Worst massage place. The male staff was not trained at all ! for my 2 hours full body massage. Some he claim that 4 years experience. The pressure point was not right. body part to used energy and not to used energy is all wrong. And lastly, the sequence of flow is also wrong. Theres are parts is one way direction during massage. But, he did it up and down all over. NO More! NO More!

Very refreshing. You leave totally recharged. The masseuse is very strong but attentive. Totally uplifting experience. Facilities are clean, well lit and peaceful. An hour well spent!

Just average. The Indonesian masseurs are pretty noisy lot. They talk loud to each other, joking around, quite a disturbance. And the owner at the reception seem not to mind it. But I had to 'sound' a girl there for being too noisy - she was shouting to the owner at the reception that another masseuse girl was the customer's frequent girlfriend. Then she kept quiet. Nope, won't come here again.

Good place to have foot reflexology. The reflexologist are friendly and helpful with questions. The ambiance is nice. Full during weekend but not so much in public holiday.

Last Monday we visited Palace Foot Reflexology centre for leg massage. The Indonesian masseuse did his job well. I recalled his name was Ewan, a soft spoken guy. Our massage ended at 10.40pm at night. The female staff at counter was quite slack and didn't give us bottles drinks after an hour of massage and we had to go to convenient store to get.

Nice place and very polite staff and they will ask is it pain. Will be back again once we come back to ipoh! Keep up the great work!

Good place for foot reflexology, but need to control customer to follow SOP, customer don't wear mask after sit down. Now is critical movement, each SOP do help to prevent Covid-19. I have write my review that didn't wear mask for their customer, operator have been replied that will look into this on my last review, today 7 Feb 2022 afternoon, I am here again. The operator seem didn't stop customer didn't wear mask at all to come in. I am so disappointed with this type empty promise, only replied improve it, but in actual fact, do nothing, not boarder to do anything. Very very very disappointed. Advise those who care for your health and worry for omicron viruse, please don't come here. It's dangerous here. If Google allow to give negative star, I will not hesitate to do so.

My favorite massage place in Ipoh for a year plus now. They’re always friendly and cheerful whenever I visit. The bosses are polite and very welcoming. Place is very clean and comfortable with quality sofa with automatic incliners. Now, to the massage techniques. This place is where I found to have very authentic proper massage focusing on reflexology points. The masseuse are all very professionally trained and are skillful. My favorite is Teng, the vietnamese boy. It’s so comfortable that i almost always fall asleep during foot massage. Thank you nice people.

My massuer is brilliant. She knew I had a fall and massage me at the right places without hurting my feet. However the place is like a Kopitiam. No way one can relax. The massuers are talking to one another. The clients are talking amongst themselves. So you need a relaxing massage this is not a place for you.

I came with two friends along , the man at the counter introduce us different country massuier ( vietnam , indonesia, malaysia) we thought the skill will be different , but comes out thumbs up , real traditional foot massage , first time ever me and my friends feel the satisfaction together , keep up the good work , will definitely come back again

Not my usual place that I go for a foot massage in Ipoh, but the service and the people doing the massage were very good and attentive. Thoroughly recommend it!

I started with a foot massage, which was actually quite nice. The therapist used a lot of pressure, and I felt very relaxed afterwards. The therapist told me that she would press on certain points on my feet to stimulate some points. She really explained what she was doing,

Was going to to go the one next door but they were full so stepped into Palace to try and no regrets at all. The environment is quiet and peaceful and the masseur I got was really strong despite being fairly petite. Overall very relaxing and professional footmassage session.

We came in a group of 5 on 3 Dec 2023 around 9pm. I had a 1 hour full body massage for RM70. The male masseuse (dye hair and muscular body) did a great job applying the correct pressure to the body. He only use his palm and fingers which I enjoyed as I am not fond of elbow massage. Overall it was a great experience!

The foot and shoulder massage is good. You will be given a small bottled water instead of a cup of tea. One hour is RM55. Everything goes up now.

Just the best! Very sincere masseuse that took her time to massage my feet and upper body. I appreciate it very much. Will definitely visit again if I am ever in Ipoh.

I had a full body oil massage (1 hour) - one of my greatest experiences! My masseuse was Nuru (I hope I spell the name correctly). She was very friendly and professional. She gave even/symmetrical massage with the strong hands. I fully enjoyed. Thanks a lot 👏

The girl masseuse massage me keep talking non-stop with the masseuse beside the other room. And talking so loud beside my ear. The skills so lousy. Would not come back again.

Tried 50 min foot plus 10 min shoulder, RM 50 . All messagers were well trained and most of them local Malaysian. I particularly like one from outsider call Andy .polite and knowledgeable.

Be careful of their massaging time. Went for 45mins massage and they onli did 30mins. When I asked them about it, they claimed they only workers and can’t do anything about it!! Bad experience!
