak and coffee. Bad Points. After repair for warranty, finishing not good. Repair man not good quality finishing. Need to sent again after repair. Wasting my time and very slow. Please improve Honda Banting.

Poor management... the number given is wrong..need to go there and then only appoinment date given...waste of time...no ppl to update the contact in google..

Very satisfied with the service provided (3rd times ad). The foreman named Fazrul he such a good knowledge mechanic and ‘eagle eye’ car checked. He dont miss to explain my car condition in detail. Last time when i want to claim warranty, ur inspection team was given fast and responsive services. Sure will come again in future.!!

Easy book service appointment with call/honda apps. Early morning free breakfast nasi lemak and unlimited nescafe coffee machine. Shuttle service provided free 15km radius to nearby such as Tesco-can do shopping while service. Last time free car wash..but now not already.

Bad service. All staff go break. Leave customer waiting without informing.

You guys better check against the service maintenance table (can get from Honda website but I posted here) to see if you need the service. Sometimes they just put extra items to charge u. My car is Honda City, btw.

If you own Honda near Banting and Teluk Panglima Garang, this Honda 3S centre is to go for! Nice and clean facilities, with well mannered staff. While waiting for services they offer free breakfast, coffee, place to hangout as well small play area for kids. Went here for service, warranty claims, insurance renewal and so much more. Always have free gift given after service.

Sales Advisor (Jaison) having bad attitude and service. He don’t do your business just because he don’t like it and immediately he block customer from whatsapp from contacting him. Suggest think twice if engage him because you will never know your after sales services.
