I loved it here initially, but things began to unravel fast. We ended up renting one of the units facing Essex with the light rail (we’ve lived above a light rail before and it was fine but we had double pane windows) and it’s impossible to sleep. They have 0 plans to update the windows (I asked) so if you aren’t an amazing sleeper who can deep sleep through anything either make sure you aren’t anywhere near this side of the building or it’s probably not a good move. I was never able to see the unit we were renting because it was occupied right up until we were moving in. I wouldn’t have rented this with the loud sound issues. There’s also no carpet requirements in units with hardwood floors, so prepare to listen to walking allllll day and until your neighbors go to bed. I want to say we will be renewing but I have a kid and a fulltime job, ya girl needs sleep. Maybe if they make updates to be on par with other buildings but until then eh. The cost really isn’t justified. The location is nice but the building just isn’t a luxury building by a long shot.

Beware. Management here is pretty unresponsive if you have problems (vermin, flooding and other no-fault damage). The community was lovely until about 2021. Leasing agents lived on site and were helpful to long term as well as new tenants. We also used to have community building events! Not anymore. Rents are raised without regard for anything other than corporate greed.

The Apartments at Liberty are modern with large rooms and are modern with upgraded appliances and washer/dryer in each unit. Some even have a fireplace, the amenities include a pool. The best part was the people in the office. I had the pleasure of working with Julio Castillo from the leasing office and he is just awesome. He was patient, answered all my questions and followed up after my viewing.

I really enjoyed my years as a resident of Windsor at Liberty House. The property and the apartments are well maintained and the locality is a wonderful mix of calm and activity. I am thankful to the whole Windsor at Liberty management as well as maintenance staff for making my stay comfortable. They have always responded quickly to our requests and have been very considerate during the pandemic and the move out process. The apartment I got had ample sunshine and was newly renovated with all new appliances. The garden view during summer and spring time would always lighten up my day. The place is well connected to NYC via ferry, and PATH, there are wonderful restaurants in walking distance, e.g. SAM AM cafe and Tino's Pizza. The Hudson green grocery store or Sprove store are also walkable. The biggest benefit of the property for me was the included indoor secure parking garage, which is useful especially during winters. I also enjoyed hanging out in the lounge, gardens, sauna, swimming pool and office area to play pool, all of which are well maintained. The pool also always had a life guard on duty which was quite assuring. I would highly recommend Windsor at Liberty if you want to have a piece of mind during your stay in Jersey City.

I had the pleasure of working with Khalani M recently. She helped me resolve an issue that occurred with my move-out in an expedient, kind, and friendly manner. She patiently answered all of my questions and treated me with respect.

Great apt building in a quiet part of JC. The management/leasing office staff is always helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Lourdes who was super helpful and gave us her undivided attention while resolving an issue we had even after moving out!

My GF and I lived at Windsor for 1 year and only left because of a relocation for work. The location within JC is fantastic and gives easy access to the PATH but also gives you a strong sense of community with the local businesses immediately surrounding the area. The Windsor Staff (Natalie, Christian & John) and are phenomenal. And the maintenance and cleaning staff were very helpful and always delivered when we had needs. I couldn't recommend this place more for its location, staff and apartments themself.

I have lived here for about a year now and have really enjoyed it thus far. The community is very friendly and it is a relatively quiet apartment complex! The leasing office has been super helpful in accommodating our needs and a huge shoutout specifically to Ana who has been awesome throughout the process.

My wife and I lived in Windsor at Liberty House for 4 years with our two small dogs. We loved it there, everything from the pool and gym to the friendly neighbors and excellent local restaurants. The on-site management is super friendly and responsive and the maintenance staff is superior. Urgent maintenance requests were handled immediately and other requests within a day or two. Common areas are clean and inviting and recently updated. We lived in three different floor plans as our family grew and each was great and a good fit for our changing needs. We would definitely recommend Windsor at Liberty House!
