I
would
not
recommend
this
or
any
building
in
the
The
Enclave
Collection,
nor
anything
owned
by
BNE,
unless
you
are
ok
with
overpaying
for
an
apartment
and
constantly
wondering
what
your
amenity
fee
is
going
towards.
While
the
units
are
extremely
nice,
and
we’ve
had
virtually
no
issues
with
the
apartment
itself
in
our
roughly
two
and
a
half
years
of
living
here,
the
experience
with
management
has
been
nothing
short
of
frustrating.
One
of
the
biggest
reasons
we
were
attracted
to
this
building
when
we
first
moved
in
was
the
amenities
it
offered,
however,
we
quickly
learned
that
maintenance
of
these
are
a
low
priority.
Something
is
constantly
not
working
and
takes
an
unimaginable
amount
of
time
to
fix,
always
due
to
a
backorder
of
parts.
More
than
anything,
the
worst
part
of
living
here
has
been
the
property
management.
There
is
no
way
to
describe
them
other
than
awful.
They
could
care
less
about
resident
concerns
and
often
use
the
excuse
that
they
have
no
control
over
anything
because
they
outsource
just
about
every
service
to
a
third
party.
I’m
talking
shuttles,
lifeguards,
concierge
staff,
etc.
If
you
ever
have
an
issue,
it
is
never
addressed
because
“sorry,
these
are
not
our
direct
employees.”
I
once
had
a
package
misdelivered
to
a
building
within
The
Enclave
Collection
and
after
weeks
of
follow
up,
was
dismissed
when
they
found
out
I
was
able
to
get
the
package
resent,
despite
having
clear
photo
evidence
that
the
package
was
delivered
to
them.
They
simply
do
not
care
about
making
it
an
enjoyable
experience
for
their
residents,
let
alone
following
up
on
any
of
your
concerns.
We
often
say
there
is
no
job
you
could
be
this
incompetent
in
and
expect
to
keep
your
employment,
but
somehow
these
people
do.
Within
the
last
two
weeks
of
living
here,
I
was
assaulted
by
a
member
of
the
HMC
right
outside
100
House,
and
requested
the
footage
that
was
caught
on
their
camera
system
be
released
to
me
as
the
police
officer
I
spoke
to
advised
that
I
would
need
that
to
be
able
to
file
a
complaint
agains
the
club.
Despite
informing
upper
management
that
this
as
the
advice
I
was
provided
by
law
enforcement,
they
refused
to
release
anything
to
me.
The
glowing
reviews
you
see
are
about
the
maintenance
staff
which
request
you
leave
a
review
when
they
have
serviced
your
apartment.
These
buildings
are
advertised
as
luxury
living
except
they
do
little
to
compare
to
the
surrounding
properties
and
are
more
of
a
headache
than
anything
else.
The
dog
runs
are
disgusting
and
always
filthy.
The
amenities
are
constantly
out
of
order.
There
is
no
weekend
shuttle,
etc.
You
are
better
off
paying
the
same
thing
for
a
luxury
building
downtown
that
has
easier
access
to
public
transit
and
all
that
JC
has
to
offer.
