Like this hotel so much this hotel is the biggest hotel of balotra city the location of this hotel is very nice on the pachpadra road and their is also a bus stand outside the hotel this hotel is very clean and ac rooms are their in a budget price so this hotel is very nice in my point of view Their are many rooms in the city square hotel

This hotel is made by Paliwal family. The hotel offers both lodging and eating facilities. There is also a lift facility, so there is no hassle for customers to come. Keeping the power in mind, there is also a generator facility.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Sri Lanka! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The second day we did a village trekking which was guided by Raj, who works as a waiter in the hotel as well. Raj is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the trekking. Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent

Very Good place for staying at Balotra with best hygiene and cited in center of city. Surrounding everything available. Reliance mart is also there.

Hotel Was not good honestly.. Everyone mentioned correct limited staff but Cooperative tht i guess. Reason for low rating was due to pathetic rooms n bathrooms.. Bit good in terms of location.. That's it.

The hotel is good but it is Page Hospital, in that also the patient's seven brothers and sisters want to stay, so how are they staying because their budget or rent is high and they requested the manager. you keep the rate low plz thanx

Don't check in bcz photos looks great Those pics are 10years old and when I took two rooms then I found Pathetic plcae and hospitality is also worst there is no sense of service In mid night water supply off and ac unit fail and when we complain on same then staff spoke we can not fix it I changed 5 rooms to commander in this Hotel all are in same condition Note: there is big difference in delux and super deluxe category AC and water issue is same Don't suggest to go

Low class hotel they don't know about hotel management and hospitality of customers also rooms are not clean with broken sokets & toilets not ok and most important power cut issues.

Dont go there by the outlook of Hotel. Theres no service for the money they took for my room. Lights gets off 5-7 times in a day, there excuse was maintanance. Nothing in room like glasses, water bottles, WiFi. Restaurant isnt worth it. Prices are too high for such type of facilities. Theres new hotel near this place, They seemed to be nice. If you are going dont take higher rate rooms. Just worthless.

Last night I stay here. Hotel not so lux but staff behaviour really appreciate. They are fine.

We stayed for a week and had a great time... Staff were friendly... Rooms had all the facility that one can think of.... Food was at par with all metro cities we had visited on trips regards vlogs....Kudos to bajrang paliwal ji owner... He shared with us all the hidden spots of balotra...

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel... Enjoy traditional cuisine and staff was quite friendly and superb hospitality.... 100 percent value for every buck.... Great job boys and god bless you

Worst hotel I seen in my life. Never stay this type of hotel. No power in hotel ND food quality is very poor with limited items. Staff has no manner of talking and water leakage in every room I changed 3 to 4 rooms ll rooms are in worst conditions.
