Went here twice to get a top sewn. After buying material from their shop the man there not only refuse to do what I was asking he was very sarcastic and unpleasant the whole time. I’ve been here in the past and most of the staff are friendly and accommodating. It is just this one particular person who was sour and rude. If I’m not mistaken he’s the owner.

Very disappointed with their customet service. Their owner and tailors should know better than the customer about sewing and the materials, but they were different.Absolutely did not have the materials we want and they are still old fashioned. I would not recommend this place cus when I tried to stitch there and the uncle said the material that we bought will be ruined and its a waste. We bought expensive material to be stitched but he said the kain is useless... uncle pls ah next time don't be rude. When we want to leave the shop they don't let us go also, they keep talking and increasing the price and not letting us go to other Tailoring instead. They don't wanna stitch and don't let us go out and don't give good customer service. Ape ni? Hampir kena scam

Im very disappointed with their service, waited long just to be told that they dont accept outside material currently for sewing due to shortage of tailors. Atleast inform earlier ,instead of making your customers to wait. Perhaps it would be better if your goodself puts a notice on the doors.

Went to the material shop initially and a gentel man was there. When given the sample material he went and search for the exact colour till my sister satisfied . Later we went for mix and match to buy the punjabi suit material and excellent service was provided by the sweet lady in the store. Was so patient showing 1 by 1 design and colours available. After that we came to Bollyfashion where the owner and staff were so polite and sweet to the customers. The even answering all the doubts calmly. The price was reasonable as well. Will come again.

The old guy at your place is way too rude. We were willing to take suggestions or ideas to sew my sister in laws lehenga but just because we brought our material from out else and wasnt from them he rejected our order saying the lehenga wont fit and he wont allow us to add extra materials! He even said "You know what! Bring back to the place where your brought and ask the vendor to sew for you! This is a piece of waste!" Those words was very hurtful for someone whom is going to get married! Why that much of rudeness?? You lose customers if u keep doing like this...! And by the way we got our lehenga sew very beautiful and no needed to adds on any extra material as the old guy suggested from another Indian tailor just on the same row with a reasonable price! We had a very rude and horrible experience at your place and yea we wont not suggest people we know to come over your place!
