All the hype , went to get some spicy chicken, def better quality than many other fried chicken places, Spicy chicken is spicy enough to get the kick !! It was a fast order in and pick up ! The place was clean and welcoming.

MOST ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE JOLLY lol I'm not a huge fan of Pepsi but it was so cold and crisp I can actually say I enjoyed it. The place was spotless.  Considering how busy it was, that was impressive. I saw 2 employees cleaning tables my entire visit. One of the employees even helped me get a pic outside w the giant bee mascot. ha ha good experience! Food ranked in order of best to worst. ☆Big Yumburger:  Absolutely fantastic! It was 2 Thick Patties full of Juicy flavor! I can only compare it to like 2 Salisbury steaks, or 2 slices of a  meatloaf with a tasty sause on it fantastic! fantastic! fantastic! My eyes popped out of my head when I bit into it and I looked down at the burger in my hand pleasantly  surprised. ☆Original Chickenwich: Really good, it only had their UMAMI MAYO in it, no pickles or anything. I took a bite of the chicken alone and it was alright, but w the SOFT bun and sauce it was JUICY, TENDER, HOT, PERFECT! Believe it or not I didnt even miss the pickle. (I would have got the upgraded version with lettuce tomato but it was $2.50 more. I told the cashier "that must be the best L&T ever, way overpriced") ☆French Fries: Good, thin, great texture. ☆ Sriracha Mayo side: Reminded me of spicy mayo from a sushi restaurant. Definitely had a kick that lingers for a tiny bit of time. ☆Fried Chicken: It was hot, moist, juicy, cooked perfectly. I was not a fan of the breading flavor. It had a taste like it was cooked in old oil, or maybe it had turmeric in the batter. I'm not accusing Jollibee of old Vegetable oil,  it's just the seasoning I'm not keen on. ☆Ranch Dressing side: mild, a tiny bit sweet. Good, but the flavor is too subtle. ☆Gravy: I didn't expect that to come with my meal. I asked what it was for. They said for the fried chicken. So I did try dipping it in there and it was so flavorless and useless. No taste. All food was MADE TO ORDER,  PIPING HOT & FRESH. I totally intend on going back. I will try the SPICY FRIED CHICKEN to see if I like that flavor better. There are so many unique menu items to explore. I cant wait!

Came here and ordered chicken chickenjoy bucket for takeout. The women at the cash register were friendly but felt like she was unsure about the menu, and we asked her some questions about the meal. It's a really nice location and very clean. I live how bright it is inside. They also have drive-through, which is a nice bonus. We ordered the chicken bucket and the chicken was super moist and delicious, but a bit on the too salty side. Also ordered the palabok which is always delicious no matter which location you go to.

Most juicy delicious Burger I ever had this is the Aloha Burger.. it has bacon, lettuce, cheese and a piece of pineapple. Never thought that a piece of pineapple would of bring so much flavor out of a burger it doesn't taste sweet but it tastes good.

Family been asking to try it out and its been around for awhile by me being this is a newer location. Spacious and well air condition. Had some time so we stop in for some chicken since how wrong can you go with fry chicken. Pieces where smaller than what I am use to. Crispy skin did not taste greasy. The sauce that came with it to me was a little gritty but the family enjoyed. All in all if they ask me to go back I will but it won't be one of my selection.

Great new place, big and great ambiance and with a drive thru which is a big plus for a Filipino food restaurant. Food is still so delicious and we missed the taste and aroma. I saw different nationality of people eating here and they love it.

The ONLY bad thing I can say about my visit to Jollibee is tue insane traffic on rt 440 in Jersey City. Took me 30 minutes to get back to work 2 Mike's away The restraunt is clean and bright and fresh. The staff is friendly and quick. The chicken speaks for itself. From the chicken sandwiches to the bucket of chicken, it's a nice refreshing change from the competition.

So delicious 🤤 If I lived near here I would choose this over McDonald’s! It’s like the Filipino version of McDonald’s. As a Filipino I love Jollibee 🇵🇭Fries were hot, chicken tenders with gravy so delicious. I love the fountain drinks— great selection! I took a star off because you need a literal code to go to the bathroom. I had to go really bad after a long day in NYC and had to wait until we got the receipt 😭 would recommend ☺️🍟🍗

Great spot to go to. This is the closest one to me and I saw they had a spicy chicken sandwich. I got the deluxe which added lettuce and tomato. Normally it comes with spicy Mayo and fresh jalapeños. The jalapeños are nice but I wish it had pickles too. Fries were great. Slightly larger than McDonald’s but not over done and not too salty either. Their palabok fiesta was awesome too. Only wish they had the coconut pineapple pie in stock.

Very friendly, quick, and easy, has the Filipino style sweet spaghetti just like I remember from traveling. The spicy chicken is very spicy and I really enjoyed it.

I have to say Jollibee is the best fried chicken that I’ve ever tried. The chicken is super tender and juicy. Unlike other places, the skin is still super crispy when you baked it after one night in refrigerator. This location is also by far the best in terms of cleanliness, service and food quality. This is my go to place for good fried chicken and mango pie!

This is an excellent fast food experience. At first, I felt as though it was just another chicken establishment. The taste and quality of their chicken is really good. You can get mild or spicy. The peach mango pie is really delicious. Try this place for yourself.

I'm an uber driver and one of my customers recommended Jollibee to me . The chicken was so crispy,juicy but not greasy. The pies were also delicious. 👌

the Pinoy comfort food. this location offer drive thru which convenient but we tend to just eat here while food is hot and fresh and plus the place is quite clean and organized. Service is good too and staff always keep the tables clean and ready for the next customer. our go to is usually the spicy chicken joy, cheese burgers and spaghetti. There is an extra kick and flavor to the spicy one but the original is good nonetheless. The skin/batter is always nice and crisp! the taste just reminds you of the Philippines that its not only the flavor we enjoy but also the nostalgia. we hardly leave here without anything to go lol

Friendly and patient staff! The dining area is super clean. When I went, there was a dedicated dude that was cleaning the dining area like a mad man. This was first time I tried a Jollibee burger and it was good. Nothing has to say.

This location is by far the best for us. Not much wait. Also the food they give is actually pretty tasty. Unlike other locations in Jersey- this one does not skimp out on flavor. They have a wonderful crew!

I feel like having some Fred chicken so I decided to give this place a try I took a two peice chicken combination with Filipino pasta. Which was pretty good they also give you a little Brown gravy which is nice for the chicken

The place looks similar to major US fried chicken restaurant chains but cleaner. The food I believe is a little bit better than popeyes. Overall I'd make this place a regular if I'd live closer.

First time eating here. The chicken sandwich and fries were good. I give 4 stars because I ended up with old lettuce and tomato on my sandwich which messed the taste up. But overall the service was good and the place was clean. The workers are polite! Definitely would eat here again

Delicious spicy chicken sandwich. Very tasty with fresh jalapeños and a special sauce. Nice size piece of chicken breast, very crunchy. No grease. Definitely recommend 👍🏾

Every time you walk into Jollibee it feels like home. But this location all the employees were super friendly and really had that Filipino hospitality.

Chickenjoy is so delish to the bones😋😋😋😋 Yes it is! Makes me remember good memories with family at the dinner table. The gravy is mmmmmmmgooood! The peach mango pie is my family’s fave. Too bad there’s not one Jollibee where I live. So we take every chance we get to order all our favorites when we’re able to visit one. Excellent customer service!
