Very clean and quiet place. Food is amazing. Staff is very polite and helpful.

One of the best and most economical places to stay at if you’re going to Jermuk.

Очень достойный отель. Все услуги и удобства в наличии (а если нет то решалось в мгновении ока). Отель располагается немного далековато от основных источников, но от него есть два великолепных маршрута - одна дорожка в ущелье с водопадом а другая через парк к источникам. Очень позитивные впечатления от отеля. Рекомендую парам и семьям.

We stayed in hotel Ani two nights, in early february 2020. The room was freezing cold when we arrived and the heating could barely manage to get it warm. Luckily we have brought our sleeping bags. However the truly bad experience we made was when I discovered - after we had left - that my wallet was empty. All money had been taken out. As I have left it in the hotel and we always locked the door I have no other explanation as that somebody from the hotel took the money. I contacted the hotel about it, but never got an answer. It was the only bad experience we have made in our 3-week travel through wonderful Armenia. So my recommendation: avoid hotel Ani, if you can.
