When we got our room it stunk of cigarettes even though it is a non smoking room. We also only had one towel even though it was a room for two. The bed was uncomfortable. The fitness center was the saddest one Iโ€™ve ever used - run down tiny tiny treadmills (2) and only 3 pairs of dumbbells.

WORST HOTEL BREAKFAST EVER, basic rooms, the elevators are so slow, the gym is literally awful. The staff were nice. Practical location.

I was satisfied with this hotel since the room condition was good and clean, and the hotel is located quite close to famous travel attractions.

Worst experience ever. We asked for an extra blanket for our little child, and they wanted to charge us W50,000! This is definitely not the standard we expect from an international hotel company.

I stayed in a connecting room. Clean and quiet place. The breakfast was simple and nice highly recommend adding breakfast to your stay. Not many places to have breakfast outside of the hotel building. (Adding BF is an Extra 10000won) They rent a bike for free if you stay in the hotel and keep your belongings for the day of your check out. You can ride a bike to go to the Han-Ok village. It was nice experience.

comfortable stay. Very polite. minus 1 star for the breakfast. 15 000 for breakfast buffet, all the food was food out of a package just thrown in a fryer to cook

(Translated by Google) Typical business hotel. The underground parking lot smells like mold. The room condition is pretty neat. Two bottles of free bottled water are provided. I personally like the room window open. (Translated by Google) It's new, so it's in good condition and clean. It is quiet because the commercial district has not yet fully recovered, but it is nice to have a large convenience store within walking distance to downtown. It was a fun trip with my parents~^^ It was early in the morning, and it was a quiet atmosphere as if I had come to a foreign country. Overall the hotel itself is very nice. Unfortunately there is not a very good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Of the few that were nearby, most of them are closed early.

Love my stay here. Such a cozy room, clean, the amenities are good, they even provide pajamas.

Positive stay by the end. Checked in as a diamond select member with Best Western (only stayed here because of status) and was not immediately offered a room upgrade or early checkin. When I insisted on early checkin they magically had a room available but I would not be getting an upgraded room. Okay, no problem. We just wanted to freshen up. The staff speak English fairly well to communicate basics so that wasnโ€™t a problem. We entered the room and the temperature was 86 degrees! We requested a fan which helped circulate the hot air, and then found you could open the windows our second night for some cooler air. The windows have screens you can pull down which help prevent mosquitos from entering. I was surprised how warm the rooms are kept with the heaters on constantly. They insist they are saving energy by keeping the AC off during the winter, but I would imagine keeping rooms this hot would cause much more energy concerns! Donโ€™t bother with breakfast as they charge extra for this and there are plenty of breakfast options nearby. Definitely visit the Hanok village thatโ€™s within 20 minutes walking while visiting. We enjoyed our walks to the village downtown, but we could see others that may not enjoy having to walk that far. The old market is literally next to the Best Western with a ton of shops and food spots. Expect to struggle if you donโ€™t speak any Korean at some of the more authentic spots, but bringing a translate app like Papago can help. Also if youโ€™re a fan of the fried dough with cinnamon sugar and nuts (hotteok) be sure to check out the place that sells them for 1500 won each near Gyeonggijeon.

Room was quite large. When checking in at 2 the attendant took my passport and was about to check me in and looked at me and said oh you have to wait until 3. Then said oh 2:30. Then another attendant came over and said she could check me in now. Was a bit off putting. Also 30 degrees Celsius in June and the pools not open. Donโ€™t advertise on booking sites you have a pool if itโ€™s non operable.

Very small but nice room, AC takes a good few hours to feel it's cooling down from the 27 Celsius,
