Even the dried up lotus filled lake looks scenic during winter.

Beautiful in the morning when there aren't any people around. One can take a relaxed walk around the body of water or across the water on paths. The lilipads and flowers cover most parts of the water, which also hosts fish.

A large park with a very relaxed atmosphere. It's interesting to see how the environment changes during the seasons. Has a nice walkway over the lake and a small waterfall. Great place to spend the day.

I have been there 2 times~ First, I went in may 2020 and there was a lot of construction…. But, we went there over the summer 2023 for the lotus blossoms at the end of July! The construction has made the park look a lot better and more fun for people to walk around. There’s a waterfall, some jungle gyms, and lots of places to relax!

Beautiful and English friendly! I was here wayyy longer than intended because there was so much to see. There were quite a few people for a rainy day, but it was still peaceful and easy to find solace. The library is new (in '22) and it's a nice addition. Bring the fam, bring your frens or just enjoy yourself!

I visited this place in May and there was nothing. But still, it was worth visiting. It will be better to visit this place around July when all the lotus are blooming

Lovely afternoon at the park. You can rest, ride bikes, take a nap and walk for about 2hrs. At night is beautiful too.

Deokjin Park was beautiful! We visited the park three times. The view from the top is even more beautiful so search for “Cafe Hanol” if you are interested. The path around the park is well-maintained and very safe for everyone. Saw many people taking photos and enjoying their drinks. I also recommend taking a walk at sunset because the area lights up. Strongly recommend!

A very quiet place with awesome scenery. A library in a park, very tranquil ambience.

Small park with a lake. Probably a little nicer when then the lotus is in bloom, but it's still a nice place to sit and relax. You can rent boats (shaped like ducks) for a little ride - make sure do it when fountain show is on, should make for some nice snaps and entertainment if coming here with children.

Peaceful spot in Jeonju, famous for its pond, maybe better to visit the pond in Summer or other season than in January to April.

Nice place to chill, but don't come in winter. Otherwise you will get the 'beautiful' scenery like below.

This park is absolutely stunning! I definitely recommend visiting in spring/summer when the lotus are blooming or at least green. I went during autumn, and while still beautiful, the plants on the lake are all dead and brown.

It has a nice walking trail and a beautifully built library in the middle of the pond.

Good place for evening walk as the path glitter by lamps. If you are lucky, you can see lots of lotus here.

Not much to see in the colder months. The colours have yet to come out. Although it is a nice quiet place to read a book and relax

Deokjin park is famous for the pond with full of lotus and the bridge across the pond. In some occasion there is also famous water dance and the music. You will love it if you come in the evening of summer.

They were doing some renovations sept 2020 so not really pretty but seems like after all the work is done it will be really nice!
