Have been coming to this place since it opened last year for to-go or dine-in orders and so far, always had a great experience. The recipes are delicious - tender juicy & spicy fried chicken; price reasonable. People are courteous & helpful. Place/bathrooms are clean. They adhere to Covid restrictions. Just hoping they will keep the momentum...

Came here and ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe it and had lettuce and tomato and some sort of mayonnaise I think on it I think it was better than the other fast food competitors. Employees were nice and apologized when they had no bottles of water to give me. I would go back

Largely chicken centric though their offerings include burgers, steak sandwiches and spaghetti, for instance. I tried the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. Not as oily as Popeye's and KFC.

I stopped in really quick durning my commute and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. The single piece of lettuce that came on the sandwich was black, rotting, and falling apart in the center. I just peeled it off because I didn’t have time to wait for a replacement, but when I took the tray back up to the service counter just to inform them of the issue, the service person insisted that it was fine. It was 1/2 way to being compost, and I wasn’t seeking any refund or compensation, but the counter person should have used her eyes just to see that it was rotten, black, and falling apart.

All I'm going to say is yummy in my tummy! Fresh, too! Nice & hot temperature wise! It's good, though, depending on the location you go to.

I ordered a combo meal (2-piece spicy chicken with a side of rice, pineapple juice, and a peach mango pie) for about $11. Chicken was spicy, which I like, a good portion of rice. The pineapple juice was good, too. Peach-mango pie to end the meal was a plus! Liking pineapple juice and peach-mango pie is an acquired taste. The service is good and fast! The place is clean 👌 🙌.

The food isn't great but their customer service is even worse! After paying $37.28 for my order I asked for a cup of ice and they said “We don't do that!” And turned their back on me as if I were not even there! I need a cup of ice so I could drink my electrolytes as I had just left the gym. As a Google local guide, I highly suggest that you don’t experience this place! Banana King up the street has excellent food as well as excellent and friendly customer service!

Good food but they raised their prices over the past couple of months which I don't mind to a degree as long I see value in what I'm paying. Whether you pay $50, $75 or $100 there, they're stingy on the gravy (not a one-off) so the now the overpriced food is on the dry side. PSA: always do a gravy check before leaving.

Just ordered 6pcs chicken, spicy chicken sandwich and a fiesta family pack. The chickens taste pretty good and super crispy. The sandwich has a solid piece of chicken, but i think the sandwich I got , it’s not a spicy one XD, and it doesn’t have enough flavor. About the fiesta family pack, I’ll have to leave it for dinner… so $40 for 2 meals , absolutely worth your money

MAKE SURE YOU GET THE PEACH MANGO PIE! This location is the best because you can get right off the Path train, go up the escalators and you’re there! My go to order is a 2 piece spicy chicken meal (drums only) with mashed potatoes & gravy, white rice, a side of adobe rice, a peach mango pie and a pineapple juice drink. THE BEST!

They have great Coustmer service if your vegetarian you won’t find any options besides fries and pineapple pie they definitely have better kids meal toys then Mc Donalds

Okay pasta, large chicken sandwich for $5 and overall a well maintained clean shop

This place is pretty nice, clean and the staff are helpful as well. I would've given them a 5 star rating if they serve white meat chicken and lower their price down. I bought a family value meal to think that I can save some money but ended up spending more than my budget. Their family meals are way too expensive compares to other fast food chicken places out there. But everything else is good.

Great place. Staff were ALWAYS quick, ALWAYS professional, and were visibly extremely hardworking and rush to get your order done fast, even when the line is short. The buzzer system they've got makes waiting a lot more comfortable than most fast food places as I can just go find a table and wait for my buzzer to ring rather than stand around waiting for my food awkwardly. Great place to stop by.

This restaurant overcharged for our food, did not give us the items we ordered, substituted packets of hot sauce for the sandwich we paid extra for, tried to charge extra for ranch sauce when they had not given us the Sriracha mayo that was advertised, and was rude. I've heard the pie is good, but they would have to pay me to ever go back again. 0 stars. EDIT: Owners has replied asking me to come and spend even more of my money there. Absolutely not. Go to Wendy's; it's right next door and even if they completely ignored you there, that would be better treatment than we received at Jollibee.

Jollibee has quickly become one of my favorite places for fast food in NYC. The quantity of food is great, the burger/sandwich is so yummy. One meal which consists of burger, fries (with other options to pick from) and coke is enough for two meals.

The service was fast and everything was packaged very, well. And they have good quality cup holders. Pro tip: go to Jollibee buy a cheap drink, get a cup holder, then go to Starbucks and get your drinks. Because Starbucks cup holders are weak. They will not hold your drinks.

Food is pretty good as expected. Service not to so much. But that experience reminds u that this is a fast food place as best. Considering that this is not a bad place haha

Ordered the chicken + spaghetti + pineapple drink combo with the banana langka pie. The Spicy Chickenjoy has a delicious kick especially when combined with the peppery gravy. The spaghetti is a touch sweeter but it’s exactly perfect for my palate. The pienapple drink tastes kinda artificial but refreshing. Banana langka pie was disappointing since I can only taste the sweetness but not the specific taste of the fruits. But overall this was a good quick meal.

They finally added one here!! It was my first time eating here and the employees were SUPER friendly and awesome Filipino people and the prices were right and portions are perfect. The food tastes great. Chicken was great and juicy and fries were different and really good. The spaghetti was a bit different but good and will get it again. Highly recommend it ...if you want to eat in or take out and tired of KFC or popeyes... go here and try it.

Do customers really need to check their orders before leaving the place? Isn't that part of your job? We ordered the Bucket Treat B with spaghetti and came home to find out it's Palabok,which we were forced to eat, since we are 20 mins. away from Journal.Square Jollibee. The noodle was even stingy with the sauce and almost dry. Pls. make sure the only thing customers do is order from your menu and pay for it. Our dinner was disappointing.

Whenever if i am in journal Square before going home i never fail to pay a visit jollibee as this is the place only I can have a fried chicken outside from my home. One time when i was here it was during their peak hours,one of the manager i guess an indian guy helped the cashier out. When he was taking my order i clearly told him that i wanted to have 2 piece chicken joy all Spicy and any part of the chicken as long as it is not a leg/drumstick. Then for the sides it will be a white rice and additional extra rice. So when he was punching the order,right infront of you,you will be able to see their monitor and when i told him that to put a remarks of my order in the POS so atleast the order slip all information of my order is there so anyone from the counter staff who prepares the order can make the order right. That guy told me "yes maam,i know your order and i get it all right" So i waited till the order comes,when my buzzer alarmed went to the counter to grab my order when i checked it,none of my instruction was being followed so i need to inform the counter staff to replace what was being put at the box according to what i have ordered. How come that person became a leader of the team if a very simple instruction was not being followed. He needs to make sure that he listens attentively to what the customer instruction is when giving the orders,thats why you are punching the order as well at the pos system So to be sure that the customer orders is being given correctly.

I ordered bucket B, hoping for a quick grab of dinner to take home. No one told me that there is no regular chicken available, made me wait 36 minutes, longer than a regular restaurant when it’s supposed to be “fast food”. Very disappointing.
