RN coordinator Lilia is SO rude. Bed side manner is horrible. She doesn’t allow you to speak while she’s typing in her chart at all. Extremely passive aggressive. I’ve never written a review for a doctors office before that’s how irritating she was.

As I seen on google. This place advertised they do all kind of testing. But no . I walked in was told to go on the 2nd floor. For all tests. Gets in the chair. Was told the cut off age is 29 for tests. How stupid. False advertising. Discrimination. Nasty attitude. Period.

Very strong beside manner. I was a bit late to my appointment but was assisted within minutes of arriving. I had the pleasure of working with Crystal who was phenomenal in her approach on providing world class service/education around the relevant subject matter. Very grateful we have a strong public health care system with JC.
