Vh distribution sdn bhd. Ss15/8b Bad service The Indian guy. Worked on Saturday 13th Oct. 435pm. Say no change of cash doesn't want to sell heat stick. Ask for card he say must be above rm 50. I'm very upset on the tone and attitude he give me. Even if he is the boss . I don't think that the way to tell off a customer Bad service

After using device just over a year. There’s software malfunction. Guess what is the solution suggested by the staff ? Buy a new one !! Seriously customer service need to be improved further and i am pretty upset with such a product quality buy IQOS.. u know very well how fragile the product is and how it’s beyond repair so why not equipped your staff on other processes to help customer facing similar situations?? Im truly disappointed
