Just moved in for about a week and I really enjoyed the duplex apartment. Parking is available at a reasonable price, the noise from the light rail is fine and doesn't bother me. Anitra from the leasing office did a great work coordinating the application for me on a relatively tight schedule. She provided detailed information for my questions, helped with my parking permit request, and promptly solved several system errors to had my lease went through.

Live the Dream at Liberty Harbor! If your dream is to pay way too much in rent for unresponsive staff, rude neighbors, barf on the sidewalk every weekend, constant fire alarms, trash everywhere, and speeding drivers through the ostensibly private streets, you will love it! The people who live here don't even care about the neighborhood - there is so much unscooped dog poop in the dog park, it's a health hazard. There is half-completed construction everywhere, and barely any communication from staff, about anything, at any time. Safety hazards abound but you're on your own! The roads are 'private property' so you can't get a Jersey City parking sticker, but the parking rules are never enforced. Fire hydrants are routinely blocked and people drive like MANIACS in what is a residential area. There is a daycare and an elementary school in the neighborhood the whole setup is a tragedy waiting to happen. There's a monopoly on resident internet provider: it has to be purchased through a Liberty Harbor subsidiary. This is probably one of those 'legal in Jersey' things and the service is terrible. At least one elevator is out of service at all times. Your parking spot will be nowhere near your actual apartment. So if this is your idea of a dream, then this is the place!

I absolutely love living at the Zenith. The maintenance is top notch. Big shout out to Nick & Jerry. Anytime I had an issue- they make sure it’s addressed immediately. My water heater was leaking and they replaced it the very next day. Having a maintenance team like this makes an incredible difference. There will always be small issues that come up- living somewhere where they have a top notch team and will take care of it immediately makes this by far the best apartment I have ever lived in.

I recently worked with Cami Weissberg to find my new apartment and she was more than helpful! I was out of state and she accommodated my needs by giving me virtual showings of multiple units, and honest feedback to help me make the best choice. I’m very happy with my new apartment and would highly recommend working with her to find your next place!

We have to give a shout out to Nick, aka Slim Shady:). I think he works 24 hrs with no breaks. At 8pm on a Friday he showed up and got us hot water back; he put in a brand new hot water heater. He’s always there for us! We love you, Nick. Your parents, Robin and Pete. (JK, we’re not his parents:)

The staff at 9 Regent are attentive, responsive, and helpful. The apartment has a great view, and the location is close to the Path and light rail station. Oscar Fuentes assisted us, and he was attentive to our needs. The maintenance staff is quick to fix any problems in the apartment.

We were fortunate enough to get the opportunity to move into 9 Regent during the pandemic. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly and we have loved living here ever since because of the apartment itself, the amenities, and the community. Every time we have ever had an issue, it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently - maintenance is very friendly and helpful. When our lease came due recently, property management was also extremely helpful, proactively reached out over 2 months before the lease end, and worked with us to lock in a new lease at a reasonable price. Oscar Fuentes in particular was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to 2 more years at Liberty Harbor!

I reached out to the Liberty Harbor Leasing office in search of an apartment after searching on my own for weeks. Cami Weissberg responded super quick, not even 24 hours later, asking if I could come to tour some apartment units that next day. Cami explained that there were multiple units in different apartments for rent and that they were going quickly, so she advised acting on things quickly, which I could not thank her enough for. Finding an apartment/getting a lease to go through during my search seemed almost impossible. Cami was a considerable help, ensuring I had all the paperwork and everything needed to be submitted on time to ensure the apartment I wanted was mine. Thankfully everything went through accordingly, and the apartment is now mine. It has been almost four months of living here, and I could not be happier. Thank you, Cami, for helping me find and secure the perfect apartment for me! :)

The maintenance team & Milewski Tomasz did a great job fixing our bathroom vent fan and sink. Anytime we have an issue, they do a great job quickly and effectively! Love all the staff here.
